step four, the mixture of the straw powder inside the soil property storage tank 24, the rice hull and the soil enters the conveying device 26 through the guide pipe 25, thereby conveying the mixture to the inside of the mixing device 19, starting the mixing motor 23, pushing the mixture entering the inside forward while extruding, starting the electromagnetic valve 30 and the pump 31, adding the plastic inside the degradation tank 10 into the mixing device 19 through the degradable plastic conveying pipe 29, under the cooperation of the heating cylinder 20, mixing with the straw powder, the rice hull and the soil gradually occurs, and the soil property after mixing is accumulated and fermented in the material storage cavity 32.

secondly, enabling the powdered plastic to enter the powder distribution plate (8) through the filter screen (4), enabling the powdered plastic to be evenly discharged when the powdered plastic passes through the distribution holes (39), starting an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (9) after the powdered plastic enters the sterilizing box (7), and sterilizing the passing plastic powder by using ultraviolet rays;
thirdly, after the sterilized plastic powder enters a degradation pool (10), a dispersing agent is preferentially added into the interior by using a microbial agent feeding box (11), the dispersing agent consists of isooctyl acrylate and sodium sulfite, then degradation liquid consisting of calcium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, ammonium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate and degradation strains consisting of bifidobacterium, bacillus and bacillus volcano are added into the microbial agent feeding box (11), a stirring motor (13) is started while the plastic powder is heated to a set temperature, and the plastic powder, the dispersing agent, the degradation liquid and the strains are mixed by using a spiral stirring rod (14) and a comb tooth stirring rod (15);
step four, the mixture of straw powder, rice husk and soil inside soil property storage jar (24) passes through stand pipe (25) and enters into conveyor (26), thereby carry the inside of mixture to mixing device (19), start mixing motor (23), promote forward in the extruded while to the mixture that enters into inside, open solenoid valve (30) and suction pump (31), the plastics that will degrade the inside pond (10) are added into mixing device (19) through degradation plastics conveyer pipe (29), under the cooperation of heating cylinder (20), with straw powder, the rice husk and soil take place to mix gradually, the soil property through mixing is the heap fermentation in material storage chamber (32).
