in the moving process of the wire harness, the wire harness enters the heating stripping box body 21, then the controller 42 controls the heating resistance wires 24 to be started to heat the rubber skin outside the wire harness to soften the rubber skin, the softened wire harness moves rightwards to enter the stripping square tube 25, the rubber skin on the wire harness can be scraped off by the scraping blade 28 between the upper first supporting rod 27 and the lower first supporting rod 27 at the moment, and the scraped wire harness still moves rightwards to wind and roll the wire harness through the finished sleeve 17;
but the rubber can be remained on the scraping blade 28 in the process that the rubber is scraped off by the scraping blade 28, at this time, the second electric telescopic rod 31 is controlled to be opened and the rubber pushing plate 32 is driven to scrape off the rubber adhered to the scraping blade 28 along the scraping blade 28 in the downward moving process, meanwhile, the blowing fan 30 is controlled to be opened to blow the rubber falling from the lower part of the stripping square tube 25 to the rubber outlet 33, then, the electromagnetic switch valve 43 is controlled to be opened, the rubber enters the inside of the bearing box body 36 through the outlet pipe 35, and a worker only needs to open the discharging door 40 at regular time to clean the rubber inside the bearing box body 36.
