其中,本发明选用茯苓、酸枣仁作为药食同源产品的组分之一,中医理论中脾主思虑,如果脾胃虚弱,则人易胡思乱想,容易担心、着急、不安;茯苓具有利水渗湿,宁心安神,健脾的作用,酸枣仁具有养心益肝,安神,敛汗的作用。茯苓和酸枣仁配伍使用,能够宁心安神,健脾,进而起到镇静催眠、抗心律失常的作用。本发明选用薏苡仁、莲子作为药食同源产品的组分之一,薏苡仁具有利水渗透湿,健脾止泻,除痹,排脓,解毒散结的功效;莲子具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神的功效。薏苡仁、莲子配伍使用起到健脾和胃,养心安神的作用,进而改善人体睡眠质量。本发明选用佛手、薄荷作为药食同源产品的组分之一,佛手具有疏肝理气,和胃止痛,燥湿化痰的功效;薄荷具有舒肝解郁,理气的功效,还可以调和诸药。佛手、薄荷配伍使用,对于肝气不舒引起的心情不畅,失眠多梦,郁郁寡欢等症状可以起到很好的治疗作用。本发明选用百合、栀子作为药食同源产品的组分之一,百合具有养阴润肺,清心安神的功效;栀子具有泻火除烦,清热利湿,凉血解毒的功效。百合、栀子配伍使用能够起到治疗清热除烦,清心安神的作用。本发明选用牡蛎具有养阴血、养肝肾、安神的功效。
进一步地,本发明中,以所述原料药为基础,加入药学上或食品学上可接受的辅料,制成固体饮料、颗粒剂、粉剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液、果冻或膏滋。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的药食同源产品能够宁心安神,舒肝解郁,健脾和胃,清郁除烦以及滋阴潜阳,进而达到改善睡眠,调节情绪,缓解精神紧张,担心恐惧,烦躁不安,愁闷不舒,忧郁乏力的作用;本发明提供的药食同源产品不同于化学药物,不会产生依赖,安全可靠,患者可以长期服用。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例进一步阐明本发明的内容,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
百合15份、茯苓15份、酸枣仁15份、牡蛎15份、栀子10份、薏苡仁15份、佛手5份、莲子5份、薄荷5份。
将本实施例中的上述组合物制成固体饮料,固体饮料的制备方法为:
(1)按照上述重量份数,选择品质良好的原料,加纯净水至所有原料浸没,浸泡30~60min;
(2)步骤(1)中经过浸泡的原料取出后,沥水10~15min,脱水至含水量降至1~2%;
(3)步骤(2)中原料去除后,放入粉碎研磨机中粉碎再放入烘干机中烘干,包装成袋即得。
本实施例制备获得的固体饮料推荐的用法用量为:采用温水冲服,一天1~3袋,1个月为一个疗程。连续食用3个月,身心状态可以得到明显改善。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
百合25份、茯苓25份、酸枣仁25份、牡蛎25份、栀子20份、薏苡仁25份、佛手15份、莲子15份、薄荷15份。
将本实施例中的上述组合物制成颗粒剂,颗粒剂的制备方法为:
(1)按照上述重量份数,选择品质良好的原料,加纯净水至所有原料浸没,浸泡30~60min;
(2)步骤(1)中经过浸泡的原料取出后,沥水10~15min,脱水至含水量降至1~2%;
(3)步骤(2)中原料去除后,放入粉碎研磨机中粉碎,采用纯净水提取,回流1~3h,静置后取上清液过滤,收集滤液,浓缩,制粒;在40~60℃下干燥,获得颗粒剂。
本实施例制备获得的颗粒剂推荐的用法用量为:人口服推荐为一天1~3袋,1个月为一个疗程。连续食用3个月,身心状态可以得到明显改善。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
百合10份、茯苓10份、酸枣仁10份、牡蛎10份、栀子5份、薏苡仁10份、佛手5份、莲子5份、薄荷5份。
将本实施例中的上述组合物制成丸剂,丸剂的制备方法为:
(1)按照上述重量份数,选择品质良好的原料,加纯净水至所有原料浸没,浸泡30~60min;
(2)步骤(1)中经过浸泡的原料取出后,沥水10~15min,脱水至含水量降至1~2%;
(3)步骤(2)中原料去除后,放入粉碎研磨机中粉碎成粉末状,烘干机烘干,取出粉末后过80~100目筛搅拌均匀,制成丸状,即得丸剂。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
百合30份、茯苓30份、酸枣仁30份、牡蛎30份、栀子25份、薏苡仁30份、佛手20份、莲子20份、薄荷20份。
将本实施例中的上述组合物制成片剂,片剂的制备方法为:
(1)按照上述重量份数,选择品质良好的原料,放入粉碎研磨机中粉碎成粉末状,取出粉末后过80~100目筛,搅拌均匀,获得混合料;
(2)混合料中加入湿润剂,调整混合料的湿度和粘性,再过15~20目筛网,随后在40~60℃下干燥,控制含水量为3~5%,加入硬脂酸镁,充分混匀后送入压片机中压片,即得片剂。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
百合20份、茯苓20份、酸枣仁20份、牡蛎20份、栀子15份、薏苡仁20份、佛手10份、莲子10份、薄荷10份。
将本实施例中的上述组合物制成口服液,口服液的制备方法为:
(1)按照上述重量份数,选择品质良好的原料,加纯净水至所有原料浸没,浸泡30~60min;
(2)步骤(1)中经过浸泡的原料取出后,沥水10~15min,随后加水蒸煮60~90min,蒸煮后的原料过滤获得滤液,原料残渣再次加水蒸煮100~120min,再次蒸煮后的原料过滤获得的滤液与之前的滤液混合,灌装,即得口服液;
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
将本实施例中的上述组合物制成膏滋,膏滋的制备方法为:
(1)按照上述重量份数,选择品质良好的原料,加纯净水至所有原料浸没,浸泡30~60min;
(2)步骤(1)中经过浸泡的原料取出后,沥水10~15min,随后加水蒸煮60~90min,蒸煮后的原料过滤获得滤液,原料残渣再次加水蒸煮100~120min,再次蒸煮后的原料过滤获得的滤液与之前的滤液混合,减压浓缩,得清膏;
(3)步骤(2)清膏中加入炼制后的蜂蜜,搅拌、加热、熬炼至打白丝状态,即获得膏滋。
实施例7
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
将本实施例中的上述组合物制成果冻,果冻的制备方法为:
(1)按照上述重量份数,选择品质良好的原料,加纯净水至所有原料浸没,浸泡30~60min;
(2)步骤(1)中经过浸泡的原料取出后,沥水10~15min,随后加水蒸煮60~90min,蒸煮后的原料过滤获得滤液,原料残渣再次加水蒸煮100~120min,再次蒸煮后的原料过滤获得的滤液与之前的滤液混合,静置,得混合液;
(3)步骤(2)中混合液加入果冻粉,30~40℃温浸2小时,加热搅拌至溶解,搅匀,趁热分装,即得果冻。
实施例8
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:步骤(3)中原料去除后,放入粉碎研磨机中粉碎,过200~250目筛后,再进一步研磨至80~100目细粉,即得粉剂。

1.一种改善睡眠和调节情绪的药食同源产品,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,由以下原料药制备而成:百合10~30份、茯苓10~30份、酸枣仁10~30份、牡蛎10~30份、栀子5~25份、薏苡仁10~30份、佛手5~20份、莲子5~20份、薄荷5~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改善睡眠和调节情绪的药食同源产品,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,由以下原料药制备而成:百合15~25份、茯苓15~25份、酸枣仁15~25份、牡蛎15~25份、栀子10~20份、薏苡仁15~25份、佛手5~15份、莲子5~15份、薄荷5~15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改善睡眠和调节情绪的药食同源产品,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,由以下原料药制备而成:百合20~25份、茯苓20~25份、酸枣仁20~25份、牡蛎20~25份、栀子15~20份、薏苡仁20~25份、佛手10~15份、莲子10~15份、薄荷10~15份。
4.根据权利要求1~3所述的改善睡眠和调节情绪的药食同源产品,其特征在于,以所述原料药为基础,加入药学上或食品学上可接受的辅料,制成固体饮料、颗粒剂、粉剂、片剂、丸剂、口服液、果冻或膏滋。
