本发明涉及化品运输车领域,公开了一种危化品运输车排气系统,包括消声器总成和尿素罐总成,消声器总成布置在车架总成的前下方,消声器总成的进口连有排气制动阀总成,排气制动阀总成的进口连有消声器前进气管总成,消声器前进气管总成的进口与发动机的排气口连接,消声器前进气管总成沿车架总成右前端布置,尿素罐总成布置在车架总成的左侧纵梁外侧,尿素罐总成与消声器总成之间连有尿素供液软管和尿素回液软管,尿素罐总成与发动机之间连有尿素进水管路和尿素回水管路,软管和管路均布置在车架总成的左侧纵梁上翼面。本发明危化品运输车排气系统,结构紧凑,易于布置,装配简便,占用空间小,且整车重心低。

技术领域
本发明涉及危化品运输车技术领域,具体涉及一种危化品运输车排气系统。
背景技术
目前市场上危险品运输车排气系统结构复杂,种类繁多,排气管管路采用多段连接并布置在车架内侧,占用空间大,造成整车布置困难,整车重心高,且存在诸多安全隐患。因而需要开发一种结构紧凑、占用空间小、装配简便、降低整车重心且能满足危化品运输车保安防灾要求的排气系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述技术的不足,提供一种危化品运输车排气系统,结构紧凑,易于布置,装配简便,占用空间小,整车重心低,减少安全隐患,满足危化品运输车保安防灾要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明所涉及的危化品运输车排气系统,包括消声器总成和尿素罐总成,所述消声器总成布置在车架总成的前下方,所述消声器总成的进口连有排气制动阀总成,所述排气制动阀总成的进口连有消声器前进气管总成,所述消声器前进气管总成的进口与发动机的排气口连接,所述消声器前进气管总成沿所述车架总成右前端布置,所述尿素罐总成布置在所述车架总成的左侧纵梁外侧,所述尿素罐总成与所述消声器总成之间连有尿素供液软管和尿素回液软管,所述尿素罐总成与所述发动机之间连有尿素进水管路和尿素回水管路,所述尿素供液软管、尿素回液软管、尿素进水管路和尿素回水管路均布置在所述车架总成的左侧纵梁上翼面,不占纵梁内侧空间,同时避免与发动机悬置干涉。
优选地,所述尿素回水管路与驾驶室的暖风回水管路连通,减少管路数量,同时缩短管路长度。
优选地,所述尿素进水管路包括进水胶管和进水钢管,两者结合便于布置。
优选地,所述消声器总成通过吊板布置在所述车架总成的前下方。
优选地,所述尿素供液软管、尿素回液软管、尿素进水管路和尿素回水管路通过管夹布置在所述车架总成的左侧纵梁翼面。
优选地,所述尿素供液软管、尿素回液软管、尿素进水管路和尿素回水管路的两端均采用弯通快插接头和喉箍固定连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:结构紧凑,易于布置,装配简便,占用空间小,大大降低整车高度,减少安全隐患,满足危化品运输车保安防灾要求。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1及图2所示,本发明一种危化品运输车排气系统,包括消声器总成1和尿素罐总成2,消声器总成1布置在车架总成3的前下方,消声器总成1的进口连有排气制动阀总成4,排气制动阀总成4的进口连有消声器前进气管总成5,消声器前进气管总成5的进口与发动机的排气口连接,消声器前进气管总成5沿车架总成3右前端布置,尿素罐总成2布置在车架总成3的左侧纵梁外侧,尿素罐总成2与消声器总成1之间连有尿素供液软管6和尿素回液软管7,尿素罐总成2与发动机之间连有尿素进水管路8和尿素回水管路9,尿素供液软管6、尿素回液软管7、尿素进水管路8和尿素回水管路9均布置在车架总成3的左侧纵梁上翼面,不占纵梁内侧空间,同时避免与发动机悬置干涉。
另外,尿素回水管路9与驾驶室的暖风回水管路连通,减少管路数量,同时缩短管路长度。
本实施例中,尿素进水管路8包括进水胶管和进水钢管,两者结合便于布置。
本实施例中,消声器总成1通过吊板10布置在车架总成3的前下方。
本实施例中,尿素供液软管6、尿素回液软管7、尿素进水管路8和尿素回水管路9通过管夹11布置在车架总成3的左侧纵梁翼面,尿素供液软管6、尿素回液软管7、尿素进水管路8和尿素回水管路9的两端均采用弯通快插接头和喉箍固定连接。

1.一种危化品运输车排气系统,包括消声器总成(1)和尿素罐总成(2),其特征在于:所述消声器总成(1)布置在车架总成(3)的前下方,所述消声器总成(1)的进口连有排气制动阀总成(4),所述排气制动阀总成(4)的进口连有消声器前进气管总成(5),所述消声器前进气管总成(5)的进口与发动机的排气口连接,所述消声器前进气管总成(5)沿所述车架总成(3)右前端布置,所述尿素罐总成(2)布置在所述车架总成(3)的左侧纵梁外侧,所述尿素罐总成(2)与所述消声器总成(1)之间连有尿素供液软管(6)和尿素回液软管(7),所述尿素罐总成(2)与所述发动机之间连有尿素进水管路(8)和尿素回水管路(9),所述尿素供液软管(6)、尿素回液软管(7)、尿素进水管路(8)和尿素回水管路(9)均布置在所述车架总成(3)的左侧纵梁上翼面。
2.根据权利要求1所述危化品运输车排气系统,其特征在于:所述尿素回水管路(9)与驾驶室的暖风回水管路连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述危化品运输车排气系统,其特征在于:所述尿素进水管路(8)包括进水胶管和进水钢管。
4.根据权利要求1所述危化品运输车排气系统,其特征在于:所述消声器总成(1)通过吊板(10)布置在所述车架总成(3)的前下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述危化品运输车排气系统,其特征在于:所述尿素供液软管(6)、尿素回液软管(7)、尿素进水管路(8)和尿素回水管路(9)通过管夹(11)布置在所述车架总成(3)的左侧纵梁翼面。
6.根据权利要求1所述危化品运输车排气系统,其特征在于:所述尿素供液软管(6)、尿素回液软管(7)、尿素进水管路(8)和尿素回水管路(9)的两端均采用弯通快插接头和喉箍固定连接。
