本发明涉及纺织无水/少水印染技术领域,具体涉及一种基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法。
背景技术
我国是世界纺织品生产大国,也是纺织品贸易大国。纺织印染工业是我国传统的支柱型产业,随着国民经济的迅猛发展,我国的纺织工业也进入了高速发展期。印染技术是在生产过程中对各类纺织材料进行物理化学处理,使织物具备各种绚丽的颜色的一项技术,在纺织工业中占据着举足轻重的地位。
而为了达到良好的色彩,现有印染技术采用了大量的固色印染助剂。印染助剂是提高染料与纺织品的结合牢固度的重要助剂之一,在织物上可与染料形成不溶性有色物而提高了延伸的洗涤、汗渍牢固度。然而大量的助剂的使用不但造成了材料的浪费,还会产生大量的污水,严重破坏了生态环境。
因此,推行绿色环保的新型无水印染工艺成为今后纺织工业发展的主流方向。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供了一种基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法;溶剂可循环使用减少水污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法,包括如下步骤:
1)以二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯为混合溶剂溶解分散染料得染液,将一定量的高分子印染助剂溶解在二甲亚砜中得固色液;
2)将涤纶织物投入到染液中进行升温染色;
3)将步骤2)的染色物浸泡到固色液中进行固色;
4)将织物取出,用二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯分别清洗2-3次,真空干燥至恒重得到染色物;
5)回收染色残液和固色残液,循环利用;
其中,所述高分子印染助剂由质量比为2~5:10的改性壳聚糖和聚氨酯固色剂复配而成;
所述改性壳聚糖的结构式为:

n为8~12的整数;R1和R2分别为独立的直链烷基;
所述聚氨酯印染助剂由以下重量份的原料制得:
10~20份异佛尔酮异氰酸酯、15~20份聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、20~30份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、1~5份反应型有机硅、20~30份N-甲基二乙醇胺、100~150份有机溶剂;其中,所述反应型有机硅是由氢氧化钾催化八甲基环四硅氧烷制得;所述有机溶剂是由二甲亚砜和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺以体积比为3~5:1混合而成。
优选地,染色过程中,分散染料用量为3%owf,浴比1:20,染色温度为60~70℃,染色时间2h。
优选地,固色过程中,固色剂用量为分散染料用量的1~3%,浴比1:30,温度50~60℃,时间20~30min。
优选地,所述改性壳聚糖的制备过程如下:
S1:N-羧甲基壳聚糖与烷基聚氧乙烯醚一同加入到反应瓶中,向其中加入溶剂甲苯以及阻聚剂对苯二酚和催化剂对甲苯磺酸,升温至120℃,搅拌反应3~4h;旋蒸除去溶剂,经提纯后得到聚氧乙烯醚接枝壳聚糖;
S2:将聚氧乙烯醚接枝壳聚糖溶解在异丙醇中,加入催化量的CTAB催化剂,搅拌使其混合均匀,升温至70℃,搅拌情况下逐滴滴加环氧氯丙烷;滴加完成后继续搅拌12h,旋蒸除去溶剂,干燥;
S3:将步骤S2的产物加入到异丙醇中,加热至90℃,滴加N,N-二甲基乙胺,搅拌反应8h,除去溶剂得改性壳聚糖。
优选地,所述烷基聚氧乙烯醚为十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚,与N-羧甲基壳聚糖的质量比为1.2:1。
优选地,所述聚氨酯印染助剂的制备过程如下:
按配方量称取原料,将聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和适量溶剂投入到反应釜中,加入三分之二的异佛尔酮异氰酸酯,充分搅匀后于70-80℃下反应使反应增粘;
继续向反应釜中投入N-甲基二乙醇胺和反应型有机硅,加入剩余异佛尔酮异氰酸酯和溶剂继续搅拌反应直至粘度稳定;加入适量乙酸进行中和,加入去离子水高速剪切乳化,除去部分溶剂,得到固含量20%的聚氨酯印染助剂。
聚氧乙烯醚特殊的结构可与染料分子通过氢键作用很好地结合,在印染工艺中常使用到各类聚氧乙烯醚类的表面活性剂;壳聚糖作为天然的阳离子型大分子,在纺织印染固色领域也有着较多的应用,本案采用N-羧甲基壳聚糖,相较于壳聚糖具有更好的溶解性;利用其末端羧基与聚氧乙烯醚酯化反应在其表面接枝8~12个重复单元数的EO单元(乙氧基),EO可以与染料分子利用氢键作用很好地结合;再通过分子链中的活性羟基在分子链末端引入阳离子基团,与活性染料中的阴离子基团结合使染料与织物纤维相互交联,提高色牢度。
聚氨酯有着巨大的应用前景,不仅是在涂料、皮革等领域有着广泛的应用,目前,聚氨酯还被发现潜藏着固色的潜能,能有效提高织物的各项染色牢固度。为满足产品绿色环保的要求,现在市场上大多以水性聚氨酯为主要研究对象。但对于本案所述的溶剂染色方法,水性聚氨酯的应用受到了限制。因此,本案制备了一种溶剂型聚氨酯,以异佛尔酮异氰酸酯和聚酯与聚醚多元醇制得预聚体,之后由小分子的二元醇N-甲基二乙醇胺扩链,同时还与末端羟基的硅氧烷反应获得硅氧键,N-甲基二乙醇胺接入到聚氨酯主链中,后续通过醋酸制得阳离子,进一步提高与织物纤维的结合力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用的溶剂染色法,在染色工艺中通过自制的高分子印染助剂来提高色牢度。印染助剂由改性壳聚糖和聚氨酯印染助剂复配而成,其中,改性壳聚糖大分子在织物纤维表面形成薄膜,末端阳离子与染料的阴离子结合,EO键与织物纤维表面形成氢键;聚氨酯印染助剂则通过主链中的阳离子与染料中的阴离子结合形成离子键,使聚氨酯均匀附着在织物表面,高分子主链阳离子与末端阳离子的协同作用使高分子印染助剂、染料以及织物纤维交联,使分子内聚集作用力增强,形成致密薄膜,有效提高耐水性牢度等性能;此外分子结构中硅氧键有效提高织物的柔软性,提升手感舒适度。

所述聚氨酯印染助剂的制备过程如下:
按配方量称取原料,将聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和适量有机溶剂投入到反应釜中,加入三分之二的异佛尔酮异氰酸酯,充分搅匀后于70-80℃下反应使反应增粘;
继续向反应釜中投入N-甲基二乙醇胺和反应型有机硅,加入剩余异佛尔酮异氰酸酯和有机溶剂继续搅拌反应直至粘度稳定;加入适量乙酸进行中和,加入去离子水高速剪切乳化,除去部分溶剂,得到固含量20%的聚氨酯印染助剂。
工艺流程如下:
1)以二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯为混合溶剂溶解分散染料得染液,将一定量的高分子印染助剂溶解在二甲亚砜中得固色液;
2)将涤纶织物投入到染液中进行升温染色;
3)将步骤2)的染色物浸泡到固色液中进行固色;
4)将织物取出,用二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯分别清洗2-3次,真空干燥至恒重得到染色物;
5)回收染色残液和固色残液,循环利用。
实施例1:
1)在1L二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯(体积比为4:6)的混合溶剂溶解1g分散染料;
2)取10份聚氨酯印染助剂和2份改性壳聚糖加二甲亚砜稀释得到固色液;
2)将涤纶织物投入到染液中进行升温染色;
3)将步骤2)的染色物浸泡到固色液中进行固色;
4)将织物取出,用二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯分别清洗2-3次,真空干燥至恒重得到染色物;
5)回收染色残液和固色残液,循环利用。
聚氨酯印染助剂的各原料用量如下:
10份异佛尔酮异氰酸酯、15份聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、20份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、1份反应型有机硅、20份N-甲基二乙醇胺、100份有机溶剂;其中,所述反应型有机硅是由氢氧化钾催化八甲基环四硅氧烷制得;所述有机溶剂是由二甲亚砜和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺以体积比为3:1混合而成。
染色过程中,分散染料用量为3%owf,浴比1:20,染色温度为60℃,染色时间2h。
固色过程中,固色剂用量为分散染料用量的1.5%,浴比1:30,温度50℃,时间20min。
实施例2:
1)在1L二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯(体积比为4:6)的混合溶剂溶解1g分散染料;
2)取10份聚氨酯印染助剂和3份改性壳聚糖加二甲亚砜稀释得到固色液;
2)将涤纶织物投入到染液中进行升温染色;
3)将步骤2)的染色物浸泡到固色液中进行固色;
4)将织物取出,用二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯分别清洗2-3次,真空干燥至恒重得到染色物;
5)回收染色残液和固色残液,循环利用。
聚氨酯印染助剂的各原料用量如下:
15份异佛尔酮异氰酸酯、17份聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、25份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、3份反应型有机硅、25份N-甲基二乙醇胺、120份有机溶剂;其中,所述反应型有机硅是由氢氧化钾催化八甲基环四硅氧烷制得;所述有机溶剂是由二甲亚砜和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺以体积比为3:1混合而成。
染色过程中,分散染料用量为3%owf,浴比1:20,染色温度为60℃,染色时间2h。
固色过程中,固色剂用量为分散染料用量的1.5%,浴比1:30,温度50℃,时间20min。
实施例3:
1)在1L二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯(体积比为4:6)的混合溶剂溶解1g分散染料;

20份异佛尔酮异氰酸酯、20份聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、30份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、5份反应型有机硅、30份N-甲基二乙醇胺、150份有机溶剂;其中,所述反应型有机硅是由氢氧化钾催化八甲基环四硅氧烷制得;所述有机溶剂是由二甲亚砜和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺以体积比为3:1混合而成。
染色过程中,分散染料用量为3%owf,浴比1:20,染色温度为60℃,染色时间2h。
固色过程中,固色剂用量为分散染料用量的1.5%,浴比1:30,温度50℃,时间20min。
对比例1:
同实施例1,区别在于去掉聚氨酯印染助剂。
对比例2:
同实施例1,区别在于采用市售固色剂。
摩擦色牢度:参照GB-T3920-2008进行摩擦测试,按照GB-T215-2009评定标准进行干擦牢度和湿擦牢度的评定。
皂洗色牢度:参照GB-T3921-2008标准进行皂洗试验;按照GB-T215-1995评定沾色用灰色样卡进行评定。
K/S值:采用Datacolor650测定。
织物手感:以五人为一组,对固色前后的染色织物进行触摸评级,数值越大表示手感越好。
上述数据记录在表1中;从下表可知,本案实施例1-3提供的溶剂染色法获得的织物具有优异的摩擦色牢度和皂洗色牢度,手感较好。本发明提供的高分子印染助剂由改性壳聚糖和聚氨酯印染助剂复配得到,壳聚糖为天然高分子材料,原料易得;聚氨酯是在二甲亚砜和DMF混合溶剂中制得,溶剂无需去除直接应用到固色工序中,染色完成后的残液可回收循环利用,减少了水污染,印染工序较少,操作简单。

Claims (6)

1.一种基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)以二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯为混合溶剂溶解分散染料得染液,将一定量的高分子印染助剂溶解在二甲亚砜中得固色液;
2)将涤纶织物投入到染液中进行升温染色;
3)将步骤2)的染色物浸泡到固色液中进行固色;
4)将织物取出,用二甲亚砜和碳酸二甲酯分别清洗2-3次,真空干燥至恒重得到染色物;
5)回收染色残液和固色残液,循环利用;
其中,所述高分子印染助剂由质量比为2~5:10的改性壳聚糖和聚氨酯固色剂复配而成;
所述改性壳聚糖的结构式为:

n为8~12的整数;R1和R2分别为独立的直链烷基;
所述聚氨酯印染助剂由以下重量份的原料制得:
10~20份异佛尔酮异氰酸酯、15~20份聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、20~30份聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、1~5份反应型有机硅、20~30份N-甲基二乙醇胺、100~150份有机溶剂;其中,所述反应型有机硅是由氢氧化钾催化八甲基环四硅氧烷制得;所述有机溶剂是由二甲亚砜和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺以体积比为3~5:1混合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法,其特征在于,染色过程中,分散染料用量为3%owf,浴比1:20,染色温度为60~70℃,染色时间2h。
3.如权利要求1所述的基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法,其特征在于,固色过程中,印染助剂0~5%owf,浴比1:30,温度50~60℃,时间20~30min。
4.如权利要求1所述的基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法,其特征在于,所述改性壳聚糖的制备过程如下:
S1:N-羧甲基壳聚糖与烷基聚氧乙烯醚一同加入到反应瓶中,向其中加入溶剂甲苯以及阻聚剂对苯二酚和催化剂对甲苯磺酸,升温至120℃,搅拌反应3~4h;旋蒸除去溶剂,经提纯后得到聚氧乙烯醚接枝壳聚糖;
S2:将聚氧乙烯醚接枝壳聚糖溶解在异丙醇中,加入催化量的CTAB催化剂,搅拌使其混合均匀,升温至70℃,搅拌情况下逐滴滴加环氧氯丙烷;滴加完成后继续搅拌12h,旋蒸除去溶剂,干燥;
S3:将步骤S2的产物加入到异丙醇中,加热至90℃,滴加N,N-二甲基乙胺,搅拌反应8h,除去溶剂得改性壳聚糖。
5.如权利要求4所述的基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法,其特征在于,所述烷基聚氧乙烯醚为十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚,与N-羧甲基壳聚糖的质量比为1.2:1。
6.如权利要求1所述的基于高分子印染助剂的涤纶织物溶剂染色方法,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯印染助剂的制备过程如下:
按配方量称取原料,将聚己二酸甲基丙二醇酯二醇、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和适量有机溶剂投入到反应釜中,加入三分之二的异佛尔酮异氰酸酯,充分搅匀后于70-80℃下反应使反应增粘;
