Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种数据的发送、接收方法及装置,可以应用于通信系统,例如V2X、LTE‑V、V2V、车联网、MTC、IoT、LTE‑M,M2M,物联网等。网络设备可以为第一终端设备配置非授权频谱边链路的资源,并通过指示信息将非授权频谱边链路的资源发送给第一终端设备,则第一终端设备可以根据网络设备的配置,对非授权频谱边链路执行信道侦听,并根据信道侦听的结果确定在非授权频谱边链路上是否向第二终端设备发送数据,示例性的,在信道侦听的结果为侦听成功的情况下,第一终端设备在非授权频谱边链路上向第二终端设备发送数据。即通过网络设备指示和终端设备信道侦听相结合的方法,可以实现第一终端设备在非授权频谱的边链路上向第二终端设备发送数据。
