Examples

Since the second surface is disposed on the first platform 100, the pattern capturing assembly 200 cannot directly capture and capture the actual image of the mark 11 on the second surface, and thus a plurality of through holes 101 are formed in the first platform 100, and the through holes 101 are used to expose the mark 11 on the second surface, so that the pattern capturing assembly 200 captures and captures the actual image.

In other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the marks 11 on the display panels 1 to be attached with different sizes have the same shape, but different numbers, such as arabic numerals 1, 2, 3 and … in circular patterns, so as to achieve the technical effect of distinguishing the display panels 1 to be attached with different sizes.
After the pattern obtaining component 200 obtains the actual image of the mark 11, the actual image is transmitted to the processor 300, in this embodiment, the processor 300 invokes a preset image with the same shape in the library according to the shape of the actual image, where the coordinates of the preset image are the standard positions of the display panel 1 to be attached corresponding to the actual image, that is, the coordinate difference value between the actual image and the preset image corresponds to the offset between the display panel 1 to be attached and the reference position, the processor 300 transmits the coordinate difference value to the moving component 400, and the moving component 400 moves the first platform 100 or directly moves the display panel 1 to be attached, so as to compensate the offset, and make the display panel 1 to be attached move to the standard positions.
In this embodiment, because the preset images corresponding to the actual images with different shapes are different, the standard positions of the display panels 1 to be attached with different specifications and sizes are stored in the processor 300, so that when the display panels 1 to be attached are replaced, the positions of the pattern acquisition components 200 do not need to be manually adjusted, and the offset of the standard positions of the display panels 1 to be attached does not need to be recalculated according to the specifications and sizes of the display panels 1 to be attached, which is beneficial to mass, industrialized and automatic production.
The second platform 500 and the first platform 100 are vertically aligned, when the display panel 1 to be attached is displaced to the standard position, the second platform 500 and the first platform 100 are mutually close to each other and are extruded, so that the film layer on the second platform 500 is attached to the display panel 1 to be attached, and attachment is completed.
