Abstract
本发明公开一种耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺,使用水蒸气蒸馏法,从艾草中的茎、叶中提取艾草精油,将提取的精油与包覆壁材进行均质乳化,再通过升温聚合作用,将精油包覆在壁材之中,从而形成稳定、易分散的微胶囊乳液,开稀后的乳液采用浸渍、浸轧或喷淋的方式整理到织物上,通过焙烘,交联并反应到织物上。经本发明整理后的织物,具有缓慢释放香味以及高效、持久抗菌防蚊的功能,生产的成品可用于服装、蚊帐、毛巾被、睡衣、枕套等,可直接与人体皮肤接触,无刺激性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品整理技术领域,具体涉及一种耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺。
背景技术
纺织品的抗菌和防蚊整理为两种不同的功能性整理:
1)抗菌整理常常使用抗菌剂,分为非天然和天然两种类型,非天然一般有重金属离子(银离子、锌离子等)、双胍、季铵盐等种类,天然抗菌剂主要为甲壳素抗菌剂、植物精油等;
2)防蚊整理剂一般为氯菊酯类产品,驱避蚊虫。一般抗菌剂不具有防蚊效果,防蚊剂不具有抗菌效果。同时非天然类的抗菌剂和防蚊剂一般都有异味,且可能对人体有一定的危害。
发明内容
本发明目的是开发一种耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺,打破抗菌、防蚊的技术壁垒,将抗菌、防蚊统一应用于纺织品上,并带来清新宜人的香味,在保护人体健康的同时,提供宜人的香味,舒缓身心。通过该整理剂整理后的织物,具有缓慢释放香味以及高效、持久抗菌防蚊的功能,生产的成品可用于服装、蚊帐、毛巾被、睡衣、枕套等,可直接与人体皮肤接触,无刺激性,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺,包括以下步骤:1)使用水蒸气蒸馏法,从艾草中的茎、叶中提取艾草精油;2)将艾草精油与包覆壁材进行均质乳化;3)通过升温聚合作用,将精油包覆在壁材之中,从而形成稳定、易分散的微胶囊乳液;4)开稀后的乳液采用浸渍、浸轧或喷淋的方式整理到织物上,然后焙烘,使其交联并反应到织物上。
步骤4)采用定形机加工,加工工艺是一浸一轧,压力2.0kg/cm2,车速 20m/min,140℃定形。
均质乳化工艺:将精油和壁材按一定的比例及少量乳化剂进行搅拌,混合均匀;在40℃恒温水浴中,以6000r/min的速度高剪切均质乳化处理,得到均一的水包油乳液。
升温聚合工艺:升温聚合工艺是在3000r/min的机械搅拌条件下,以40℃开始,以1℃/min速度升温后保温持续搅拌,然后迅速降温凝集成微胶囊乳液。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)对人体环保、友好:防蚊剂和抗菌剂一般为化学合成制剂,对人体具有一定的刺激性,而艾草防蚊整理剂是从草本植物中进行原料采集而来的,因此对人体皮肤友好。
(2)抗菌防蚊效果优异:经整理剂整理后的纺织品,通过第三方检测机构测试:1)蚊虫的驱避率高达80%,达到了GBT30126防蚊评价的A级;2)抗菌效果达到FZ/T73023的AAA抗菌要求。
(3)织物舒适性好:经本产品整理后的织物具有持久的天然艾草香味,增加了纺织品的服用性能。
(4)加工工艺合理、易实现产业化:本发明抗菌防蚊整理的加工工艺简易,可以通过浸渍和浸轧两种方式进行处理。通过调整用量满足不同的市场需求,产业化加工操作简易。
具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明通过使用具有特殊反应型结构的抗紫外线整理剂进行加工,使织物获得优异的抗紫外效果,从而满足各种市场需求。
艾草是一种具有极高药用价值的草本植物,而被记录于《尔雅》、《本草纲目》等中药典籍之中,有消炎、止血、祛湿、抗过敏等诸多功效。本发明首先通过使用水蒸气蒸馏法,从艾草中的茎、叶中提取艾草精油,但精油具有不稳定性且不溶于水,不能直接作用于纺织品;须将提取的精油、特殊的包覆壁材进行均质乳化,再通过升温聚合作用,将精油包覆在壁材之中,从而形成稳定、易分散的微胶囊乳液。均质乳化工艺:将精油和壁材按一定的比例及少量乳化剂进行搅拌,混合均匀;在40℃恒温水浴中,以6000r/min的速度高剪切均质乳化处理,得到均一的水包油乳液。升温聚合工艺:升温聚合工艺是在 3000r/min的机械搅拌条件下,以40℃开始,以1℃/min速度升温后保温持续搅拌,然后迅速降温凝集成微胶囊乳液。
开稀后的乳液(即工作液),采用浸渍、浸轧或喷淋的方式整理到织物上,通过一定的温度焙烘,可以交联并反应到织物上,因此具有良好的耐洗性能;织物经过摩擦、拍打、揉搓等作用,使得微胶囊壁材局部破裂,芯材缓慢释放,从而具有长效的抗菌、防蚊效果。
实施例一:
加工织物:无纺布
助剂用量:30g/L
加工方式:定形机加工
加工工艺:一浸一轧(压力2.0kg/cm2,车速20m/min),140℃定形。
整理后织物对白纹伊蚊驱避率80.77%,达到GBT30126防蚊评价的A级。
实施例二:
加工织物:绉纱印花布
助剂用量:50g/L
加工方式:定形机加工
加工工艺:一浸一轧(压力2.0kg/cm2,车速20m/min),140℃定形。
整理后织物对白纹伊蚊驱避率69.52%,达到GBT30126防蚊评价的B级。
实施例三:
加工织物:棉针织布
助剂用量:30g/L
加工方式:定形机加工
加工工艺:一浸一轧(压力2.0kg/cm2,车速20m/min),140℃定形。
整理后的棉针织布满足FZ/T73023的AAA抗菌要求(洗涤50次)。

1.一种耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:1)使用水蒸气蒸馏法,从艾草中的茎、叶中提取艾草精油;2)将艾草精油与包覆壁材进行均质乳化;3)通过升温聚合作用,将精油包覆在壁材之中,从而形成稳定、易分散的微胶囊乳液;4)开稀后的乳液采用浸渍、浸轧或喷淋的方式整理到织物上,然后焙烘,使其交联并反应到织物上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺,其特征在于:步骤4)采用定形机加工,加工工艺是一浸一轧,压力2.0kg/cm2,车速20m/min,140℃定形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺,其特征在于:在步骤2)中,均质乳化工艺是将精油和壁材一起搅拌,混合均匀;在40℃恒温水浴中,以6000r/min的速度高剪切均质乳化处理,得到均一的水包油乳液。
4.根据权利要求4所述的耐久天然抗菌防蚊香味整理剂的应用工艺,其特征在于:在步骤3)中,升温聚合工艺是在3000r/min的机械搅拌条件下,以40℃开始,以1℃/min速度升温后保温持续搅拌,然后迅速降温凝集成微胶囊乳液。
