Abstract
本申请公开了一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料及其应用,属于纳米材料制备技术领域,该钙钛矿量子点材料由量子点内核和表面配体组成,量子点内核为金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点或金属氧化物包覆金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点;金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点结构式为APbX3、A4PbX6、APb2X5、A2PbX4、A3Pb2X9、Am‑1Pbm+1X3m+1中的至少一种,m≥2;表面配体包括脂肪胺、酰胺、羧酸或金属有机配体,表面配体的分子一端通过微弱的配位键和量子点内核连接,本申请的钙钛矿量子点材料,金属有机配体可以阻挡水分、硫化氢等气氛破坏钙钛矿结构,从而提升材料稳定性,同时金属有机配体不仅与钙钛矿具有相互作用,它还与有机酸、有机胺具有相互作用,在气体检测方面有很大优势和应用前景。

本发明属于量子点传感材料、纳米材料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料及其应用。
背景技术
量子点是一类具有量子效应的无机半导体纳米晶,因其颗粒尺寸下降到与材料激子波尔半径可比拟的尺度而表现出一系列新奇的物化效应,近年来成为电子、光电、光学和生物领域的重要研究前沿之一。量子点气体传感器主要利用气体在半导体表面发生化学反应引发的电子转移,将气体分子信息转换为传感器电阻值等电信号实现检测。利用气体传感器及其仪器仪表可实现易燃易爆、有毒有害气体的现场快速检测与实时监测,在工业生产、环境保护、公共安全等众多领域发挥着重要作用。使用量子点气体传感器有望突破半导体气体传感器低功耗与集成化技术瓶颈。
发展高性能量子点功能器件的基本科学问题和难点在于量子点功能结构的理性设计与有效调控。目前,表面设计了无机配体结构的量子点具有比表面积大、物化特性灵活可调的优势,但是存在性能不稳定、气体选择性差等缺点。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:
针对现有技术的不足,本申请提供了一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料及其应用,通过金属有机配体的引入,金属有机配体中的金属原子与气体的具有一定的相互作用,从而可以对特定气体进行响应,解决了目前存在的性能不稳定、气体选择性差等技术问题,以提高量子点材料对多种气体成分的响应灵敏度和稳定性。

为实现上述目的,本申请通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料由量子点内核和表面配体组成,所述量子点内核为金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点或金属氧化物包覆层包覆的金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点,所述表面配体为有机酸、有机胺中的至少一种和金属有机配体;表面配体的分子一端通过微弱的配位键和量子点内核连接,配体分子自量子点内核向外呈自由发散状态。
进一步的,所述金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点,结构式为ABX3、A4BX6、AB2X5、A2BX4、A2BX6、A3B2X9、Am-1Bm+1X3m+1中的至少一种,m≥2;A为CH3NH3 +、NH2CHNH2 +、C(NH2)3 +、 Cs+、Li+、Na+、K+、Rb+中的至少一种;其中B为金属离子,X为阴离子。
进一步的,所述B为Pb2+、Cu2+、Bi3+、Eu2+、Cu+、Ag+、Pd2+、Pd4+、Pt2+、Pt4+、Sn2+、 Mn2+、Fe3+、Ge2+、Sb3+、Sr2+、Ce2+、In3+、Cd2+中的至少一种。

具体实施方式
下面将结合说明书中的附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
应注意的是,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本申请一部分实施方式,而不是全部实施方式。
本发明的制备方法不需要设特定的温湿度或空气反应环境。
实施例1:
一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料由量子点内核和表面配体组成,所述量子点内核为金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点4或金属氧化物包覆层5 包覆的金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点,所述表面配体为有机酸1、有机胺3中的至少一种和金属有机配体2;表面配体的分子一端通过微弱的配位键和量子点内核连接,配体分子自量子点内核向外呈自由发散状态;所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料制备方法为:在天平上称取0.05 g碳酸铯溶于0.1mL油酸溶液中,在搅拌加热台上进行充分搅拌直至充分溶解,得到铯前驱体。在天平上称取0.03g溴化铅和0.1g辛胺,并溶于8mL的甲苯中,再依次加入0.1mL油酸和0.2mL辛胺,在加热台上进行充分搅拌直至溶解,得到铅前驱体。取0.8mL的铅前驱体、 0.6mL的铯前驱体混合,在加热台上搅拌2小时,得到铯铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液。溶液呈黄色,在紫外光的照射下发绿光。在磁力搅拌过程中向2mL的铯铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液中注射 50微升的二乙基锌溶液,并搅拌10分钟。再向溶液中加入0.01mmol的乙酰丙酮铁、0.1mL 的油酸以及0.1mL的辛胺,搅拌30分钟至充分溶解。
得到以氧化锌包覆铯铅溴钙钛矿作为量子点内壳,乙酰丙酮铁、油酸以及辛胺作为表面配体的一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料。
性能测试:使用同样的操作步骤获得纯铯铅溴量子点溶液、氧化锌包覆铯铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液以及本发明所提出的一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,使用同样的操作方法涂敷于金电极上以用于气体传感器,依次标号为电极1、电极2、电极3,得到的气敏性能测试如下表:

实施例2:
一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料的制备方法,步骤为:
第一步:制备材料:在天平上称取0.5g碳酸铯溶于0.8mL油酸溶液中,在搅拌加热台上进行充分搅拌直至充分溶解,得到铯前驱体。在天平上称取0.7g溴化铅和0.9g辛胺,并溶于 10mL的甲苯中,再依次加入0.5mL油酸和0.6mL辛胺,在加热台上进行充分搅拌直至溶解,得到铅前驱体。取2mL的铅前驱体、1mL的铯前驱体混合,在加热台上搅拌2小时,得到铯铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液。溶液呈黄色,在紫外光的照射下发绿光。在磁力搅拌过程中向2mL的铯铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液中加入0.01mmol的乙酰丙酮铁、0.1mL的油酸以及0.1mL的辛胺,搅拌30分钟至充分溶解;
第二步:得到以铯铅溴钙钛矿作为量子点内壳,乙酰丙酮铁、油酸以及辛胺作为表面配体的一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料;
第三步:性能表征。
如图3的透射电子显微镜图(TEM)图像所示,本实施例中的材料量子点内核直径为1~5nm。本实施例中的材料对200ppm的庚醛响应如图4所示,响应时间为9s,恢复时间为32s。
以上两个实施例表明,本发明所申请保护的一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料有效的结合了量子点活性位点丰富、电子迁移率相对较高以及表面配体高比表面积的特点,在室温下气敏效应显著,具有灵敏度高、响应恢复速度快的特点,选择性亦良好。
实施例3:
一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料的制备方法,步骤为:
第一步:制备材料:在天平上称取0.7g碳酸甲胺溶于2mL油酸溶液中,在搅拌加热台上进行充分搅拌直至充分溶解,得到甲胺前驱体。在天平上称取0.8g溴化铅和0.6g辛胺,并溶于6mL的甲苯中,再依次加入8mL油酸和0.6mL辛胺,在加热台上进行充分搅拌直至溶解,得到铅前驱体。取0.9mL的铅前驱体、0.6mL的铯前驱体混合,在加热台上搅拌2小时,得到甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液。溶液呈黄色,在紫外光的照射下发绿光。在磁力搅拌过程中向2mL的甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液中加入0.01mmol的乙酰丙酮钛、0.1mL的油酸以及0.1mL的辛胺,搅拌30分钟至充分溶解;
第二步:得到以甲胺铅溴钙钛矿作为量子点内壳,乙酰丙酮铁、油酸以及辛胺作为表面配体的一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料;
第三步:性能表征。
本实施例中的材料室温下(25℃)对氧气(O2)的检测下限达10ppb,响应时间为1s,恢复时间为3s,同等测试条件下未添加乙酰丙酮铁的甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点对氧气(O2)不响应。
实施例4:
一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料的制备方法,步骤为:
第一步:制备材料:在天平上称取0.09g碳酸甲脒溶于0.8mL油酸溶液中,在搅拌加热台上进行充分搅拌直至充分溶解,得到甲脒前驱体。在天平上称取0.01g溴化铅和0.1g辛胺,并溶于10mL的甲苯中,再依次加入0.6mL油酸和0.4mL辛胺,在加热台上进行充分搅拌直至溶解,得到铅前驱体。取0.2mL的铅前驱体、0.8mL的铯前驱体混合,在加热台上搅拌2 小时,得到甲脒铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液。溶液呈黄色,在紫外光的照射下发绿光。在磁力搅拌过程中向2mL的甲脒铅溴钙钛矿量子点溶液中加入0.01mmol的三丁基氧化锡、0.1mL的油酸以及0.1mL的辛胺,搅拌30分钟至充分溶解;
第二步:得到以甲胺铅溴钙钛矿作为量子点内壳,三丁基氧化锡、油酸以及辛胺作为表面配体的一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料;
第三步:性能表征。
本实施例中的材料对对硫化氢(H2S)的检测下限达1ppb,响应时间为0.2s,恢复时间为2s,荧光发光峰为为529纳米,荧光寿命为83纳秒。为了进行对比,根据上述工艺制备了未添加三丁基氧化锡的甲胺铅溴钙钛量子点,其它工艺相同,该甲胺铅溴钙钛量子点在1ppb 的H2S气氛下不响应,信号波动范围打,较为随机,荧光发光峰为516纳米,荧光寿命为6 纳秒,低于含有三丁基氧化锡的量子点,表明缺陷态比含有三丁基氧化锡的量子点多。
以上实施例表明,本发明所申请保护的一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料有效的结合了量子点活性位点丰富、电子迁移率相对较高以及表面配体高比表面积的特点,在室温下气敏效应显著,具有灵敏度高、响应恢复速度快的特点,选择性亦良好。
最后说明的是,以上优选实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,并不用于限制本申请,尽管通过上述优选实施例已经对本申请进行了详细的描述,但本领域技术人员应当理解,可以对其在形式上和细节上作出各种各样的改变,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,其特征在于:所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料由量子点内核和表面配体组成,所述量子点内核为金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点(4)或金属氧化物包覆层(5)包覆的金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点,所述表面配体为有机酸(1)、有机胺(3)中的至少一种和金属有机配体(2);表面配体的分子一端通过微弱的配位键和量子点内核连接,配体分子自量子点内核向外呈自由发散状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,其特征在于:所述金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点(4),结构式为ABX3、A4BX6、AB2X5、A2BX4、A2BX6、A3B2X9、Am-1Bm+1X3m+1中的至少一种,m≥2; A为CH3NH3 +、NH2CHNH2 +、C(NH2)3 +、Cs+、Li+、Na+、K+、Rb+中的至少一种;其中B为金属离子,X为阴离子。
3.根据权利要求2所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,其特征在于:所述B为Pb2+、Cu2+、Bi3+、Eu2+、Cu+、Ag+、Pd2+、Pd4+、Pt2+、Pt4+、Sn2+、Mn2+、Fe3+、Ge2+、Sb3+、Sr2+、Ce2+、In3+、Cd2+中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,其特征在于:所述X为Cl-、Br-、I-、SCN-中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物包覆层(5)中的金属氧化物,其结构式为:MmOn, 1≤m≤5,1≤n≤5,M选自锌、铟、铁、铜、锡、铝、镧、钛、铂、钯、镱、镍、钼、钨、铱、钇中的至少一种。

7.根据权利要求1所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,其特征在于:所述金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点在至少一个维度上的尺寸为2~50 nm。
8.根据权利要求1所述具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料,其特征在于:所述金属氧化物包覆层的包覆厚度为0.3-50 nm,形成金属氧化物包覆金属卤化物钙钛矿量子点。
9.一种权利要求1所述的具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料在庚醛、氢气、乙醇、氧气、CH4、CO、CO2、H2S、C2H4、NO、NO2、H2O、丙酮、C2H6、C2H5F、CH3OCHO、NH3、丁烷、乙炔气体的检测中的应用。
10.一种权利要求1所述的具有气敏性能的钙钛矿量子点材料在发光、显示、照明、压电、压力传感领域中的应用。
