在夏季或者温度高的地区,使用后能给肌肤带来冰凉感受的化妆品受到了人们的很大欢迎,但是目前市面上的能够降低皮肤表面温度的化妆品通过加入醇类物质或者薄荷类物质达到降温的效果,在给皮肤降温的同时会带走肌肤表面的水分,打破皮肤表面的水油平衡,破坏皮肤表层环境,对皮肤产生刺激性。
中国发明专利CN202010659370.1公开了一种抗衰老保湿化妆品,通过加入薄荷叶和桑叶可以对肌肤起到消炎镇定的作用,为肌肤带来清凉的感受,但是薄荷叶中含有的薄荷醇只是刺激了人体的神经末梢,让人们产生了暂时性寒冷的感觉,清凉效果持续时间较短。中国发明专利CN201810155509.1公开了一种具有冰凉效果的洗手液,通过加入薄荷醇和乙醇在使用后可以为肌肤带来凉爽的感觉,但是使用的乙醇在挥发后会带走肌肤表面的水分,给肌肤造成紧绷感,产生刺激性。
发明内容
为了降低化妆品使用后的皮肤表面温度,同时避免对皮肤的刺激性,本发明的第一个方面提供了一种降温组合物,制备原料以重量份计包括:丙烯酸酯共聚物0.1-5份,改性淀粉0.1-8份,乳化剂0.05-4份。
作为一种优选的实施方式,制备原料以重量份计包括:丙烯酸酯共聚物0.5-2份,改性淀粉0.5-3份,乳化剂0.1-2份。
作为一种优选的实施方式,制备原料以重量份计包括:丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份,改性淀粉1.5份,乳化剂0.3份。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸酯共聚物选自丙烯酸-丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯酸酯甲酯共聚物、丙烯酸乙酯共聚物、丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、丙烯腈-丙烯酸酯共聚物、醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、氯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物选自丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物钠、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物钙、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物钾、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物镁中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物为丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯共聚物钠,简称丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,名称为NSKIN NG。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述改性淀粉选自支链淀粉、直链淀粉、可溶性淀粉、羟乙基淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠、羟丙基淀粉、辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉、双醛淀粉中的一种。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述羧甲基淀粉钠的含钠质量分数为2-4%,含氯质量分数为≤0.2%。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述乳化剂选自蔗糖酯、油酸钠、松香酸钠、烷基硫酸钠、大豆磷脂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基磺基琥珀酸钠中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述大豆磷脂选自脑磷脂、肌醇磷脂、卵磷脂、心磷脂、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰甘油中的一种或几种的组合。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述大豆磷脂为卵磷脂。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述卵磷脂为天然卵磷脂,磷脂酰胆碱的质量百分数为30-35%。
进一步优选,所述卵磷脂中磷脂酰胆碱的质量百分数为32%。
申请人在实验过程中发现,采用磷脂酰胆碱的质量百分数为32%的卵磷脂作乳化剂可以提高组合物的稳定性,原因是:当丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠与水混合后会发生溶胀,溶胀后的聚合物颗粒能够结合大量的水分子,采用卵磷脂作为乳化剂可以使丙烯酸酯共聚物与改性淀粉在水中分散均匀,从而提高了组合物的稳定性,不会对组合物的降温效果产生影响。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸酯共聚物与改性淀粉的重量比为1:(0.5-3)。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸酯共聚物与改性淀粉的重量比为1:(1-1.67)。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述丙烯酸酯共聚物与改性淀粉的重量比为1:1.25。
申请人在试验过程中发现,采用钠含量质量分数为2.0-4.0%,含氯质量分数为≤0.2%的羧甲基淀粉钠与丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠的重量比为1:(1-1.67)时,形成的组合物与皮肤接触后能够迅速将组合物中的水分挥发出来,带走皮肤表面的热量,降低皮肤的温度,带来明显的凉感。猜测可能的原因是:丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠在与水混合后,在水中会发生溶胀,溶胀后的聚合物颗粒中包裹了大量的水分子,当羧甲基淀粉钠与丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠的重量比为1:(1-1.5)时,可以在皮肤表面迅速成膜,并打破包裹体系,使聚合物颗粒中的水分子迅速挥发,带走肌肤表面的热量,使肌肤的温度下降,带来凉爽的感觉,并且本申请所述组合物挥发的是本身的水分,通过水分挥发降低温度,不会像其他薄荷醇类产品会带走皮肤的水分,虽然带来凉爽感,但却造成了肌肤的紧绷,对敏感性的肌肤还具有刺激性。
本发明的第二个方面提供了一种降温组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将丙烯酸酯共聚物,改性淀粉和乳化剂在室温下混合搅拌20-30min,即得。
本发明的第三个方面提供了一种降温组合物的应用,应用于面部精华,护肤凝胶,化妆水,化妆乳,面膜,化妆膏,乳霜的制备中。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所述降温组合物,通过采用丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠与羧甲基淀粉钠的方案,可以使组合物在皮肤表面迅速成膜,有利于组合物在肌肤表面分散,实现较好的护肤效果。
(2)本发明所述降温组合物,通过采用丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠与羧甲基淀粉钠1:(1-1.67)的重量比,可以使组合物在与皮肤接触后,迅速将组合物中的水分挥发出来,带走皮肤表面的热量,降低皮肤的温度,带来明显的凉感,并且还可以持续20min以上,而且对皮肤本身没有影响,不会产生皮肤刺激性。
(3)本发明所述降温组合物,通过采用丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,羧甲基淀粉钠与卵磷脂的组合,可以提高组合物的稳定性,使其具有良好的乳化效果,不会对降温性能产生影响。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行具体描述。有必要在此指出的是,以下实施例只用于对本发明作进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,该领域的专业技术人员根据上述本发明的内容做出的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
另外,如果没有其它说明,所用原料都是市售得到的。
实施例1
一种降温组合物,制备原料以重量份计包括:丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份,改性淀粉1.5份,乳化剂0.3份。
所述丙烯酸酯共聚物为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,购自中国台湾素肌生化有限公司。
所述改性淀粉为羧甲基淀粉钠,含钠质量分数为2-4%,含氯质量分数为≤0.2%,购自曲阜天利药用辅料有限公司。
所述乳化剂为天然卵磷脂,含磷脂酰胆碱的质量百分数为32%,购自美国嘉吉公司,型号为EmultopTM Velvet IP。
一种降温组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将丙烯酸酯共聚物,改性淀粉和乳化剂在室温下混合搅拌25min,即得。
实施例2
一种降温组合物,制备原料以重量份计包括:丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份,改性淀粉2份,乳化剂0.3份。
所述丙烯酸酯共聚物为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠,购自中国台湾素肌生化有限公司。
所述改性淀粉为羧甲基淀粉钠,含钠质量分数为2-4%,含氯质量分数为≤0.2%,购自曲阜天利药用辅料有限公司。
所述乳化剂为天然卵磷脂,含磷脂酰胆碱的质量百分数为32%,购自美国嘉吉公司,型号为EmultopTM Velvet IP。
一种降温组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将丙烯酸酯共聚物,改性淀粉和乳化剂在室温下混合搅拌30min,即得。
实施例3
一种降温组合物及其制备方法,具体步骤同实施例1,不同点在于丙烯酸酯共聚物1.2份,改性淀粉2.5份。
实施例4
一种降温组合物及其制备方法,制备方法同实施例1,不同点在于丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠1.2份替换为聚丙烯酸钠0.8重量份,不含卵磷脂和羧甲基淀粉钠。性能测试:
1.降温效果测试:将实施例1-4的组合物配置成凝胶产品进行性能测试,制备原料以重量份计包括:甘油5份,甜菜碱1份,EDTA二钠0.05份,泛醇1份,透明质酸0.1份,苯氧乙醇0.6份,乙基己基甘油0.1份,香精0.05份,将上述的制备原料与实施例1-4的组合物搅拌混合均匀后,即可。
环境条件:温度18-22℃,湿度40-50%;测试人数:5人。
测试方法:测试人员将手臂内侧的肌肤清洗干净,然后将肌肤表面擦干,测试手臂内侧肌肤的初始温度,分别取20g产品,涂抹于25cm2的相同位置的肌肤表面,分别在2min,20min用红外温度计进行体表温度测试。
将实施例1-4制备得到的产品依据上述方法进行测试,结果见于表1。

结论:采用本发明的组合物配置成的凝胶产品在使用2min后可以降低1.5℃左右,效果持续20min后还能保持降低0.6℃的效果。但是不采用本发明的组合物配置成的凝胶产品在使用2min后可以降低0.6℃,使用20min后降温效果完全消失。
Claims (3)
1.一种降温组合物,其特征在于,制备原料以重量份计包括:丙烯酸酯共聚物0.1-5份,改性淀粉0.1-8份,乳化剂0.05-4份;
所述改性淀粉为羧甲基淀粉钠,含钠质量分数为2-4%,含氯质量分数为≤0.2%;
所述丙烯酸酯共聚物为丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠;
所述丙烯酸酯共聚物与改性淀粉的重量比为1:1.25;
所述乳化剂为天然卵磷脂,含磷脂酰胆碱的质量百分数为32%。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述降温组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将丙烯酸酯共聚物,改性淀粉和乳化剂在室温下混合搅拌20-30min,即得。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述降温组合物的应用,其特征在于,应用于面部精华,护肤凝胶,化妆水,化妆乳,面膜,化妆膏,乳霜的制备中。
