本发明提供了一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体及其制作方法,所述保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体包括PC基层内板、气凝胶保温板和PC装饰外板;所述制作方法包括:(1)将PC板浸于混凝土浆料中混合制成PC基层内板;(2)将气凝胶保温板铺设于PC基层内板上;(3)将涂抹有混凝土浆料的PC装饰外板的内侧铺设于气凝胶保温板上,凝固,制得保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体;本发明制备的复合轻质化PC外围护墙体具有良好的保温、防火和耐候性能;本发明可实行工厂预制化生产,满足现场施工灵活拆卸并重复利用的要求,以减少施工量和施工复杂程度,进而提高施工效率,保护建筑主体结构,实现围护‑保温‑装饰一体化。

背景技术
双碳目标的大背景下,节能减排和绿色发展的理念不断深入人心,建筑节能己越来越受到人们的重视。节能建筑是指在保证建筑使用功能的基础上采用自然资源利用和外墙保温等有效措施,降低建筑采暖的能耗,从而确保室内温度达到要求;目前,外墙外保温是建筑施工中最主要的保温方式之一,墙体外部通过保温材料进行防护,降低因温度变化导致的墙体形变,从而保护墙体结构,达到保温隔热的作用。
中国发明专利文献CN110256107B公开了一种聚氨酯泡沫保温装饰一体板及其制备方法,采用改性玄武岩纤维、改性SiO2气凝胶和聚氨酯组合料反应制得聚氨酯泡沫保温装饰一体板;该发明在聚氨酯材料中加入改性玄武岩纤维,利用玄武岩纤维优异的防火性能、耐高温性能且在高温下具有稳定的力学性能、耐水性能、耐酸性能和常温耐碱性能,不仅作为增强体可提高聚氨酯复合板的韧性和强度,还可以提高聚氨酯复合板作为保温建筑材料在恶劣天气环境中应用;制得的聚氨酯泡沫保温装饰一体板具有优异的力学性能、耐高温性和阻燃性,能够在高温下保持热稳定性。但实际应用过程中,聚氨酯保温材料易燃,在遇明火后开始燃烧,并且在燃烧过程中会分解出苯、甲苯、甲醛等,即使在聚氨酯材料中添加阻燃剂,也只能达到国标GB8624-2012中的B级不燃标准。
中国发明专利文献CN112900773A公开了一种外墙轻质化保温装饰一体板,包括保温板,保温板的外表面包覆有轻质加强件,轻质加强件外包覆有砂浆,保温板的其中一侧的砂浆表面设置装饰涂料,构成保温装饰一体板,使保温装饰一体板具有和墙体连接的内侧面、设置有装饰涂料的外侧面;保温装饰一体板设有贯穿其侧壁的通气孔,通气孔内设有通气预埋件;制成的轻质化保温装饰一体板,进一步减轻外墙保温构造的质量,通过预制的通气预埋件贯穿保温板设置,使通气预埋件两端的配合部和墙体的锚固件进行连接,通气预埋件具有和板缝连通的通气腔,能够将墙体产生的水汽向外导通,避免出现水汽结冰膨胀、保温装饰板的开裂脱落;但该发明中所用的保温板为岩棉板,而岩棉类材料的吸水率高,在墙体产生的水汽向外导通过程中,该发明的外墙轻质化保温装饰一体板的导热系数会随着水的吸入而改变,从而降低其保温性能。
因此,研究开发出具有良好保温、防火和耐候性能的轻质化外墙保温材料亟待解决。
发明内容
为满足节能建筑对外墙保温材料轻质化的要求以及良好的保温、防火和装饰性能的需求,本发明提供了一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体及其制作方法,本发明制备的复合轻质化PC外围护墙体具有良好的保温、防火和耐候性能,本发明可实行工厂预制化生产,满足现场施工灵活拆卸并重复利用的要求,以减少施工量和施工复杂程度,进而提高施工效率,保护建筑主体结构,实现围护-保温-装饰一体化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体,由聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)基层内板、气凝胶保温板和PC装饰外板构成;其中,所述PC基层内板由PC板浸于混凝土浆料中混合制成;按重量份计,所述混凝土浆料的原料配比组成包括:180-300份水、170-250份水泥、80-150份石英砂粉、2-10份阻燃剂、5-15份减水剂、3-6份缓凝剂、60-100份云母粉和20-50份树脂纤维。
进一步地说,所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂BDP;
所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂或木质素磺酸盐减水剂;
所述缓凝剂为酒石酸缓凝剂;
所述树脂纤维为聚乙烯醇纤维。

步骤(2):在洁净的模具中放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中并抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;
步骤(3):当所述步骤(2)PC基层内板的表面混凝土仍为流动状态时,将气凝胶保温板放置于所述PC基层内板上;
步骤(4):将步骤(1)获得的混凝土浆料均匀涂抹于PC装饰外板的内侧,随后将所述涂抹混凝土浆料的PC装饰外板的内侧铺设粘接于所述气凝胶保温板上,凝固,得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体。
进一步地说,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥,代号P·O,混合材掺量为>5%且≤20%,碳排放为850.0-1009.4kgCO2/1t水泥;或矿渣硅酸盐水泥,代号P·S·A,混合材掺量为>20%且≤50%,碳排放为531.2-850.0kgCO2/1t水泥。
进一步地说,所述PC装饰外板的内侧设置有纵横方向的锯齿状凹槽,所述锯齿状凹槽内填充有混凝土浆料以形成受力加强肋,既增强了与气凝胶保温板的粘接强度,又提高了PC装饰外板的抗冲击强度和抗弯载荷。
进一步地说,所述PC基层内板占轻质化PC外围护墙体厚度15-35%;所述气凝胶保温板占轻质化PC外围护墙体厚度55-75%;所述PC装饰外板占轻质化PC外围护墙体厚度10-25%。
进一步地说,所述气凝胶保温板为纳米二氧化硅气凝胶保温板,导热系数为0.013W/(m·K),抗压强度为0.72MPa,孔隙率为94.3-99.7%,水接触角>110°。
进一步地说,针对我国雨水量大且光照强的部分地区,可在所述步骤(2)洁净的模具底部及侧部埋设毛细导水材料,然后在所述模具底部的毛细导水材料上放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,并将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中,抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;继续按照所述步骤(3)和步骤(4)制作得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体;所述毛细导水材料由多通道的吸湿性纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维制成,所述毛细导水材料的面密度为3905g/m2,拉伸强度为80.4kN/m,厚度为0.4mm;所述毛细导水材料通过现有公开技术制备,不作赘述;当所述保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体应用于雨水量大的地区的建筑保温时,墙体内的水分将沿着所述毛细导水材料的纤维被运输到暴露在空气中的毛细导水材料端,蒸发水分,避免了墙体长期处于潮湿环境下出现墙体泛碱、发霉或墙面产生鼓泡等不良现象,达到了保护建筑墙体的目的。
进一步地说,针对我国雨水量大且光照强的部分地区,可在所述步骤(4)中的PC装饰外板的外侧粘合有聚酰亚胺复合膜,以增强保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的抗老化性能,进而延长使用寿命。
所述聚酰亚胺复合膜包括聚酰亚胺外层膜和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)内层膜;
按重量份计,所述聚酰亚胺外层膜包括以下原料:75-90份聚酰亚胺树脂、2-6份阻燃剂BDP、3-8份纳米二氧化钛、1-4份硅烷偶联剂KH550和1-2份紫外线吸收剂UV-234;
按重量份计,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜包括以下原料:80-90份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、40-60份聚氨酯、2-4份硅烷偶联剂KH570和1-3份增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;
所述聚酰亚胺复合膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将所述聚酰亚胺外层膜的各重量份原料加入到高速搅拌机中,充分搅拌,获得聚酰亚胺外层膜混合原料;
将所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜的各重量份原料加入到高速搅拌机中,充分搅拌,获得聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜混合原料;
将所述聚酰亚胺外层膜混合原料和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜混合原料分别投入到多层共挤流延设备的两个喂料斗中,其中,所述聚酰亚胺外层膜混合原料对应的单螺杆挤出机的熔融挤出温度为170-185℃,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜混合原料对应的单螺杆挤出机的熔融挤出温度为150-175℃,通过多层共挤机头模具挤出、流延成型复合获得聚酰亚胺复合膜;
聚酰亚胺复合膜中的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜具有很强的粘合力,无需额外涂抹粘结剂即可将聚酰亚胺复合膜粘合于PC装饰外板的外侧,添加有BDP阻燃剂和纳米二氧化钛的聚酰亚胺外层膜具有良好的阻燃性、屏蔽紫外线和抗老化的性能,因此粘合有聚酰亚胺复合膜的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体能够应用于光线照射强烈的地区的建筑物,延长了使用寿命,降低了外围护墙体修补甚至更换的成本。
进一步地说,所述的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体应用于建筑外墙保温装饰,在建筑外墙上安装金属托架并在墙面喷涂混凝土浆料,将保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体粘贴至外墙体表面,并用密封膏或密封条填充相邻复合轻质化PC外围护墙体之间的缝隙,最后向保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体中打入锚栓并穿至建筑墙体内,电钻拧紧锚栓,完成固定。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体及其制作方法,以轻质量的PC板和气凝胶保温板为主要材质,将PC板浸于混凝土浆料中制成PC基层内板,作为复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的主要基层墙体,便于与建筑物的墙体结构进行装配;当PC基层内板表面的混凝土仍具有流动性时铺设气凝胶保温板,以增强PC基层内板与气凝胶保温板之间的粘接性;将PC装饰外板的内侧均匀涂上混凝土浆料,并将设置有纵横方向的锯齿状凹槽的PC装饰外板内侧面铺设于气凝胶保温板上,锯齿状凹槽内填充满混凝土浆料,不仅进一步增强了PC装饰外板与气凝胶保温板之间的粘接性,还提高了PC装饰外板的抗冲击强度和抗弯载荷;此外,混凝土浆料中聚乙烯醇纤维的加入,加强了混凝土浆料的粘结力,进一步促进混凝土浆料与PC板及气凝胶保温板的粘接性,还有效提高了混凝土浆料的密实性,有效阻止了复合轻质化PC外围护墙体出现开裂或硬化产生细缝的现象;进而,本发明制备的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体不仅减少了结构自重,降低了建筑空间的占用率,还具有优异的力学性能和耐候性能,间接延长了本发明的使用寿命,降低了外围护墙体补修甚至更换的成本;
(2)本发明选用的气凝胶保温板自身具有优异的隔热性能,不易燃烧,不易吸水;且PC板具有最基础的防火性、耐用性和抗冲击性;以气凝胶保温板、PC板和混凝土浆料为材质制备的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体相比现有保温装饰一体板材料,具有更佳的保温隔热性能和更高的阻燃等级,此外,混凝土中阻燃剂BDP的加入,也进一步加强了本发明的防火阻燃特性;本发明制备的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的吸水率最低为1.0%,导热系数最低为0.017W/(m·K),且阻燃等级达A1级,满足建筑施工对保温材料的高性能要求;
(3)本发明制备的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体可实行工厂预制化生产,提升了外围护墙体产品质量的可控性,延长了使用寿命;本发明可满足现场施工灵活拆卸并重复利用的要求,以减少施工量和施工复杂程度,进而提高施工效率,保护建筑主体结构,实现围护-保温-装饰一体化;
(4)本发明提供的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体及其制作方法中,将毛细导水材料埋设于保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的内侧,并与外部空气相通,通过毛细导水材料纤维产生的毛细作用力,建筑墙体内的水分被吸入毛细导水材料中,并沿着纤维被运输到暴露在空气中的毛细导水材料端,蒸发水分,避免了墙体长期处于潮湿环境下出现墙体泛碱、发霉或墙面产生鼓泡等不良现象,达到了保护建筑墙体的目的;此外,还在PC装饰外板的外侧粘合有阻燃型聚酰亚胺膜,增强了保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的耐光老化性能,进一步加强保护建筑墙体和延长保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体使用寿命的作用;对于雨水量大且光照强的地区,本发明能够满足该地区的建筑物对建筑外墙体功能材料的需求;
(5)本发明提供的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体及其制作方法中,在PC装饰外板的外侧粘合聚酰亚胺复合膜,聚酰亚胺复合膜中的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜具有很强的粘合力,无需额外涂抹粘结剂即可将聚酰亚胺复合膜粘合于PC装饰外板的外侧,添加有BDP阻燃剂和纳米二氧化钛的聚酰亚胺外层膜具有良好的阻燃性、屏蔽紫外线和抗老化的性能,因此粘合有聚酰亚胺复合膜的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体能够应用于光线照射强烈的地区的建筑物,延长了使用寿命,降低了外围护墙体修补甚至更换的成本。

实施例1
一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体,由PC基层内板、气凝胶保温板和PC装饰外板构成;所述PC基层内板由PC板浸于混凝土浆料中混合制成;按重量份计,所述混凝土原料组成包括:200-250份水、180-200份水泥、90-130份石英砂粉、3-7份阻燃剂BDP、6-10份聚羧酸减水剂、3-6份酒石酸缓凝剂、70-90份云母粉和30-40份聚乙烯醇纤维。
所述一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):按照配比称量混凝土原料,将195份普通硅酸盐水泥、100份石英砂粉和85份云母粉加入到搅拌机中,均匀搅拌10min中后,加入250份水、8份聚羧酸减水剂、7份阻燃剂BDP和5份酒石酸缓凝剂,继续均匀搅拌6min中后,加入35份聚乙烯醇纤维,均匀搅拌5min,混合制得混凝土浆料;所述混凝土浆料置于搅拌机存放时,搅拌机不定时搅拌,防止混凝土浆料的凝固、离析;
步骤(2):在洁净的模具中放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中并抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;
步骤(3):当所述步骤(2)PC基层内板的表面混凝土仍为流动状态时,将气凝胶保温板放置于所述PC基层内板上;
步骤(4):将步骤(1)获得的混凝土浆料均匀涂抹于PC装饰外板的内外侧表面,随后将所述涂抹混凝土浆料的PC装饰外板的内侧面铺设粘接于所述气凝胶保温板上,凝固,得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体。

一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体,由PC基层内板、气凝胶保温板和PC装饰外板构成;所述PC基层内板由PC板浸于混凝土浆料中混合制成;按重量份计,所述混凝土原料组成包括:230-270份水、210-240份水泥、100-120份石英砂粉、5-9份阻燃剂BDP、8-13份聚羧酸减水剂、3-6份酒石酸缓凝剂、60-80份云母粉和30-40份聚乙烯醇纤维。
所述一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):按照配比称量混凝土原料,将235份矿渣硅酸盐水泥、115份石英砂粉和70份云母粉加入到搅拌机中,均匀搅拌10min中后,加入270份水、12份聚羧酸减水剂、7份阻燃剂BDP和6份酒石酸缓凝剂,继续均匀搅拌6min中后,加入35份聚乙烯醇纤维,均匀搅拌6min,混合制得混凝土浆料;所述混凝土浆料置于搅拌机存放时,搅拌机不定时搅拌,防止混凝土浆料的凝固、离析;
步骤(2):在洁净的模具中放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中并抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;
步骤(3):当所述步骤(2)PC基层内板的表面混凝土仍为流动状态时,将气凝胶保温板放置于所述PC基层内板上;
步骤(4):将步骤(1)获得的混凝土浆料均匀涂抹于PC装饰外板的内外侧表面,随后将所述涂抹混凝土浆料的PC装饰外板的内侧面铺设粘接于所述气凝胶保温板上,凝固,得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体。

所述一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):按照配比称量混凝土原料,将230份普通硅酸盐水泥、125份石英砂粉和75份云母粉加入到搅拌机中,均匀搅拌10min中后,加入275份水、13份木质素磺酸盐减水剂、8份阻燃剂BDP和5份酒石酸缓凝剂,继续均匀搅拌6min中后,加入35份聚乙烯醇纤维,均匀搅拌5min,混合制得混凝土浆料;所述混凝土浆料置于搅拌机存放时,搅拌机不定时搅拌,防止混凝土浆料的凝固、离析;
步骤(2):在洁净的模具中放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中并抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;
步骤(3):当所述步骤(2)PC基层内板的表面混凝土仍为流动状态时,将气凝胶保温板放置于所述PC基层内板上;
步骤(4):将步骤(1)获得的混凝土浆料均匀涂抹于PC装饰外板的内外侧表面,随后将所述涂抹混凝土浆料的PC装饰外板的内侧面铺设粘接于所述气凝胶保温板上,凝固,得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体。

从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的导热系数远低于对比例1现有保温装饰一体板,表明本发明具有优异的保温隔热性能;同时,实施例1-3制备的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的吸水率极低,实施例1保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的吸水率仅为1.0%;相比对比例1,本发明实施例的抗折强度和燃烧等级均优于对比例1;
此外,本发明实施例制备的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体还表现出良好的耐候性,PC基层内板、气凝胶保温板和PC装饰外板之间结合牢固,一体化程度高,冻融循环和热雨循环对本发明实施例制备的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体影响较小,这说明本发明实施例具有不易老化的特性。
实施例4
针对我国雨水量大且光照强的部分地区,可在实施例1所述步骤(2)洁净的模具底部及侧部埋设毛细导水材料,然后在所述模具底部的毛细导水材料上放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,并将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中,抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;继续按照所述步骤(3)和步骤(4)制作得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体(如图2所示);
所述毛细导水材料由多通道的吸湿性纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维制成,所述毛细导水材料的面密度为3905g/m2,拉伸强度为80.4kN/m,厚度为0.4mm。
实施例4制作的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体记为外围护墙体A;
实施例1制作的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体记为外围护墙体B;
准备水分含量均在13-14%的两面建筑墙体,记为建筑墙体a和建筑墙体b;
将外围护墙体A安装固定于建筑墙体a上,外围护墙体B安装固定于建筑墙体b上,在相同的温湿度环境下进行试验,168h后分别检测建筑墙体a和建筑墙体b的水分含量,检测结果见表2:

针对我国雨水量大且光照强的部分地区,可在实施例4的基础上,继续在所述步骤(4)中的PC装饰外板的外侧粘合有聚酰亚胺复合膜(如图3所示),以增强保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的抗老化性能,进而延长使用寿命。
所述聚酰亚胺复合膜包括聚酰亚胺外层膜和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)内层膜;
按重量份计,所述聚酰亚胺外层膜包括以下原料:90份聚酰亚胺树脂、5份阻燃剂BDP、6份纳米二氧化钛、3份硅烷偶联剂KH550和2份紫外线吸收剂UV-234;
按重量份计,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜包括以下原料:85份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、45份聚氨酯、3份硅烷偶联剂KH570和3份增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;
所述聚酰亚胺复合膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将所述聚酰亚胺外层膜的各重量份原料加入到高速搅拌机中,充分搅拌,获得聚酰亚胺外层膜混合原料;
将所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜的各重量份原料加入到高速搅拌机中,充分搅拌,获得聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜混合原料;

本实施例的工作原理及有益效果:聚乙烯醇缩丁醛含有乙烯醇和缩丁醛基团,可作为聚合物胶合剂和有机介质的粘合剂;聚酰亚胺复合膜中的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜具有很强的粘合力,无需额外涂抹粘结剂即可将聚酰亚胺复合膜粘合于PC装饰外板的外侧,添加有BDP阻燃剂和纳米二氧化钛的聚酰亚胺外层膜具有良好的阻燃性、屏蔽紫外线和抗老化的性能,因此粘合有聚酰亚胺复合膜的保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体能够应用于光线照射强烈的地区的建筑物,延长了使用寿命,降低了外围护墙体修补甚至更换的成本。

1.一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):按照配比称量混凝土原料,将水泥、石英砂粉和云母粉加入到搅拌机中,均匀搅拌7-10min中后,加入水、减水剂、阻燃剂和缓凝剂,继续均匀搅拌5-9min中后,加入树脂纤维,均匀搅拌5-10 min,混合制得混凝土浆料;
步骤(2):在洁净的模具中放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中并抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;
步骤(3):当所述步骤(2)PC基层内板的表面混凝土仍为流动状态时,将气凝胶保温板放置于所述PC基层内板上;
步骤(4):将步骤(1)获得的混凝土浆料均匀涂抹于PC装饰外板的内侧,随后将涂抹混凝土浆料的PC装饰外板的内侧铺设粘接于所述气凝胶保温板上,凝固,得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体;
所述保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体由PC基层内板、气凝胶保温板和PC装饰外板构成;
其中,所述PC基层内板由PC板浸于混凝土浆料中混合制成;
按重量份计,所述混凝土浆料的原料配比组成包括:180-300份水、170-250份水泥、80-150份石英砂粉、2-10份阻燃剂、5-15份减水剂、3-6份缓凝剂、60-100份云母粉和20-50份树脂纤维;
在所述步骤(2)洁净的模具底部及侧部埋设毛细导水材料,然后在所述模具底部的毛细导水材料上放置网格钢筋,将步骤(1)中制得的混凝土浆料浇筑于所述模具中,并将PC板铺设浸于所述模具中的混凝土浆料中,抹平混凝土浆料,制得PC基层内板;继续按照所述步骤(3)和步骤(4)制作得到保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体;所述毛细导水材料由多通道的吸湿性纤维和聚酰亚胺纤维制成,所述毛细导水材料的面密度为3905 g/m2,拉伸强度为80.4 kN/m,厚度为0.4 mm;
在所述步骤(4)中的PC装饰外板的外侧粘合有聚酰亚胺复合膜;
所述聚酰亚胺复合膜包括聚酰亚胺外层膜和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜;
按重量份计,所述聚酰亚胺外层膜包括以下原料:75-90份聚酰亚胺树脂、2-6份阻燃剂BDP、3-8份纳米二氧化钛、1-4份硅烷偶联剂KH550和1-2份紫外线吸收剂UV-234;
按重量份计,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜包括以下原料:80-90份聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、40-60份聚氨酯、2-4份硅烷偶联剂KH570和1-3份增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯;
所述聚酰亚胺复合膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将所述聚酰亚胺外层膜的各重量份原料加入到高速搅拌机中,充分搅拌,获得聚酰亚胺外层膜混合原料;
将所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜的各重量份原料加入到高速搅拌机中,充分搅拌,获得聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜混合原料;
将所述聚酰亚胺外层膜混合原料和聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜混合原料分别投入到多层共挤流延设备的两个喂料斗中,其中,所述聚酰亚胺外层膜混合原料对应的单螺杆挤出机的熔融挤出温度为170-185℃,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛内层膜混合原料对应的单螺杆挤出机的熔融挤出温度为150-175℃,通过多层共挤机头模具挤出、流延成型复合获得聚酰亚胺复合膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为阻燃剂BDP;
所述减水剂为聚羧酸减水剂或木质素磺酸盐减水剂;
所述缓凝剂为酒石酸缓凝剂;
所述树脂纤维为聚乙烯醇纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,其特征在于,所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥,代号P·O,混合材掺量为>5%且≤20%,碳排放为850.0-1009.4 kgCO2/1t水泥;或矿渣硅酸盐水泥,代号P·S·A,混合材掺量为>20%且≤50%,碳排放为531.2-850.0 kgCO2/1t水泥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,其特征在于,所述PC装饰外板的内侧面设置有纵横方向的锯齿状凹槽,所述锯齿状凹槽内填充有混凝土浆料以形成受力加强肋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,其特征在于,所述PC基层内板占轻质化PC外围护墙体厚度15-35%;所述气凝胶保温板占轻质化PC外围护墙体厚度55-75%;所述PC装饰外板占轻质化PC外围护墙体厚度10-25%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法,其特征在于,所述气凝胶保温板为纳米二氧化硅气凝胶保温板,导热系数为0.013W/(m·K),抗压强度为0.72MPa,孔隙率为94.3-99.7%,水接触角>110°。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体的制作方法得到的墙体的应用,其特征在于,应用于建筑外墙保温装饰,在建筑外墙上安装金属托架并在墙面喷涂混凝土浆料,将保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体粘贴至外墙体表面,并用密封膏或密封条填充相邻复合轻质化PC外围护墙体之间的缝隙,最后向保温装饰复合轻质化PC外围护墙体中打入锚栓并穿至建筑墙体内,电钻拧紧锚栓,完成固定。
