背景技术
在养殖业,如猪场的仔猪数量和质量大程度上取决于公猪精液的品质和数量。由于采精频率高、强度大,导致公猪性欲下降、射精量减少、精液品质降低,甚至出现少精、弱精、无精、或死精现象,使母猪受胎率降低。而且由于公猪饲养量少,没有使用专用公猪饲料,传统饲料容易出现营养过剩或者营养不足现象,营养过量导致公猪过肥、不爱运动、采精困难、性欲减退,造成睾丸脂肪变性,精液质量差;营养不足,会导致公猪瘦弱、射精量少、精液品质差。应激影响公猪性能,冷应激造成公猪生殖性能迟缓和衰退,热应激造成精液数量减少,精子质量下降,换料应激造成公猪性欲下降、精子畸形率增加、精液数量下降,驱赶中的惊吓以及采精过程中的突然噪音等,都会使公猪性欲减退,精子质量下降,精液数量降低。针对以上问题,很多养殖场采用化学药剂、抗生素、激素等来解决问题,会影响公猪的身体健康,导致饲养成本高,降低养殖场效益。
现有技术的公猪料从营养上改善公猪精液质量,提高精液数量,但当环境温度变化、采精驱赶,采精过程中受到应激后,改善公猪性能往往达不到效果,影响受精率;为了保持公猪体况,限量饲喂后,虽然能够满足公猪营养需求,但公猪缺少饱腹感,焦躁,刻板行为多见,这些情况都影响饲喂效果,影响公猪繁殖性能。

一种具有促进精子发生作用的羊肚菌功能饲料的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米、菌糠、豆渣、麦麸、燕麦、虾壳、南瓜、洋葱、亚麻籽、羊肚菌、香菇、平菇、大蒜、花椒、陈皮、牡蛎、制首乌、熟地黄、枸杞分别粉碎;
(2)将得到的粉碎物混合均匀,然后加入蒸锅中蒸1-2h;
(3)将豆油、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸、维生素D、氯化钠、葡萄糖混合均匀并加热;
(4)将步骤(2)蒸熟的物料和步骤(3)加热后的物料混合均匀,制成饲料初料;
(5)步骤(4)中制得的饲料初料加入造粒机,制成饲料颗粒,然后杀菌,最后进行定量打包。
优选地,所述粉碎的粒径大小为不大于2mm;所述加热的温度为120-150℃。

本发明通过羊肚菌、制首乌、熟地黄和枸杞,能够增加牲畜精液数量,提高其精子活力和精子密度、降低精子畸形率、提高受精率;通过玉米、菌糠、豆渣、麦麸、燕麦,含多种膳食纤维,提供均衡的营养,有利于其健康;通过燕麦、南瓜、亚麻籽、维生素D、大蒜、牡蛎、香菇和平菇,能够改善平衡雌激素;赖氨酸补充氨基酸,降低氮排放;虾壳补充蛋白;虾壳、洋葱、大蒜、花椒、陈皮、氯化钠和葡萄糖改善饲料风味;具有见效快、安全可靠、无毒副作用的优点;制备方法简单可行,具有广阔的应用前景。

1.一种具有促进精子发生作用的羊肚菌功能饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量配比的原料:100-120份玉米;80-100份菌糠;50-60份豆渣;50-60份麦麸;20-30份燕麦;5-8份豆油;5-10份虾壳;5-10份南瓜;5-10份洋葱;5-8份亚麻籽;25-30份羊肚菌;5-10份香菇;5-8份平菇;5-8份大蒜;3-5份花椒;3-5份陈皮;3-5份牡蛎;1-3份制首乌;1-3份熟地黄;3-5份枸杞;5-10份磷酸氢钙;1-2份赖氨酸;0.5-1份维生素D;5-8份氯化钠;5-8份葡萄糖。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有促进精子发生作用的羊肚菌功能饲料,其特征在于,包括以下重量配比的原料:100份玉米;100份菌糠;50份豆渣;60份麦麸;20份燕麦;5份豆油;10份虾壳;10份南瓜;5份洋葱;8份亚麻籽;30份羊肚菌;5份香菇;8份平菇;5份大蒜;5份花椒;3份陈皮;5份牡蛎;1份制首乌;3份熟地黄;3份枸杞;5份磷酸氢钙;2份赖氨酸;0.5份维生素D;5份氯化钠;5份葡萄糖。

6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的具有促进精子发生作用的羊肚菌功能饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米、菌糠、豆渣、麦麸、燕麦、虾壳、南瓜、洋葱、亚麻籽、羊肚菌、香菇、平菇、大蒜、花椒、陈皮、牡蛎、制首乌、熟地黄、枸杞分别粉碎;
(2)将得到的粉碎物混合均匀,然后加入蒸锅中蒸1-2h;
(3)将豆油、磷酸氢钙、赖氨酸、维生素D、氯化钠、葡萄糖混合均匀并加热;
(4)将步骤(2)蒸熟的物料和步骤(3)加热后的物料混合均匀,制成饲料初料;
(5)步骤(4)中制得的饲料初料加入造粒机,制成饲料颗粒,然后杀菌,最后进行定量打包。
7.如权利要求6所述的具有促进精子发生作用的羊肚菌功能饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述粉碎的粒径大小为不大于2mm;所述加热的温度为120-150℃。
