Abstract
PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,包括模具定模复板和动模复板,定模复板上设置浇口套,定模复板下安装垫块、流道板、定模板和定模镶块,动模复板上安装模脚、动模板和动模镶块,所述的流道板为两爿式流道板,包括上爿流道板和下爿流道板,上爿流道板和下爿流道板上分别采用铣床铣出相应的上爿流道槽和下爿流道槽,上爿流道槽和下爿流道槽组合流道孔,下爿流道板中还设有两个分流孔,两个分流孔下各自连接分流嘴,所述的定模镶块和动模镶块各有两块,且两两配合,并在各自对应的定模镶块和动模镶块之间设置4‑12个模腔,以及相应的分流道和分流浇口,分流嘴与分流道相连通,上爿流道板中还设有主流道,主流道与浇口套连通。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,属于塑料模具领域。
背景技术
采用注塑模具生产塑料产品,例如塑料管件等,塑料管件的种类有很多,按材料区分,其中有一种PVC管件,PVC材料的熔融温度和分解问题很窄,其熔融成型温度为170-180℃,分解的温度为180-190℃,在生产时,必须严格把握其注塑温度,造成的缺点是:注塑温度不能过高,导致其在模具流道内流动性差。并且传统的流道为整块钻孔结构,流道孔有死角,导致流动性更差,致使传统的PVC管件模具无法实现一模多腔加工,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用两爿式分流结构,加工方便,流道孔转角圆滑,提高流动性,实现一模多腔加工,提高生产效率的PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道。
本发明PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道的技术方案是:包括模具定模复板和动模复板,定模复板上设置浇口套,定模复板下安装垫块,垫块之间设置流道板,垫块下安装定模板,定模板中设置定模镶块,动模复板上安装模脚,模脚上安装动模板,动模板中设置动模镶块,其特征在于所述的流道板为两爿式流道板,包括上爿流道板和下爿流道板,上爿流道板和下爿流道板上分别采用铣床铣出相应的上爿流道槽和下爿流道槽,上爿流道槽和下爿流道槽组合流道孔,下爿流道板中还设有两个分流孔,两个分流孔下各自连接分流嘴,所述的定模镶块和动模镶块各有两块,且两两配合,并在各自对应的定模镶块和动模镶块之间设置4-12个模腔,以及相应的分流道和分流浇口,分流嘴与分流道相连通,上爿流道板中还设有主流道,主流道与浇口套连通。
本发明公开了一种PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,主要特点是将流道板设计为两爿式,并采用铣床铣出相应的上爿流道槽和下爿流道槽,与传统的整块流道板只能采用钻床加工相比,铣床加工无死角,铣出的流道孔表面光洁,有助于提高PVC材料的流动性。生产时,PVC原料从浇口套处注入,通过主流道流入流道孔中,然后通过分流孔和分流嘴分别流入到两块定模镶块和动模镶块的分流道中,再通过分流浇口注入到各个模腔中,一次性可以加工8-24只管件,大大提高了生产效率,具有非常积极的有益效果。
本发明的PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,所述的上爿流道板上设置装配槽,装配槽中安装加热管,加热管对上爿流道板加热保温,使注入的PVC塑料原料不冷却凝固,保持流动性。所述的各块定模镶块和动模镶块中均设有冷却水孔,冷却水孔中注入冷却水,加快产品成型后定型,缩短注塑时间,提高生产效率。所述的上爿流道板和下爿流道板由螺钉相固定,固定方便、牢靠。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,如图1—图5所示,包括模具定模复板1和动模复板2,定模复板上设置浇口套6,定模复板下安装垫块3,垫块之间设置流道板,垫块下安装定模板5,定模板中设置定模镶块7,动模复板上安装模脚8,模脚上安装动模板9,动模板中设置动模镶块10,所述的流道板为两爿式流道板,包括上爿流道板15和下爿流道板16,上爿流道板15和下爿流道板16上分别采用铣床铣出相应的上爿流道槽17和下爿流道槽18,上爿流道槽17和下爿流道槽18组合流道孔19,下爿流道板16中还设有两个分流孔20,两个分流孔下各自连接分流嘴21,所述的定模镶块7和动模镶块10各有两块,且两两配合,并在各自对应的定模镶块7和动模镶块10之间设置4-12个模腔11,以及相应的分流道12和分流浇口13,分流嘴21与分流道12相连通,上爿流道板15中还设有主流道14,主流道14与浇口套6连通。本方案的主要特点是将流道板设计为两爿式,并采用铣床铣出相应的上爿流道槽17和下爿流道槽18,与传统的整块流道板只能采用钻床加工相比,铣床加工无死角,铣出的流道孔表面光洁,有助于提高PVC材料的流动性。生产时,PVC原料从浇口套6处注入,通过主流道14流入流道孔19中,然后通过分流孔20和分流嘴21分别流入到两块定模镶块7和动模镶块10的分流道12中,再通过分流浇口13注入到各个模腔11中,一次性可以加工8-24只管件,大大提高了生产效率,具有非常积极的有益效果。所述的上爿流道板15上设置装配槽25,装配槽中安装加热管,加热管对上爿流道板加热保温,使注入的PVC塑料原料不冷却凝固,保持流动性。所述的各块定模镶块7和动模镶块10中均设有冷却水孔26,冷却水孔中注入冷却水,加快产品成型后定型,缩短注塑时间,提高生产效率。所述的上爿流道板15和下爿流道板16由螺钉27相固定,固定方便、牢靠。

1.PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,包括模具定模复板(1)和动模复板(2),定模复板上设置浇口套(6),定模复板下安装垫块(3),垫块之间设置流道板,垫块下安装定模板(5),定模板中设置定模镶块(7),动模复板上安装模脚(8),模脚上安装动模板(9),动模板中设置动模镶块(10),其特征在于所述的流道板为两爿式流道板,包括上爿流道板(15)和下爿流道板(16),上爿流道板(15)和下爿流道板(16)上分别采用铣床铣出相应的上爿流道槽(17)和下爿流道槽(18),上爿流道槽(17)和下爿流道槽(18)组合流道孔(19),下爿流道板(16)中还设有两个分流孔(20),两个分流孔下各自连接分流嘴(21),所述的定模镶块(7)和动模镶块(10)各有两块,且两两配合,并在各自对应的定模镶块(7)和动模镶块(10)之间设置4-12个模腔(11),以及相应的分流道(12)和分流浇口(13),分流嘴(21)与分流道(12)相连通,上爿流道板(15)中还设有主流道(14),主流道(14)与浇口套(6)连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,其特征在于所述的上爿流道板(15)上设置装配槽(25),装配槽中安装加热管。
3.如权利要求1所述的PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,其特征在于所述的各块定模镶块(7)和动模镶块(10)中均设有冷却水孔(26)。
4.如权利要求1所述的PVC多腔管件模具两爿式热流道,其特征在于所述的上爿流道板(15)和下爿流道板(16)由螺钉(27)相固定。
