Claims (10)
1. The kitchen waste rapid smashing and separating device comprises a processing box (11) and a base (24) arranged below the processing box, wherein the left side of the base (24) is fixedly connected with the left side of the processing box (11) through a support, a feeding hopper (36) used for feeding is arranged at the upper end of the processing box (11), a discharging pipe (37) is arranged at the lower end of the feeding hopper (36), the discharging pipe (37) extends into the processing box (11), and a smashing assembly used for smashing kitchen waste is arranged in the processing box (11);
the kitchen garbage crushing device is characterized in that the crushing assembly comprises a rotary drum (29) used for bearing kitchen garbage, filter holes (19) used for realizing solid-liquid separation are formed in the outer side of the lower end of the rotary drum (29), a bottom filter plate (27) is arranged at the opening position of the lower end of the rotary drum (29) in a matched mode, two separation push rods (17) are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the rotary drum (29), the upper ends of the separation push rods (17) are rotatably connected with the outer side of the rotary drum (29), the output end of the rotary drum (29) is connected with a transmission rod (18), the lower end of the transmission rod (18) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the bottom filter plate (27), a plurality of crushing cutter groups are arranged inside the rotary drum (29), and the crushing cutter groups and the upper end of the rotary drum (29) are connected with a crushing driving piece used for driving the rotary drum to rotate;
and a discharge hole (21) for discharging is formed in the right side of the lower end of the treatment box (11).
2. The kitchen waste rapid smashing and separating device according to claim 1, wherein a material receiving box (22) used for bearing smashed materials is detachably arranged at the lower end of a processing box (11) where the discharging port (21) is located.

The kitchen waste rapid smashing and separating device according to claim 1, wherein a cleaning piece for assisting slag discharge is arranged at the bottom in the treatment box (11), the cleaning piece comprises a rotating column (25) rotatably arranged at the middle position of the bottom in the treatment box (11), at least one centrifugal scraping plate (23) is arranged on the outer side of the rotating column (25), the outer end of the centrifugal scraping plate (23) is matched with the inner wall of the treatment box (11), and a bottom filter plate (27) for increasing friction force is arranged at the upper end of the rotating column (25).

The kitchen waste rapid smashing and separating device according to claim 1, the crushing driving piece comprises a ring plate (30) arranged outside the upper end of the rotary cylinder (29), a plurality of sliding holes are distributed on the ring plate (30) in an array manner, a hanging rod (13) is matched in each sliding hole in a sliding manner, the upper end of the suspender (13) is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the rotating disc (12), the outer end of the rotating disc (12) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the treatment box (11), the rotating disc (12) is connected with a power part for driving the rotating disc to rotate, the lower end of each suspender (13) is provided with a supporting block (16), a return spring (15) for buffering is sleeved on the suspension rod (13) between the supporting block (16) and the ring plate (30), the inside of the treatment box (11) is also provided with a pushing piece used for driving the ring plate (30) to intermittently move downwards.

The kitchen waste rapid smashing and separating device according to claim 4, wherein the smashing cutter set comprises smashing shaft sleeves (34) distributed on the outer side of a feeding pipe (37) in an array mode, the upper end of each smashing shaft sleeve (34) is fixedly connected with the lower end of a rotating seat (35), the upper end of each rotating seat (35) is rotatably connected with the inner top of the treatment box (11), the outer side of each rotating seat (35) is meshed with a plurality of transmission gears (38), the transmission gears (38) are meshed with toothed rings on the inner side of a rotating disc (12), a smashing shaft (33) is in sliding fit in a hole at the lower end of each smashing shaft sleeve (34), a rotary pressing block (20) used for pressing the upper end face of a bottom filter plate (27) is rotatably arranged at the lower end of each smashing shaft (33), and the upper ends of the smashing shafts (33) are connected with the smashing shaft sleeves (34) through buffer springs, a rotary limiting part for limiting the relative rotation of the crushing shaft (33) and the crushing shaft sleeve (34) is arranged between the crushing shaft (33) and the crushing shaft sleeve, and a plurality of crushing knives (28) are distributed on the outer side of the crushing shaft (33).
