Abstract

The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and discloses two traditional Chinese medicine formulas for treating depression and anxiety by alternately taking, namely a Hui Tian formula and a deficiency labor formula. The Huitian formula warms and tonifies spleen and kidney, promotes appetite, and stabilizes mind; the consumptive disease prescription soothes liver and relieves depression, tonifies qi and strengthens kidney, and promotes spirit. The prevalence rate of depression and anxiety disorder is high, the harm is large, the recurrence rate is high, and effective treatment medicines with few side effects are lacked. Clinically, most of depression and anxiety patients have the symptoms of deficiency and impairment of liver and gallbladder, usually the left and right kidney vessels are deep, and the patients are difficult to take care of all the pathogenesis only by using one prescription. The two traditional Chinese medicine formulas of the item can soothe liver and relieve depression, and simultaneously can tonify qi, invigorate spleen, tonify kidney and replenish essence. The consumptive disease formula is biased to the left-tonifying way, the return formula is biased to the right-tonifying way, and the two formulas are alternately taken every day, so that qi, blood and yin and yang on the left side and the right side can be balanced and supplemented while the liver is soothing and qi stagnation is relieved; not only relieves the symptoms of depression and anxiety, but also can promote appetite and improve the qi and blood level of patients, and has little side effect on human bodies.

Description

Formula of two alternately taken traditional Chinese medicines for treating depression and anxiety
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a formula of two traditional Chinese medicines for treating depression and anxiety by alternately taking.
Background
Depression, also known as depressive disorder, is characterized clinically by a marked and persistent depression in the mood, the main type of mood disorder. The low mood is not matched with the situation in clinic, the depression of the mood can be from sultriness to sadness, and the self-declining depression and even the pessimism are taken away, and suicide attempts or behaviors can be caused; even the occurrence of stupor; in some cases, there is significant anxiety and motor agitation; in severe cases, psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations and delusions may occur. In most cases, recurrent episodes are prone. Anxiety neurosis is a neurosis mainly manifested by anxiety, including acute anxiety and chronic anxiety, and is assumed to have dizziness, chest distress, palpitation, dyspnea, dry mouth, frequent micturition, urgent micturition, sweating, tremor, and restlessness. Anxiety is not caused by a real threat and the level of stress is not very relevant to the real situation. Data published in the chinese mental health survey in 2019 show: the lifetime prevalence of depressive disorder is 3.4% and the lifetime prevalence of anxiety disorder is 7.6%. The two diseases have high prevalence rate and heavy social burden and are easy to repeatedly attack.
Drug therapy is the primary treatment for depression episodes above moderate. The first-line antidepressants currently in clinical use mainly include selective 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitors (SSRI, which stands for the drugs fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline, fluvoxamine, citalopram and escitalopram), 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRI, which stands for the drugs venlafaxine and duloxetine), norepinephrine and specific 5-hydroxytryptamine antidepressants (NaSSA, which stands for the drug mirtazapine), etc. The traditional tricyclic and tetracyclic antidepressants and monoamine oxidase inhibitors have larger adverse reactions and obviously reduced application. Anxiety disorders are also treated with pharmacological agents, including benzodiazepines (e.g., diazepam, alprazolam, estazolam, etc.), non-benzodiazepines (e.g., buspirone, tandospirone), and existing antidepressants also have anxiolytic effects, such as doxepin, clomipramine, SSRI, SNRI, etc.
Although depression and anxiety disorders differ in clinical manifestations, there are abnormalities in the mechanism of the disease in monoamine neurotransmitters, especially 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT). Therapeutically, selective 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitors may also be used.
At present, most of the medicines for treating depression and anxiety are western medicines, have considerable side effects on gastrointestinal tract and sexual function, and are easy to cause mood to turn to another extreme of excitement, namely commonly called 'transmania'. Some developed traditional Chinese medicines and Chinese patent medicines only pay attention to the pathogenesis of soothing the liver and relieving depression, but do not pay attention to the pathogenesis of physical weakness, and the result is that the curative effect is not lasting or the patient cannot tolerate the disease.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provide two traditional Chinese medicine formulas for treating depression and anxiety by alternately taking, namely a Hui Tian formula and a deficiency labor formula.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
the Huitian prescription is prepared from the following raw materials in weight by weight: 15g of prepared monkshood (decocted first), 15g of astragalus root, 20g of codonopsis pilosula, 20g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 10g of rhizoma atractylodis, 20g of dried ginger, 20g of honey-fried licorice root, 15g of poria cocos, 15g of ginger processed pinellia tuber, 10g of dried orange peel, 15g of raw dragon bone, 20g of raw oyster, 15g of amethyst, 25g of cornus officinalis, 15g of morinda officinalis, 15g of cornu cervi (degelatined deer horn), 10g of cinnamon (added later), 5g of earthworm, 5g of salvia miltiorrhiza and 5g of radix curcumae. The efficacy is as follows: replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, warming and invigorating the spleen and kidney, promoting appetite, calming the mind and improving energy. Treating depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic gastritis, etc., with weak right pulse and poor appetite. Has the effect of returning to the sky.
The prescription for treating asthenia labor is prepared from the following raw materials in weight by weight: 30g of prepared monkshood (decocted first), 10g of cassia twig, 10g of radix curcumae, 5g of rhizoma gastrodiae, 15g of spina date seed, 20g of raw dragon bone, 20g of raw oyster, 10g of amethyst, 20g of semen cuscutae, 20g of morinda officinalis, 30g of astragalus, 20g of codonopsis pilosula, 20g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 20g of dried ginger, 5g of honey-fried licorice root, 15g of poria cocos, 15g of ginger processed pinellia tuber, 10g of dried orange peel, 15g of fructus amomi, 10g of cinnamon (added later) and 5g of earthworm. The efficacy is as follows: soothing liver, relieving depression, invigorating qi, strengthening kidney, and improving spirit. Treating depression, anxiety, insomnia, subhealth state, and left ulnar pulse weakness.
Clinically, most patients with depression and anxiety have depression and anxiety, and the deficient and damaged side of the liver and gallbladder, i.e. the deep and weak kidney pulse, is also existed. In addition, the kidney vessels are deep in the right and left, and it is difficult to take care of all the pathogenesis of the patient with only one prescription. The two traditional Chinese medicine formulas of the item can soothe liver and relieve depression, and simultaneously can tonify qi, invigorate spleen, tonify kidney and replenish essence. The consumptive disease formula is biased to the left-tonifying way, the return formula is biased to the right-tonifying way, and the two formulas are alternately taken every day, so that qi, blood and yin and yang on the left side and the right side can be balanced and supplemented while the liver is soothing and qi stagnation is relieved; not only relieves the symptoms of depression and anxiety, but also can promote appetite, improve spirit and improve the qi and blood level of patients, and has little side effect on human bodies.
The two traditional Chinese medicine formulas have the following effects:
returning to the sky: the monkshood middle-jiao decoction which is composed of monkshood, codonopsis pilosula, bighead atractylodes rhizome, rhizoma atractylodis, rhizoma zingiberis and radix glycyrrhizae preparata is taken as a main frame, spleen and kidney warming and invigorating effects are achieved, astragalus qi invigorating, pinellia ternate and dried orange peel qi regulating, poria cocos dampness eliminating, morinda officinalis, cornu cervi (degelatinatum) and cinnamon kidney warming and invigorating kidney yang, and the effects of tonifying qi, invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness and warming and invigorating spleen and kidney are achieved; corni fructus can fill yin of liver and kidney, and cooperate with Os Draconis, Concha Ostreae and Fluoritum to induce fire downward to fill kidney yin and kidney yang; earthworm, salvia miltiorrhiza and radix curcumae sooth liver, relieve depression, activate blood, clear and purge liver and gall stagnated fire. By combining the whole formula, the traditional Chinese medicine composition can well tonify the right way, clear the left way, warm and tonify the lower element, tonify yang without excessive internal heat, and achieve the effects of tonifying qi and spleen, warming and tonifying spleen and kidney, promoting appetite, calming the mind and improving energy.
Prescription for deficiency and fatigue: the formula combines the decoction of osmanthus, liquorice, dragon and oyster, the decoction of astragalus, jianzhong and the decoction of spina date seed in Shanghai treatise on typhoid fever and consumptive disease, and the decoction of morinda officinalis and dodder tonify kidney and replenish essence, and the dragon bone, oyster and amethyst astringe yang and suppress yang, so as to stabilize yang qi of lower jiao: ramulus Cinnamomi and radix Aconiti lateralis have effects of warming yang, promoting the ascending of yang qi, invigorating spleen and qi, eliminating dampness, warming kidney yang, nourishing yin blood, regulating qi-flowing, activating spleen, and clearing away gallbladder fire. By comprehensively considering the whole formula, the traditional Chinese medicine can well tonify the left road, warm and tonify the lower-jiao, and achieve the effects of soothing the liver and relieving depression, tonifying qi and nourishing blood, reinforcing the kidney and stimulating the menstrual flow, and calming the mind.
The dosage of the monkshood in the invention reaches 30g, which exceeds the dosage of pharmacopeia. The Li Ke old TCM has performed strict examinations on the commonly used dosage of ancient TCM: the dosage of monkshood in sheng zhang zhong jing is generally 1-3, and the average weight of 1 monkshood is about 15g and 1 monkshood in the large is 31 g calculated according to the modern collected wild monkshood, so the dosage of monkshood in the book of typhoid fever is presumed to be generally 15-90 g. Is far higher than the dosage of 15g in pharmacopoeia. In the present invention, Fu Zi and ban Xia are used together, which belongs to the category of eighteen antagonisms. The syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine are originated in the treatise on febrile diseases of the Zhongjing of the Han Dynasty, and the classic does not discuss eighteen reflexes. The eighteen antagonisms most damaging the monkshood is the monkshood of the Piper semibetle bulb, because the later extends the aconite to the monkshood. It is known that human depends on yang qi to generate, and that the pathological product of phlegm is phlegm and blood stasis, which are most generated in cold, in the book name of Shang Han Lun. Wu Tou is the essential herb for expelling cold, Fu Zi is the essential herb for generating yang and tonifying primordial qi, and half Lou Bei is the essential herb for astringing, eliminating phlegm and expelling fluid. If you press the eighteen antagonisms, then there will be cold that cannot go, yang deficiency that cannot grow, and pathological products that cannot go, so that the disease can be cured? It is used with Wu Tou ban Xia in the formula of Red pill from jin Kui Yao L ü e, gan sui ban Xia Tang gan sui gan Cao. It is known that the eighteen antagonisms of the later generations completely violate the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the first Sheng and the rule that the disease is the drug. The modern famous physicians Zhu Lianchun proposed in 2011 have issued letters, and eighteen reflexes must be completely denied. The inventor clinically applies the scheme to treat hundreds of patients with depression and anxiety without obvious side effect.
