本发明公开了一种热升华前处理液及其之制备方法和使用方法,本发明的热升华前处理液,不含APEO、甲醛、重金属、REACH法规高度关注物质及国际认证OEKO~TEK 100标准提及的禁用物质;润湿性好,上浆均匀;得色量高,色泽鲜艳;抱水性好,印制轮廓清晰。织物手感好,无刺激性气味,无需水洗脱糊;优异的储存稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热升华前处理液及其之制备方法和使用方法。
背景技术
随着数码印花行业的不断优化完善,客户的需求效果不断提升。为提高客户的耗材使用效率,降低成本损害,急需开发出新的热升华前处理液。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中热升华前处理液成本较高的缺陷,提供一种热升华前处理液。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
通过多种丙稀酸溶剂、氯化钠溶液、纯水等微量助剂,采用一次投料和连续滴加两种方法合成含丙稀酸共聚乳液。
一种热升华前处理液,包括以下重量份的各组分:
阴离子硅油1~5.5份
保湿剂5~15份
渗透剂1~5份
PH调节剂0.1~2份
杀菌剂0.1~0.5份
耐黄变助剂0.1~4.5份
表面活性剂0.1~2份
去离子水30~70份
防腐剂0.05~0.2份
聚丙烯酸5~15份
氯化钠3~5份
氨水30~70份。
优选的,所述的保湿剂为乳酸钾或烷基聚甲基硅氧烷。
优选的,所述的耐黄变助剂为亚磷酸酯或环氧树脂。
优选的,所述的表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或月桂醇硫酸钠的任意一种。
制备方法如下:
S1、按照配比在去离子水中加入表面活性剂,保湿剂,杀菌剂,耐黄变助剂,渗透剂,分散剂,氨水并且以300-500转/min搅拌10-40分钟,搅拌均匀;
S2、在上述溶液中在加入阴离子硅油,再次以300-500转/min搅拌10-40分钟,搅拌均匀;
S3、再加聚丙烯酸,氯化钠,300-500转/min搅拌10-40分钟,搅拌均匀
S4、用pH调节剂调节前处理液的PH值为4-5之间,充分搅拌均匀;
S5最后5u滤膜过滤制得该专用前处理液。
使用前均匀涂抹在压烫载体布料上有助于去除棉纤维中蜡质,果胶,后通过100℃加热将溶剂中多余的水分烘干,(①避免前处理液在转印过程中由于高温失效②避免升华墨水处于气态游离状态时由于受到范德华力的影响无法精准转移布料上而产生色迁移),溶剂干燥后由于布料本身由于软化蜡质,果胶从而变得肉眼不可见的形变(实质布料表面凹凸不平),从而达到提高转移率和成品鲜艳度、着色度的效果。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明的热升华前处理液,不含APEO、甲醛、重金属、REACH法规高度关注物质及国际认证OEKO~Tex 100标准提及的禁用物质;润湿性好,上浆均匀;得色量高,色泽鲜艳;抱水性好,印制轮廓清晰。织物手感好,无刺激性气味,无需水洗脱糊;优异的储存稳定性。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种热升华前处理液,包括以下重量份的各组分:
阴离子硅油1份
乳酸钾5份
渗透剂1份
PH调节剂0.1份
杀菌剂0.1份
亚磷酸酯0.1份
直链烷基苯磺酸钠0.1份
去离子水70份
防腐剂0.2份
聚丙烯酸15份
氯化钠3份
氨水30份。
制备方法如下:
S1、按照配比在去离子水中加入表面活性剂,保湿剂,杀菌剂,耐黄变助剂,渗透剂,分散剂,氨水并且以400转/min搅拌20分钟,搅拌均匀;
S2、在上述溶液中在加入阴离子硅油,再次以400转/min搅拌20分钟,搅拌均匀;
S3、再加聚丙烯酸,氯化钠,400转/min搅拌20分钟,搅拌均匀
S4、用pH调节剂调节前处理液的pH值为4-5之间,充分搅拌均匀;
S5最后5u滤膜过滤制得该专用前处理液。
实施例2
一种热升华前处理液,包括以下重量份的各组分:
阴离子硅油5.5份
烷基聚甲基硅氧烷15份
渗透剂5份
PH调节剂2份
杀菌剂0.5份
环氧树脂4.5份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵2份去离子水70份
防腐剂0.2份
聚丙烯酸15份
氯化钠5份
氨水70份。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种热升华前处理液,包括以下重量份的各组分:
阴离子硅油3份
烷基聚甲基硅氧烷10份
渗透剂3份
PH调节剂1份
杀菌剂0.2份
亚磷酸酯0.2份
月桂醇硫酸钠0.15份
去离子水50份
防腐剂0.15份
聚丙烯酸12份
氯化钠4份
氨水40份。
制备方法同实施例1。

阴离子硅油1~5.5份
保湿剂5~15份
渗透剂1~5份
PH调节剂0.1~2份
杀菌剂0.1~0.5份
耐黄变助剂0.1~4.5份
表面活性剂0.1~2份
去离子水30~70份
防腐剂0.05~0.2份
聚丙烯酸5~15份
氯化钠3~5份
氨水30~70份。
2.如权利要求1所述的热升华前处理液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的各组分:
阴离子硅油3份
保湿剂10份
渗透剂3份
PH调节剂1份
杀菌剂0.2份
耐黄变助剂0.2份
表面活性剂0.15份
去离子水50份
防腐剂0.15份
聚丙烯酸12份
氯化钠4份
氨水40份。
3.如权利要求1所述的热升华前处理液,其特征在于,所述的保湿剂为乳酸钾或烷基聚甲基硅氧烷。
4.如权利要求1所述的热升华前处理液,其特征在于,所述的耐黄变助剂为亚磷酸酯或环氧树脂。
5.如权利要求1所述的热升华前处理液,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为直链烷基苯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵或月桂醇硫酸钠的任意一种。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的热升华前处理液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、按照配比在去离子水中加入表面活性剂,保湿剂,杀菌剂,耐黄变助剂,渗透剂,分散剂,氨水并且以300-500转/min搅拌10-40分钟,搅拌均匀;
S2、在上述溶液中在加入阴离子硅油,再次以300-500转/min搅拌10-40分钟,搅拌均匀;
S3、再加聚丙烯酸,氯化钠,300-500转/min搅拌10-40分钟,搅拌均匀
S4、用pH调节剂调节前处理液的PH值为4-5之间,充分搅拌均匀;
S5最后5u滤膜过滤制得该专用前处理液。
7.权利要求1-5任一项所述的热升华前处理液的使用方法,其特征在于,将热升华前处理液均匀涂抹在压烫载体布料上,燃火通过100℃加热将溶剂中多余的水烘干。
