一种电压调节电路、设备及方法,涉及电子技术领域,用于降低调压时间,提高系统响应和用户体验。该电压调节电路(1),包括:第一电源电路(11),用于接收电压设置信号(SSET),并根据所述电压设置信号(SSET)、以及第一反馈电压(VF1)与第二反馈电压(VF2)之间的差值,输出第一供电电压(V1)和第二参考电压(VREF2),所述第一反馈电压(VF1)用于反映所述第一供电电压(V1),所述第二反馈电压(VF2)用于反映第二供电电压(V2);第二电源电路(12),用于根据所述第二参考电压(VREF2)输出所述第二供电电压(V2)。
