The resulting heated non-burning smoking substrate strip had a water content of 9.0% by weight, measured according to the method described in the specification.
The strip-shaped heat non-combustible smoking substrate prepared in this example was subjected to smoking according to the method described in the specification of the present application, and the results of smoking thereof are shown in table 1 below.
Example 4: preparation of the inventive heated non-combustible smoking substrate
The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:
A. preparation of the mixture
Mixing 100-160-mesh chrysanthemum perfume plant powder, a smoking material of a mixture of glycerol and medium-chain triglyceride (the weight ratio is 3: 1), a 100-160-mesh sodium polyacrylate forming aid, a clove fragrance type essence, calcium carbonate, a sucralose cooling agent and a WS-23 cooling agent mixture (the weight ratio is 1: 3: 1: 2) additive according to the weight ratio of 62: 20: 7: 1, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed material;

Example 5: preparation of the inventive heated non-combustible smoking substrate
The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:
A. preparation of the mixture
Mixing 100-160-mesh rose spice plant powder, a fuming material of a mixture (weight ratio is 1: 1) of glycerol and propylene glycol, a 100-160-mesh sodium alginate forming auxiliary agent and an additive of a mixture (weight ratio is 2: 1) of calcium carbonate and aspartame sweetening agent according to the weight ratio of 56: 12: 9: 4, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed material;
B. adding water

Example 6: preparation of the inventive heated non-combustible smoking substrate
The preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:
A. preparation of the mixture
Mixing 100-160-mesh dendrobium spice plant powder, glycerol, a mixture (weight ratio of 3: 1: 2) of medium-chain triglyceride and propylene glycol, 100-160-mesh pectin, a mixture (weight ratio of 2: 1: 1) of guar gum and sodium polyacrylate, a forming aid, a mixture (weight ratio of 1: 1: 1) of calcium bicarbonate, a saccharin sweetener and a menthol cooling agent, and additives in a weight ratio of 80: 18: 11: 5, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed material;
B. adding water
B, adding water accounting for 30% of the total weight of the mixture into the mixture obtained in the step A, and fully mixing to obtain a pasty mixture;
C. press forming
And (C) processing the pasty mixed material obtained in the step (B) into a strip-shaped mixed material by adopting a spiral roller extrusion method, and then heating and drying for 8min at the temperature of 120 ℃ in an infrared drying device sold by Mino mechanical company of all cities under the trade name of a belt drying box to obtain the strip-shaped or sheet-shaped heating non-combustion fuming base material.

The results listed in table 1 clearly show that, compared with the control sample, the non-combustible smoking substrate of the invention has sufficient smoking amount, good smoke stability, outstanding aroma, good harmony, soft smoke, basically no miscellaneous gas, small irritation, comfortable aftertaste and good sensory experience for smokers.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of a heating non-combustible fuming base material is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:
A. preparation of the mixture
Uniformly mixing the spice plant powder, the fuming material powder, the forming aid and the additive by using mixing equipment to obtain a mixed material;
B. adding water
Adding water accounting for 15-40% of the total weight of the mixed materials into the mixed materials obtained in the step A, and fully mixing to obtain a paste or colloid mixed material;
C. press forming
And D, processing the paste or colloid mixed material obtained in the step B into a strip or sheet mixed material by adopting a spiral roller extrusion method or a rolling method, and then heating and drying in drying equipment to obtain the strip or sheet heating non-combustion fuming base material.
2. The preparation according to claim 1, wherein in step a, the weight ratio of the spice plant powder, the smoking material powder, the forming aid and the additive is 50-80: 10-20: 5-15: 0 to 5.

5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein in step a, the smoking material is one or more selected from the group consisting of glycerin, medium chain triglycerides, and propylene glycol.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step a, the forming aid is one or more forming aids selected from sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium polyacrylate, pectin, guar gum, or sodium alginate.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step A, the additive is one or more additives selected from the group consisting of flavors and fragrances, calcium salts, sweeteners, and cooling agents.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the aroma chemicals are one or more aroma chemicals selected from the group consisting of floral, fruity, tobacco or plant extracts; the calcium salt is one or more calcium salts selected from calcium carbonate, calcium bicarbonate or calcium chloride; the sweetener is one or more selected from sucralose, aspartame, neotame or saccharin; the cooling agent is one or more cooling agents selected from WS-23, WS-3 or menthol.
9. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the strip-shaped or sheet-shaped mixed material obtained in the step B is dried by heating at 90-120 ℃ for 8-10 min in a drying device selected from electrothermal forced air drying, microwave drying or infrared drying.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein the water content of the heated non-combustible smoking substrate in the form of a rod or sheet obtained in step C is 10% by weight or less.
