Abstract
本发明公开了一种改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆及其制备方法,水性金属环氧漆按重量百分比包括以下成分:水溶性环氧酯树脂20%‑25%,水性非离子脂环胺类固化剂10%‑20%,超短聚乙烯纤维1%‑2%,气相二氧化硅0.5%‑1%,聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%‑0.3%,高分子分散剂0.5%‑0.7%,磷酸锌6%‑8%,金红石型钛白粉10%‑15%,沉淀硫酸钡15%‑25%和水20%‑30%。本发明利用聚乙烯纤维来改善水性金属环氧漆的流变性,聚乙烯纤维的添加对水性金属环氧漆的湿密度不大,提高了水性金属环氧漆的出方量;且聚乙烯纤维具有良好的耐水、耐酸、耐盐雾和抗老化性能,能有效提高漆膜的耐水、耐酸、耐盐雾和抗老化性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料组合物技术领域,特别涉及一种改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
市面上的水性金属环氧漆主要采用聚氨酯、缔合型丙烯酸酯类等流变助剂对其流变性进行改善,但上述物质属于离子类物质,这些物质会对漆膜的耐水、耐酸、耐盐雾的性能产生影响。
目前会采用膨润土来改善环氧漆的性能,但膨润土会让环氧漆密度变小而导致漆膜硬度下滑。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆。
一种改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆,按重量百分比包括以下成分:
水溶性环氧酯树脂20%-25%,
水性非离子脂环胺类固化剂10%-20%,
超短聚乙烯纤维1%-2%,
气相二氧化硅0.5%-1%,
聚硅氧烷消泡剂0.1%-0.3%,
高分子分散剂0.5%-0.7%,
磷酸锌6%-8%,
金红石型钛白粉10%-15%,
沉淀硫酸钡15%-25%,
水20%-30%。
具体地,所述超短聚乙烯纤维的长度为80-120μm,直径为2-4μm,堆积密度为0.8-1.1g/cm3。
具体地,所述超短聚乙烯纤维的长度为100μm,直径为3μm,堆积密度为1g/cm3。
具体地,所述水溶性环氧酯树脂的环氧值大于1000。
具体地,所述钛白粉的粒径为200-500目。
具体地,所述硫酸钡粉末的粒径为100-1500目。
具体地,所述沉淀硫酸钡的粒径为500-600目。
本申请还提出一种水性金属环氧漆的制备方法,制备方法包括:
制备A相:制备A相:将煅烧气相二氧化硅和超短聚乙烯纤维与水混合后,得到预混物;将高分子分散剂、水性非离子脂环胺类固化剂和配方含量40-60%的聚硅氧烷消泡剂投入分散缸A内进行低速分散均匀后,再将磷酸锌、金红石型钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡投入分散缸A进行高速分散,再加入预混物后获得A相;
制备B相:将水性环氧酯树脂和余下的聚硅氧烷消泡剂投入分散缸B中进行分散获得B相;
将A相和B相混合后,得到水性金属环氧漆。
本发明的有益效果:本发明利用聚乙烯纤维来改善水性金属环氧漆的流变性,聚乙烯纤维的添加对水性金属环氧漆的湿密度影响不大,提高了水性金属环氧漆的出方量;且聚乙烯纤维具有良好的耐水、耐酸、耐盐雾和抗老化性能,能有效提高漆膜的耐水、耐酸、耐盐雾和抗老化性能。

本部分将详细描述本发明的具体实施例。
本申请所述水性金属环氧漆按重量百分比包括以下成分:
本申请所述超短聚乙烯纤维的长度为100微米,直径为3微米,堆积密度为0.8-1.1g/cm3,
水溶性环氧酯树脂为水性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂,且环氧当量为1150;
水性非离子脂环胺类固化剂为购自德国赢创德固赛的VESTAMIN系列IPD;
本申请所述超短聚乙烯纤维购自Royal DSM的C21K.18,超短聚乙烯纤维的长度为100μm,直径为3μm,堆积密度为1g/cm3;
气相二氧化硅来源购自WAKER的气相二氧化硅H17;
聚硅氧烷消泡剂购自德国明凌的AGITAN系类的E256;
高分子分散剂购自德国毕克的BYK-145;
钛白粉购自龙蟒佰利联,粒径为325目;
硫酸钡粉末购自wanator,粒径为1250目;
磷酸锌购自武汉卡诺斯科技有限公司,粒径600目。
基于上述内容,提出本申请实施例中水性金属环氧漆的制备方法包括:
制备A相:将煅烧气相二氧化硅和超短聚乙烯纤维与水混合后,得到预混物;将高分子分散剂、水性非离子脂环胺类固化剂和配方含量50%的聚硅氧烷消泡剂投入分散缸A内以600r/min的搅拌速度分散均匀后,再将磷酸锌、金红石型钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡投入分散缸A以1000r/min的搅拌速度分散,再加入预混物后获得A相;
制备B相:将水性环氧酯树脂和余下的聚硅氧烷消泡剂投入分散缸B中进行分散获得B相;
将A相和B相混合后,得到水性金属环氧漆。
基于上述内容,提出本申请的实施例1-3,实施例1-3中的水性金属环氧漆的各组分重量百分比如表1所示。

针对上述内容,提出本申请的对比例,对比例与实施例2不同的是,将超短聚乙烯纤维替换为聚氨酯,具体采用疏水改性乙氧基聚氨酯。
对实施例1-3和对比例中制得的水性金属环氧漆进行进行湿密度、耐盐雾、耐酸和耐碱检测,具体方法包括:
利用厚度涂布器分别将实施例1-3和对比例中制得的水性金属环氧漆对完成酸洗后的马口铁片表面涂漆并形成50um厚度的漆膜,常温储存24h后,对漆膜表面进行耐盐雾、耐酸和耐碱测试。
耐盐雾测试方法包括:利用美工刀在实施例1-3和对比例的水性金属环氧漆形成的漆膜上划X型,放入5%NaCl溶液烟雾机中,溶液pH值调在中性范围(6.5~7.2),机内试验温度取35℃,设置盐雾的沉降率在1~3ml/80cm2·h之间,存放500h。
耐酸测试方法包括:在实施例1-3和对比例的水性金属环氧漆形成的漆膜上滴10%硫酸溶液,比对24h后的漆膜外观。
耐碱测试方法包括:在实施例1-3和对比例的水性金属环氧漆形成的漆膜上滴20%NaOH溶液,比对24h后的漆膜外观。
对实施例1-3、对比例中制得的水性金属环氧漆进行进行湿密度、耐盐雾、耐酸和耐碱结果如表2所示。

根据表2的检测结果可知:
实施例1-3与对比例相比,其湿密度提升3%-5%;
实施例1-3的耐盐雾、耐酸和耐碱性能与对比例相比具有明显差异。
将实施例2和对比例中制得的水性金属环氧漆进行出方量检测,对比例中制得的水性金属环氧漆的出方量为1.49g/ml,实施例2制得的水性金属环氧漆的出方量为1.40g/ml,在涂布厚度一致的情况下,密度越少,涂布量更大。
当然,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形和替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

2.根据权利要求1所述的改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆,其特征在于:所述超短聚乙烯纤维的长度为80-120μm,直径为2-4μm,堆积密度为0.8-1.1g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求2所述的改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆,其特征在于:所述超短聚乙烯纤维的长度为100μm,直径为3μm,堆积密度为1g/cm3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆,其特征在于:所述水溶性环氧酯树脂的环氧值大于1000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆,其特征在于:所述钛白粉的粒径为200-500目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆,其特征在于:所述硫酸钡粉末的粒径为100-1500目。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改善流变性的水性金属环氧漆,其特征在于:所述沉淀硫酸钡的粒径为500-600目。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述水性金属环氧漆的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法包括:
制备A相:将煅烧气相二氧化硅和超短聚乙烯纤维与水混合后,得到预混物;将高分子分散剂、水性非离子脂环胺类固化剂和配方含量40-60%的聚硅氧烷消泡剂投入分散缸A内进行低速分散均匀后,再将磷酸锌、金红石型钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡投入分散缸A进行高速分散,再加入预混物后获得A相;
制备B相:将水性环氧酯树脂和余下的聚硅氧烷消泡剂投入分散缸B中进行分散获得B相;
将A相和B相混合后,得到水性金属环氧漆。
