Description

Gynecological climacteric menstruation moxibustion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a gynecological climacteric menstruation moxibustion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The climacteric syndrome is a common disease of climacteric people, women have continuous amenorrhea or permanent menstrual stop without obvious pathological factors, and the symptoms are called menopause, premenopausal and postmenopausal, and due to low estrogen level and ovarian aging, the functions of hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis are influenced to cause menstrual disorder, hot flashes, sweating, easy excitation, depression, dizziness, fatigue, osteoarticular myalgia, headache, palpitation, skin paresthesia and other discomforts, namely the clinical manifestations of the climacteric syndrome[1-2]. The climacteric women are often accompanied with obvious psychological disorders, emotional and psychological reactions such as anxiety, depression and the like occur, and the life quality of the middle-aged and the elderly women is seriously influenced[3]. It is widely accepted that the pathophysiological mechanism of menopause is an imbalance in neurotransmitters, hormones, cytokines and the like caused by the dysfunction of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis or adrenal gland due to the decrease in estrogen level in vivo. In addition, research shows that endocrine disturbance is not the only cause of climacteric syndrome, and is related to multiple factors such as family factors, cultural and social factors, psychological factors, characters, behavior and the like[4]
The traditional Chinese medicine ancient medicine has no name of climacteric syndrome, and detailed records cannot be found in traditional Chinese medicine ancient books documents, but the traditional Chinese medicine ancient book documents belong to the categories of premenopausal and postmenopausal symptoms such as 'hysteria', 'lily' disease ',' depression ',' senile metrorrhagia ',' irregular menstruation ',' palpitation ',' insomnia 'and' vertigo[5]. The "internal classic" is in the name: "The main explosion speed of fire; those who are unable to pass through the menstrual period due to their violent anger, worry, junction and fright; the symptoms and the prescription of the symptoms and the symptoms which appear during the menopause are discussed in detail. The growth, development, reproduction and aging of women are all regulated by kidney qi. With the continuous and intensive research on the disease, doctors of all ages summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, and the kidney deficiency is the root cause of the disease, and is also related to spleen, liver, kidney, qi and blood, thoroughfare and conception vessels, deficiency, stasis, environmental factors, and the like. In the seven-seven years, the body functions of women tend to be in a deficiency state, the deficiency is the root of the disease, but stasis can be the pathogenic target of the women, and due to the mutual combination of the deficiency and the stasis, the complex pathogenesis that the deficiency, the secondary symptoms and the excess of the disease are both causal is formed; the factors affect heart, liver, spleen and other organs, which cause the endogenous production of excess pathogens such as blood stasis, phlegm dampness, qi stagnation and the like, and various symptoms can appear, thereby causing the occurrence of diseases[6-11]. According to Jingyue quan Shu (Jingyue quan Shu) (good tonifying yang must seek yang from yin, yang must help yin but biochemistry is not good) "[12]. The principle of 'yang ascending and yin growing' in the traditional Chinese medicine is that for the patients with yang deficiency type climacteric symptoms, yin-nourishing herbs are used with less yin-nourishing herbs. In the treatment of this disease, the syndrome differentiation mainly distinguishes between kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency, because kidney deficiency is the primary factor and yin deficiency and yang deficiency are the primary factors. Imbalance of kidney yin and yang usually affects other zang-fu organs, and the syndromes of other zang-fu organs must affect the kidney for a long time, and there appear syndrome of both types, such as disharmony between heart and kidney, deficiency of liver yin and kidney yin, hyperactivity of liver yang, insufficiency of spleen and kidney yang, etc. The treatment is mainly to regulate and treat yin and yang of kidney, while the treatment is in the stage of pacifying, and if involving other zang organs, it is also treated.
Moxibustion is one of the traditional external treatment methods in China, is an important component of the traditional medicine in China, has been used for thousands of years for preventing and treating diseases, has the efficacies of warming and dispersing cold evil, warming and activating meridians, activating blood and expelling arthralgia, restoring yang and relieving depletion, eliminating stasis and dissipating stagnation, preventing diseases and protecting health, can be used for treating cold, heat, deficiency and excess syndromes, and has the saying of 'moxibustion for treating diseases'. Song and sinus material in Bian que Bian Tu Xin Shu and Su Shi Lu are the saying that "the life is protected, the first herb is burned, the second herb is one, and the third herb is prepared from Fu Zi". Moxibustion is mainly made of moxa, which is warm in nature and has the functions of warming yang, tonifying qi, strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors. The characteristics of the folium artemisiae argyi are recorded in detail in the book "the materia medica comes from Xin": folium artemisiae argyi is bitter and pungent, generates warm and cooked heat, has the property of pure yang, can return to the yang of the prolapse, dredge twelve meridians, walk three yin, regulate qi and blood, expel cold and dampness, warm uterus, and remove diseases by moxibustion fire through all meridians. Moxibustion can tonify fire and strengthen yang, revivify spirit, ensure that yang qi of a human body is sufficient, strengthen the ability of defending the external world and is beneficial to resisting evil. Modern scholars also verify that moxibustion can adjust nerve, endocrine and immune functions to different degrees, plays a role in aspects of reticuloendothelial system, cellular immunity, humoral immunity and the like of an organism, and improves the immunity of the organism by adjusting the immune function unbalanced in the body, thereby strengthening healthy qi of the human body and playing a role in preventing diseases before the onset of diseases.
The meridian moxibustion therapy is to play the role of regulating the whole meridian system by stimulating acupuncture points of the skin after the traditional Chinese medicine meridian moxibustion is ignited so as to regulate yin and yang, strengthen body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and dredge meridians, thereby achieving the purpose of treating diseases. The meridian moxibustion therapy is based on the four flavors and five flavors of herbs, ascending, descending, sinking and floating and the action of the herbs, and the therapeutic effects are achieved by eliminating pathogenic factors, eliminating the causes, correcting the preponderance and decline of yin and yang and restoring the functional coordination of the viscera. The drugs are administered according to syndrome differentiation, and absorbed at corresponding acupuncture points of the patient, and then transported through channels and qi and blood to viscera and four limbs and nine orifices, so as to exert their pharmacological actions. The smell of the medicine enters the skin striae and acupoints, then the Sun vessels and collaterals, and further enters the meridians, and the qi and blood flow, and reaches the zang-fu organs and spreads throughout the body, thereby playing the therapeutic role of the medicine.
Hormone treatment is the main method for preventing and treating climacteric syndrome at present, but in 1975, through case contrast research, the fact that the incidence rate of endometrial cancer is increased by a plurality of times by using estrogen alone in large dose for a long time is discovered for the first time, breast cancer, thrombotic diseases, other gynecological tumors, cholelithiasis, diabetes and hypertension are possible to occur, and hormone replacement becomes one of the biggest disputed problems in the medical field. At present, most of the scholars at home and abroad think that[13]: the incidence of HT endometrial cancer is increased because endometrial tissue has estrogen receptors that respond to endogenous or exogenous estrogen. The estrogen stimulates endometrium to cause endometrial hyperplasia, and should be applied for a long timeTreatment with progesterone-free antiestrogens. It has been reported abroad that the risk of intimal cancer is increased by 3 times when estrogen is used alone for 1-5 years. The risk is increased by 10 times when the medicine is continuously applied for a long time.
