Abstract
The invention relates to a cool and sweet gloss oil, a preparation method and tipping paper for cigarettes, wherein the cool and sweet gloss oil comprises, by weight, 2% -5% of a water-soluble polymer material, 0.01% -0.1% of stevioside, 0.01% -0.05% of acesulfame potassium, 0.3% -1% of a mint essence module, and the balance of water. When the tipping paper is produced, the cool gloss oil is transferred to the surface of the tipping paper through a gravure printing process, and then the cool gloss oil is dried at low temperature, so that sweet and fragrant substances and the tipping paper can be tightly combined together, and the cool gloss oil is uniformly distributed and has stable property; a compact polymer coating can be formed on the surface of the tipping paper, so that the blocking performance of the tipping paper product on fragrant and sweet substances can be greatly improved, and the adhesion condition during cigarette twisting and packaging can be prevented. The release of the mint essence is relatively uniform and stable, so that the cool and refreshing feeling of the mint is consistent when the cigarette is smoked.

The cigarette tipping paper is commonly called tipping paper, has the function of being special paper for tipping the filter tip and the cigarette by glue, and is one of indispensable packing materials in cigarette materials. The traditional tipping paper is mainly used for connecting the filter stick and the cigarette. In recent years, with the continuous optimization and adjustment of cigarette structure, in order to improve the smoking quality of cigarettes and meet the sensory requirements of consumers, cigarette tipping paper with sweet taste and fragrance is urgently needed, the cigarette tipping paper not only can provide the sweet taste effect of the cigarette tipping paper, but also can achieve the effect of supplementing or enhancing fragrance by combining the inherent fragrance of tobacco shreds after cigarette rolling, and can provide different sensory enjoyment from taste and smell for consumers.

Sensory evaluation:
the prepared cool sweet tipping paper and the prepared common tipping paper are respectively rolled into cigarette samples by adopting the same cut tobacco, the cigarette samples are respectively marked as sample cigarettes (A-C) and blank cigarettes, the blank cigarettes are used as comparative examples, and the sensory quality evaluation of the cigarettes is carried out on the prepared sample cigarettes according to the standard of the fourth part of sensory technical requirements of cigarettes, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, when the cool and sweet tipping paper prepared by the method is used in cigarettes, the sweet taste can be improved, the tastes of bitter taste, peppery taste, astringent taste and the like can be inhibited, the fragrance intensity can be enhanced, the adding process flow is simple, the operation is convenient, the application range is wide, and the taste and the comfort of the cigarettes can be obviously improved.
