Description

Oral care tooth powder and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oral care, in particular to oral care dentifrice and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Dentifrice is the most commonly used dental cleanser for people. In ancient times, various tools were used to wipe teeth for tooth brushing, and various dentifrices were added, most commonly salt, i.e., the precursor of dentifrice.
Periodontal disease refers to a disease occurring in the supporting tissues of the tooth (periodontal tissue), and includes two major types, i.e., gum disease involving only the gingival tissue and periodontitis affecting the deep periodontal tissues (periodontal ligament, alveolar bone, and cementum). Periodontal disease is a common oral disease, one of the major causes of tooth loss in adults, and is a major oral disease that compromises human teeth and general health. According to the introduction of the dentist: "periodontitis is a major cause of gingival atrophy, which is an important factor in tooth loss".
The existing toothpaste and tooth powder on the market only have a temporary curative effect on periodontal diseases, and the treatment effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the oral care dentifrice which has the advantage of good effect of treating gum diseases.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing an oral care dentifrice, so as to obtain the oral care dentifrice having a good effect of treating gum diseases.
The invention also aims to provide application of the oral care dentifrice in preparing a medicament for treating gum diseases.
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
On one hand, the embodiment of the application provides an oral care dentifrice which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-1 part of calcium carbonate, 0.01-0.1 part of vitamin C, 0.001-0.003 part of calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate, 5-20 parts of pseudo-ginseng, 3-15 parts of lotus leaf, 5-15 parts of rhizoma cyperi, 2-10 parts of pepper, 5-15 parts of radix angelicae, 10-20 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 5-20 parts of angelica sinensis, 10-20 parts of rhizoma cimicifugae, 10-25 parts of burmannia, 10-25 parts of prepared rehmannia root and 5-15 parts of schizonepeta.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for preparing an oral care dentifrice, including the steps of:
drying the raw materials except the calcium carbonate, the vitamin C and the calcium hydrophosphate dihydrate, and mixing to obtain a mixture;
crushing the mixture and grinding into powder;
adding calcium carbonate, vitamin C and calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate into the powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain the oral care dentifrice finished product.
In a further aspect, the present application provides a use of an oral care dentifrice for preparing a medicament for treating a gum disease.

The inventor thinks that the teeth are the targets of the kidney, and the kidney deficiency causes the teeth to shake and break, and the teeth are inflamed by the mutual fire and are painful; when damp-heat exists in the intestines and stomach and goes up between the gums, it is suitable for wind-cold or cold-retained, so that the damp-heat cannot be reached externally, and it also causes toothache. The treatment should purge damp-heat, tonify kidney deficiency, and keep the gingival environment clean to avoid food residue left between teeth.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
the invention takes cimicifugae foetidae and buronia as monarch drugs to play roles in clearing heat and eliminating dampness, relieving pain and warming and invigorating kidney yang, and takes prepared rehmannia root, lotus leaf and ligusticum wallichii as ministerial drugs to play an auxiliary role, thereby playing roles in relieving pain, eliminating dampness, dispelling wind and tonifying kidney essence; the schizonepeta, the pepper, the pseudo-ginseng and the angelica dahurica are used as adjuvant drugs to play roles in warming the middle-jiao to relieve pain, killing insects, relieving pain, eliminating dampness, reducing swelling and relieving exterior syndrome; and rhizoma cyperi is used as a guiding drug to achieve the effects of regulating menstruation, relieving pain and regulating qi. The efficacy of the medicines can enter the body, and the medicines are mutually synergistic, so that the treatment effect on periodontitis, red and swollen gums, loose teeth and gingival atrophy is enhanced. The added calcium carbonate and the calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate have certain structural strength, can remove pigment and tartar on the surface of teeth when in use, and simultaneously can not damage tooth enamel and protect the surface of the teeth because the strength is not high. The added vitamin C can repair oral mucosa, protect oral integrity and maintain the inside of the oral cavity.
The preparation method is simple, convenient and fast, has high production efficiency, can realize batch production, and is suitable for popularization.
When the dentifrice is used, a proper amount of the dentifrice is only needed to be dipped and coated on teeth, the surface of the teeth can be rubbed if needed, and after 2-10min, the dentifrice is rinsed with water and then is spit out.
