Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, the magazine assembly 8 includes a plurality of multi-layered racks 801 for placing plates and a second transfer lift 802, and the width of the grid 701 matches the width of the racks 801. The second transport lifting part 802 is liftable along the inside of the magazine 801, and the second transport lifting part 802 is provided corresponding to the first transport lifting part 702 for transferring the grid plate 701 from the first transport lifting part 702 to each layer of the magazine 801. The second conveying elevating portion 802 includes a second scissor lift 8021 and a second roller conveyor line 8022, and the second roller conveyor line 8022 is fixedly mounted on the second scissor lift 8021. The width of the second roller conveying line 8022 is smaller than that of the material storage rack 801, and the second scissor lift 8021 drives the second roller conveying line 8022 to lift along the inside of the material storage rack 801.
Example two
Based on the first embodiment, the second embodiment is different in that:
referring to fig. 10, two magazine transfer lines 803 are disposed below the magazine 801 for moving the magazine 801. It may also take the form of wheels mounted under the magazine 801. The path of movement of the wheels is however subject to deviations from the conveyor line, and the present embodiment takes the form of a magazine conveyor line 803. The storage racks 801 are transferred along two storage rack transfer lines 803, and a second transfer lift portion 802 is installed between the two storage rack transfer lines 803, and the storage racks 801 sequentially pass through the second transfer lift portion 802 to sequentially stack the grid plates 701 and the entire row of electrode plates 9 stacked on the grid plates 701 onto each layer of each storage rack 801.
Example III
Based on the second embodiment, the present embodiment provides a control method for a three-dimensional storage system of battery plates, including the following steps:
s1: the first claw assembly 2 grabs the vertically stacked pole plates 9, the clamping cylinder 205 clamps and fixes the pole plates 9, the first XYZ sliding table 203 drives the first claw 202 to move towards the stacking rod 301, and meanwhile, the overturning cylinder 204 drives the first claw 202 to rotate along the lower end of the connecting plate 201, so that the pole plates 9 are transversely arranged and placed in an overturning mode from vertical stacking.
S2: the first hook claw 202 grabs a plurality of groups of polar plates 9 and places the polar plates on the stacking rod 301, polar plates 9 in a shorter row are arranged on the stacking rod 301, and the first limiting plate 3021 and the second limiting plates 3022 on the stacking rod 301 limit and fix the two ends of the polar plates 9 in the row, so that the polar plates 9 at the two ends are prevented from toppling over.
S3: the XY slipway 303 drives the stacking rod 301 to move, and transfers the polar plate 9 on the stacking rod 301 to the material moving range of the second hook claw assembly 4.
S4: the second XYZ sliding table 402 drives the second hooking claw 401 to hook and transfer the electrode plates 9 on the stacking rod 301 to the stacking table 501, and the electrode plates 9 in shorter rows are sequentially arranged and stacked on the stacking table 501 to form an entire row of electrode plates 9 meeting the storage length.
S5: the stacking table transmission line 502 drives the stacking table 501 and the whole row of polar plates 9 stacked on the stacking table to be conveyed to the clamping range of the clamping plate assembly 6.
S6: the feeding line 703 transfers the grid plate 701 onto the first roller conveyor line 7022, and then the XZ slipway 602 drives the clamping plate 601 to clamp the whole row of the electrode plates 9 on the stacking table 501 onto the grid plate 701 of the first roller conveyor line 7022.
S7: the two material storage rack conveying lines 803 drive the material storage racks 801 to be conveyed to the second conveying lifting part 802, so that the second conveying lifting part 802 is positioned in the material storage racks 801.
S8: the second scissor type lifter 8021 drives the second roller conveying line 8022 to ascend, so that the conveying plane of the second roller conveying line 8022 is level with the uppermost material storage layer of the material storage rack 801; at the same time, the first scissor lift 7021 drives the first roller conveyor line 7022 to rise flush with the second roller conveyor line 8022.
S9: the first roller conveyor line 7022 runs to convey the grid plate 701 and the whole row of polar plates 9 stacked on the grid plate 701 to the second roller conveyor line 8022, and after the grid plate 701 is completely moved onto the second roller conveyor line 8022, the second scissor lift 8021 drives the second roller conveyor line 8022 to descend, that is, the grid plate 701 is placed on the uppermost storage layer of the storage rack 801, so that stacking of the first layer of the storage rack 801 is completed.
S10: the second scissor lift 8021 drives the second roller conveying line 8022 to descend to the second layer of the storage rack 801, the first scissor lift 7021 drives the first roller conveying line 7022 to descend to be flush with the second roller conveying line 8022, and then the grid plate 701 and the whole row of polar plates 9 stacked on the grid plate 701 are placed on the second layer through the first roller conveying line 7022 and the second roller conveying line 8022; and so on until the bottom most layer of the magazine 801 is placed on the upper plate 9.
S11: after the upper polar plate 9 is placed on the bottommost layer of the storage racks 801, the second roller conveying line 8022 is also lowered to the lowest position, and the two storage rack conveying lines 803 drive the next storage rack 801 to be conveyed to the second conveying lifting part 802, so that the polar plates 9 are stacked layer by layer in the same manner, and similarly, the polar plates 9 can be arranged and placed in each storage rack 801 layer by layer.

Claims (10)

1. A battery plate stereoscopic warehouse system, comprising:
a portal frame (1), and
the first stacking mechanism is used for changing vertically stacked polar plates (9) into transversely arranged and placed polar plates, and comprises a first hook claw assembly (2) for transferring the polar plates (9) and a stacking rod assembly (3) for arranging and placing the polar plates (9);
the first hook claw assembly (2) comprises a connecting plate (201), a first hook claw (202) and a first XYZ sliding table (203) for driving the first hook claw (202) to move, the first XYZ sliding table (203) is fixedly arranged on the portal frame (1), and the movable end of the first XYZ sliding table (203) is fixedly connected with one side of the connecting plate (201); the first hook claw (202) is hinged with the lower end of the connecting plate (201);
the second stacking mechanism is used for stacking the short-row polar plates (9) into long rows and comprises a second hook claw assembly (4) for transferring the short-row polar plates (9) and a stacking table assembly (5) for stacking the whole-row polar plates (9);
the second hook claw assembly (4) comprises a second hook claw (401) and a second XYZ sliding table (402) for driving the second hook claw (401) to move, the second XYZ sliding table (402) is fixedly arranged on the portal frame (1), and the second hook claw (401) is fixedly connected with the movable end of the second XYZ sliding table (402);
the storage mechanism is used for storing the whole row of polar plates (9) in a layered mode and comprises a clamping plate assembly (6) used for transferring the whole row of polar plates (9), a material placing plate assembly (7) used for storing the whole row of polar plates (9) and a material storing frame assembly (8) used for placing the whole row of polar plates (9) in a layered mode;
the clamping plate assembly (6) comprises a clamping plate (601) and an XZ sliding table (602), the XZ sliding table (602) is fixedly arranged on the portal frame (1), the clamping plate (601) is fixedly arranged at the movable end of the XZ sliding table (602), and the length of the clamping plate (601) is not less than the length of the whole row of polar plates (9);
the material placing plate assembly (7) comprises a grid plate (701) for placing the whole row of polar plates (9) and a first conveying lifting part (702) for driving the grid plate (701) to lift, wherein the grid plate (701) is placed on the upper surface of the first conveying lifting part (702);
the storage rack assembly (8) comprises a plurality of storage racks (801) and a second conveying lifting part (802), the second conveying lifting part (802) can lift along the inside of the storage racks (801), and the second conveying lifting part (802) is arranged corresponding to the first conveying lifting part (702) and is used for conveying the grid plates (701) from the first conveying lifting part (702) to each layer of the storage racks (801).
2. The three-dimensional storage system of battery polar plates according to claim 1, wherein a turnover cylinder (204) for driving the first hook claw (202) to rotate is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the connecting plate (201) so as to change the vertical stacking of the polar plates (9) into the transverse arrangement; a clamping cylinder (205) for clamping the polar plate (9) is fixedly arranged on one surface of the first hook claw (202).

The battery plate three-dimensional warehouse system according to claim 1, wherein the stacking rod assembly (3) comprises a stacking rod (301) matched with the first hook claw (202) and a limiting part (302) for preventing the plates (9) arranged and placed on the stacking rod (301) from toppling; the limiting part (302) comprises a first limiting plate (3021) and a plurality of second limiting plates (3022), and the lower end part of the first limiting plate (3021) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the material stacking rod (301); the second limiting plates (3022) are connected with the stacking rod (301) in a sliding mode through lifting cylinders (3023);
the stacking rod assembly (3) further comprises an XY sliding table (303) for driving the stacking rod (301) to move along the plane, and the stacking rod (301) is fixedly arranged at the movable end of the XY sliding table (303).
4. The battery plate three-dimensional warehouse system according to claim 1, wherein the stacking table assembly (5) comprises a stacking table (501) and a stacking table transmission line (502), and baffle rods (5011) are arranged at two ends of the stacking table (501); the stacking table (501) is placed on a stacking table conveying line (502), and the stacking table (501) is conveyed to the clamping plate assembly (6) through the stacking table conveying line (502).
5. The battery plate stereoscopic warehouse system according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying lifting part (702) comprises a first scissor lift (7021) and a first roller conveyor line (7022), the first roller conveyor line (7022) is fixedly installed on the first scissor lift (7021) and lifts along with the first scissor lift (7021), and the grid plate (701) is placed on the first roller conveyor line (7022).

The battery plate stereoscopic warehouse system according to claim 5, wherein the material placing plate assembly (7) further comprises a feeding line (703) for conveying the grid plate (701) to the first roller conveying line (7022), the feeding line (703) is installed below the first roller conveying line (7022), the feeding line (703) is arranged in a staggered manner with the first roller conveying line (7022), and the feeding line (703) is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first roller conveying line (7022).

The battery plate three-dimensional warehouse system according to claim 1, wherein the second conveying lifting part (802) comprises a second scissor type lifter (8021) and a second roller conveying line (8022), the second roller conveying line (8022) is fixedly arranged on the second scissor type lifter (8021), and the second scissor type lifter (8021) drives the second roller conveying line (8022) to lift along the inside of the storage rack (801).
8. The battery plate stereoscopic warehouse system of claim 7, wherein the width of the grid plate (701) matches the width of the storage rack (801), and the width of the second roller conveyor line (8022) is smaller than the width of the storage rack (801).
9. The battery plate stereoscopic warehouse system of claim 8, wherein the storage rack assembly (8) further comprises two storage rack conveying lines (803), a plurality of the storage racks (801) are conveyed along the two storage rack conveying lines (803) and sequentially pass through a second conveying lifting part (802), and the second conveying lifting part (802) is arranged between the two storage rack conveying lines (803).
10. The method for controlling a three-dimensional warehouse system of battery plates as set forth in any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
s1: the first claw assembly (2) grabs the vertically stacked polar plates (9), the clamping cylinder (205) clamps and fixes the polar plates (9), the first XYZ sliding table (203) drives the first claw (202) to move towards the stacking rod (301), and meanwhile, the overturning cylinder (204) drives the first claw (202) to rotate along the lower end of the connecting plate (201) so as to overturn the polar plates (9) from vertical stacking to transverse arrangement;
s2: the first hook claw (202) grabs a plurality of groups of polar plates (9) and places the polar plates on the stacking rod (301), the polar plates (9) are arranged on the stacking rod (301) to form a shorter row, and the first limiting plate (3021) and the second limiting plates (3022) on the stacking rod (301) limit and fix the two ends of the polar plates (9) arranged in the row, so that the polar plates (9) at the two ends are prevented from toppling;
s3: the XY slipway (303) drives the stacking rod (301) to move, and the polar plate (9) on the stacking rod (301) is transferred to the material moving range of the second hook claw assembly (4);
s4: the second XYZ sliding table (402) drives the second hooking claw (401) to hook and transfer the polar plates (9) on the stacking rod (301) to the stacking table (501), and the polar plates (9) in shorter rows are sequentially arranged and stacked on the stacking table (501) to form a whole row of polar plates (9) meeting the storage length;
s5: the stacking table transmission line (502) drives the stacking table (501) and the whole row of polar plates (9) stacked on the stacking table to be conveyed to the clamping range of the clamping plate assembly (6);
s6: the feeding line (703) conveys the grid plate (701) to the first roller conveying line (7022), and then the XZ sliding table (602) drives the clamping plate (601) to clamp and convey the whole row of polar plates (9) on the stacking table (501) to the grid plate (701) of the first roller conveying line (7022);
s7: the two material storage rack conveying lines (803) drive the material storage racks (801) to be conveyed to the second conveying lifting part (802), so that the second conveying lifting part (802) is positioned in the material storage racks (801);
s8: the second scissor type lifter (8021) drives the second roller conveying line (8022) to ascend, so that the conveying plane of the second roller conveying line (8022) is level with the uppermost material storage layer of the material storage rack (801); simultaneously, the first scissor type lifter (7021) drives the first roller conveying line (7022) to be lifted to be level with the second roller conveying line (8022);
s9: the first roller conveyor line (7022) runs, the grid plate (701) and the whole row of polar plates (9) stacked on the grid plate (701) are conveyed to the second roller conveyor line (8022), when the grid plate (701) is completely moved onto the second roller conveyor line (8022), the second scissor type lifter (8021) drives the second roller conveyor line (8022) to descend, namely, the grid plate (701) is placed on the uppermost storage material layer of the storage rack (801), and the stacking of the first layer of the storage rack (801) is completed;
s10: the second scissor type lifter (8021) drives the second roller conveying line (8022) to descend to a second layer of the storage rack (801), the first scissor type lifter (7021) drives the first roller conveying line (7022) to descend to be flush with the second roller conveying line (8022) as well, and the grid plate (701) and the whole row of polar plates (9) stacked on the grid plate (701) are placed on the second layer through the first roller conveying line (7022) and the second roller conveying line (8022); and so on until the bottom layer of the material storage rack (801) is placed on the upper polar plate (9);
s11: after the upper polar plate (9) is placed at the bottommost layer of the storage racks (801), the second roller conveying line (8022) is lowered to the lowest position, the two storage rack conveying lines (803) drive the next storage rack (801) to be conveyed to the second conveying lifting part (802), the polar plates (9) are stacked layer by layer in the same manner, and the polar plates (9) can be arranged and placed in each storage rack (801) layer by analogy.
