Abstract
本发明公开的基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,=所述耐水洗阻燃剂的复合体系主要成分按以下质量分数设置组分:粉末阻燃剂:30~80%,液体阻燃剂:10~60%,液体固化剂:5~20%;其中,粉末阻燃剂为三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯;液体阻燃剂为环状磷酸酐;液体固化剂为三聚氰胺树脂。主要以水性体系为主环保且应用工况简单,水性和溶剂型都可以使用,特别是在水性体系中,可以和纤维表面氢键进行固化反应,从而保证耐水洗的同时强度进一步提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃剂,尤其涉及一种基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂。
背景技术
现有的产品中,发动机用空气滤纸需要满足国外DIN53438-3的测试标准,需要滤芯用过滤材料泡水24h后仍然达到阻燃性能不衰减的功能,目前进口过滤材料主要以木浆过滤基材+酚醛树脂+溶剂型阻燃剂为主,存在着溶剂挥发造成的加工及使用环境污染问题,虽然可以耐水洗,但是由于溶剂型生产存在不环保问题。
目前,市面上能耐水洗的阻燃剂主要为磷氮类型的溶剂型阻燃剂,需要与溶剂型酚醛树脂一起混合使用才有效果,使用方式复杂。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种纯油切削油。
一种基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,所述耐水洗阻燃剂的复合体系主要成分按以下质量分数设置组分:
粉末阻燃剂: 30~80%
液体阻燃剂: 10~60%
液体固化剂: 5~20%;
其中,粉末阻燃剂为三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯;液体阻燃剂为环状磷酸酐;液体固化剂为三聚氰胺树脂。
优选的,所述材料按以下质量分数设置组分:
粉末阻燃剂: 40~70%
液体阻燃剂: 15~55%
液体固化剂: 5~20%;
其中,粉末阻燃剂为三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯;液体阻燃剂为环状磷酸酐;液体固化剂为三聚氰胺树脂;
或;粉末阻燃剂: 45%
液体阻燃剂: 45%
液体固化剂:10%。
优选的,所述耐水洗阻燃剂与丙烯酸混合后辊涂施胶到木浆纤维上反应而固定在纤维上,使其泡水后阻燃性仍然存在。
优选的,所述粉末阻燃剂除开三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯外,其他类型阻燃剂使用MPOP\DMPY,其粒径要求D90为5um以下。
本发明有益效果:本发明公开基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,主要用于木浆过滤基材+水性丙烯酸乳液+水性阻燃剂体系,首先制造工艺简单环保,不容溶剂回收,客户加工不会出现固化挥发VOC等问题,主要以水性体系为主环保且应用工况简单,水性和溶剂型都可以使用,特别是在水性体系中,可以和纤维表面氢键进行固化反应,从而保证耐水洗的同时强度进一步提升。

实施例1:
基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,所述耐水洗阻燃剂的复合体系主要成分按以下质量分数设置组分:
粉末阻燃剂: 30~80%
液体阻燃剂: 10~60%
液体固化剂: 5~20%;
其中,粉末阻燃剂为三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯;液体阻燃剂为环状磷酸酐;液体固化剂为三聚氰胺树脂。
实施例2:
基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,所述耐水洗阻燃剂的复合体系主要成分按以下质量分数设置组分:

1.一种基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述耐水洗阻燃剂的复合体系主要成分按以下质量分数设置组分:
粉末阻燃剂:30~80%
液体阻燃剂:10~60%
液体固化剂:5~20%;
其中,粉末阻燃剂为三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯;液体阻燃剂为环状磷酸酐;液体固化剂为三聚氰胺树脂。
2.一种基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述材料按以下质量分数设置组分:
粉末阻燃剂:40~70%
液体阻燃剂:15~55%
液体固化剂:5~20%;
其中,粉末阻燃剂为三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯;液体阻燃剂为环状磷酸酐;液体固化剂为三聚氰胺树脂;
或;粉末阻燃剂:45%
液体阻燃剂:45%
液体固化剂:10%。
3.一种基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述耐水洗阻燃剂与丙烯酸混合后辊涂施胶到木浆纤维上反应而固定在纤维上,使其泡水后阻燃性仍然存在。
4.一种基于过滤材料应用的耐水洗阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述粉末阻燃剂除开三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯外,其他类型阻燃剂使用MPOP\DMPY,其粒径要求D90为5um以下。
