本发明提供一种带润滑运动密封机构,包括轴承套、卡环、防尘圈、衬套一、衬套二、铜套,所述轴承套上部设有卡环,所述轴承套和卡环内设有空腔,所述卡环内设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽内设有防尘圈,所述轴承圈内上部设有衬套一,所述衬套一与衬套二之间设有铜套,所述卡环上设有螺钉,螺钉与卡环之间设有弹垫、平垫,所述螺钉之间设有小螺钉。所述轴承套上设有螺钉,螺钉与轴承套之间设有弹垫、平垫。所述衬套一和铜套之间还设有第二环形凹槽,第二环形凹槽内设有第一O型圈。所述铜套和衬套二之间还设有第三环形凹槽,第三环形凹槽内设有第二O型圈。所述衬套二下设有挡圈。所述轴承套中部设有第四环形凹槽,第四环形凹槽内设有第三O型圈。本发明结构简单,密封效果好,通过减少接触摩擦损耗能够有效延长密封圈使用寿命。

一种带润滑运动密封机构
技术领域
本发明属于真空氦检漏装置技术领域,具体涉及一种带润滑运动密封机构。
背景技术
在真空氦检漏过程中,需要将待检漏的产品送入真空箱,以氦气作为示踪气体,在真空箱内抽真空后再将氦气充入工件,然后通过氦检漏仪检测工件的泄露情况。
真空箱内有夹具,需要气缸提供伸缩动作;气缸安装在箱外。穿箱轴穿过箱壁,有伸缩动作。真空箱在抽真空时穿箱轴在伸缩运动时,密封圈会接触穿箱轴,从而加大密封圈损耗,密封圈寿命较短,需频繁更换,增加了生产成本,降低了生产效率。同时,也容易导致密封不严的问题。因此,亟需一种密封机构,不仅能够有效密封,而且能够延长密封圈使用寿命。
发明内容
基于以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种带润滑运动密封机构。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种带润滑运动密封机构,包括包括轴承套、卡环、防尘圈、衬套一、衬套二、铜套,所述轴承套上部设有卡环,所述轴承套和卡环内设有空腔,所述卡环内设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽内设有防尘圈,所述轴承圈内上部设有衬套一,所述衬套一与衬套二之间设有铜套,所述卡环上设有螺钉,螺钉与卡环之间设有弹垫、平垫,所述螺钉之间设有小螺钉。
作为优选方式,所述轴承套上设有螺钉,螺钉与轴承套之间设有弹垫、平垫。
作为优选方式,所述衬套一和铜套之间还设有第二环形凹槽,第二环形凹槽内设有第一O型圈。
作为优选方式,所述铜套和衬套二之间还设有第三环形凹槽,第三环形凹槽内设有第二O型圈。
作为优选方式,所述衬套二下设有挡圈。
作为优选方式,所述轴承套中部设有第四环形凹槽,第四环形凹槽内设有第三O型圈。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明结构简单,密封效果好,通过减少接触摩擦损耗能够有效延长密封圈使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例:
如图1至3所示,一种带润滑运动密封机构,包括轴承套1、卡环2、防尘圈3、衬套一4、衬套二8、铜套6,所述轴承套1上部设有卡环2,所述轴承套1和卡环2内设有空腔,所述卡环2内设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽内设有防尘圈3,所述轴承圈1内上部设有衬套一4,所述衬套一4与衬套二8之间设有铜套6,铜套6内添加真空油脂。所述卡环2上设有螺钉11,螺钉11与卡环2之间设有弹垫、平垫,用于固定卡环2与轴承套1,所述螺钉之间设有小螺钉,用于调节卡环位置,用于调节密封圈的压紧程度,增加密封的可靠性。所述轴承套1上设有螺钉11,螺钉11与轴承套1之间设有弹垫、平垫,用于固定轴承套1与箱壁12。所述衬套一4和铜套6之间还设有第二环形凹槽,第二环形凹槽内设有第一O型圈5。所述铜套6和衬套二8之间还设有第三环形凹槽,第三环形凹槽内设有第二O型圈7。所述衬套二7下设有挡圈9。所述轴承1套中部设有第四环形凹槽,第四环形凹槽内设有第三O型圈10。
在真空氦检漏过程中,待检漏工件送入真空箱后,在真空箱内抽真空后前用于压紧工件的动作时,此过程中气缸提供伸缩动作。轴承套1和卡环2用于安装防尘圈3,防尘圈3可有效防尘,衬套一4在伸缩过程中用于导向及磨损,衬套二8还可用于调节第二O型圈7的密封程度,穿箱轴13穿过箱壁12,穿箱轴13进行伸缩动作时,位于第一凹槽的防尘圈3和第二凹槽的第一O型圈5以及在第三凹槽圈的第二O型圈在穿箱轴13进行伸缩动作时直接接触穿箱轴13,通过向铜套6支撑第一O型圈和第二O型圈并可储存真空油脂减少摩擦,在不影响真空度的情况下能够延长密封圈寿命,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

1.一种带润滑运动密封机构,其特征在于:包括轴承套、卡环、防尘圈、衬套一、衬套二、铜套、螺钉、小螺钉,所述轴承套上部设有卡环,所述轴承套和卡环内设有空腔,所述卡环内设有第一环形凹槽,所述第一环形凹槽内设有防尘圈,所述轴承圈内上部设有衬套一,所述衬套一与衬套二之间设有铜套,所述卡环上设有螺钉,螺钉与卡环之间设有弹垫、平垫,所述螺钉之间设有小螺钉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带润滑运动密封机构,其特征在于:所述轴承套上设有螺钉,螺钉与轴承套之间设有弹垫、平垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带润滑运动密封机构,其特征在于:所述衬套一和铜套之间还设有第二环形凹槽,第二环形凹槽内设有第一O型圈。
