Claims (10)

1. The cable material recovery device is characterized by comprising a cable body (1), a peeling mechanism (2) and a supporting tube (4);
a supporting pipe (4) is arranged on one side of the peeling mechanism (2), and the cable body (1) penetrates through the peeling mechanism (2) and the supporting pipe (4) in sequence;
four mounting blocks (22) are arranged on a mounting plate (21) of the peeling mechanism (2) in an annular array, and fixing rollers (25) are arranged on the two mounting blocks (22) in the vertical direction; two mounting blocks (22) in the horizontal direction are respectively provided with a peeling knife (26);
the mounting plate (21) is provided with a threading hole (24), the threading hole (24) is rotatably sleeved with a central plate (27), four movable plates (28) are annularly arranged on the central plate (27) and are connected with a sliding plate (29) through the movable plates (28), and the sliding plate (29) is arranged on the mounting block (22).
2. The cable material recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (21) is provided with a limiting groove adapted to the mounting block (22), and two cylinders (2) are mounted on a sliding plate (29) in a vertical direction.
3. The cable material recovery device according to claim 1, wherein the central plate (27) is provided with a through hole adapted to the threading hole (24), and the central plate (27) has a square structure.
4. The cable material recovery device according to claim 2, wherein the supporting tube (4) is provided with a material collecting mechanism (5) adapted to the stripping mechanism (2); a material guide pipe (3) is arranged between the peeling mechanism (2) and the material collecting mechanism (5).

The cable material recycling device according to claim 4, wherein the collecting boxes (56) of the collecting mechanism (5) are respectively and correspondingly arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the supporting tube (4), the collecting boxes (56) are provided with cutting mechanisms, one side of each collecting box (56) is communicated with the material guiding tube (3), and a material guiding plate (512) is arranged at a material outlet at the other side of each collecting box (56).
6. The cable material recovery device according to claim 5, wherein the guide tubes (3) have an arc-shaped structure, and the guide plates (512) have an arc-shaped structure.

The cable material recycling device according to claim 6, wherein a cam (55) of the cutting mechanism is rotatably mounted on the support tube (4), the cam (55) is connected with an output end of the driving mechanism, connecting plates (57) are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the cam (55), the connecting plates (57) are connected with one end of a connecting shaft (59), the other end of the connecting shaft (59) is connected with a moving plate (510), a plurality of cutters (511) are arranged on the moving plate (510), and a guide plate (512) is provided with a groove body matched with the cutters (511).
8. The cable material recovery device according to claim 7, wherein the connecting shaft (59) is sleeved with a spring (58), and both ends of the spring (58) are respectively connected with the connecting plate (57) and the outer wall of the collecting box (56).
9. The cable material recovery device according to claim 8, wherein the cam (55) is geared.
10. The cable material recycling method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: the telescopic work of the cylinder (23) is controlled to drive the two sliding plates (29) in the vertical direction to move, and the distance between the fixed rollers (25) is adjusted through the mounting blocks (22) on the sliding plates (29) to fix the cable body (1); meanwhile, the central plate (27) is connected with the movable plate (28) to drive the sliding plate (29) in the horizontal direction to move, and the distance between the peeling knives (26) is adjusted to enable the peeling knives (26) to be positioned on the rubber sleeve of the cable body (1);
and 2, step: the control cable body (1) is conveyed forwards, under the action of the peeling knife (26), the rubber material in the cable material is peeled off from the wire core material, and the peeled wire core material is continuously conveyed forwards along the supporting tube (4) and is recovered;
and step 3: the stripped rubber sleeve enters the collecting box (56) through the material guide pipe (3), the cam (55) rotates, when the protruding part of the cam (55) acts on the connecting plate (57), the connecting shaft (59) drives the moving plate (510) to move towards the material guide plate (512), the cutter (511) penetrates through the material guide plate (512), and the rubber material is cut and collected.
