背景技术
随着经济的高速发展及消费水平的提高,人们开始崇尚自然、环保和健康的生活方式,原来单一和单调的纺织品已不能适应时代的发展和人们的需求。人造纤维制成的织物由于没有天然纤维特有的表面结构,在穿着过程中,容易在表面形成小球,严重影响织物的美观和手感。

本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种致密柔软抗起球面料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
本发明第一方面是提供一种致密柔软抗起球面料,包括第一面层和第二面层,以及连接所述第一面层和第二面层的中间空气层;所述第一面层和第二面层的纱线均为优可丝与棉纤维的赛络紧密纺纱线;所述中间空气层包括连接纱,所述连接纱连接所述第一面层和第二面层形成所述中间空气层;所述连接纱为SONORA双组份复合涤纶长丝。
进一步地,所述优可丝与棉纤维的赛络紧密纺纱线的纱支数为26-50S。
进一步地,所述SONORA双组份复合涤纶长丝细度为75D-150D。
本发明第二方面是提供一种致密柔软抗起球面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将优可丝与棉纤维的赛络紧密纺纱线使用电脑大圆机双层变化空气层结构编织。程序设定时,所述电脑大圆机的上针转数设定为下针转数的1.5倍,上针和下针的织物采用连接纱连接固定,得到面料表面结构致密的坯布;
步骤二,对织造后的坯布在定型机上170-190℃进行高温拉幅预定型30-90s;
步骤三,对预定形的坯布进行煮炼、漂白前处理工序,煮漂前处理工序中加入螯合分散剂、去油剂、精炼剂、双氧水、稳定剂和除氧酶;
步骤四,采用适合超细纤维染色的染料和分散匀染剂,对煮漂处理后的织物白坯进行染色;
步骤五,对染色后织物,使用平幅连续水洗机进行清洗后处理,去除纤维染色后未固着的染料,水洗机上洗涤水由后道工序较清的水向前道工序溢流,达到节水、节能、机上工艺水循环使用。
步骤六,水洗后的织物,进行平幅二浸二轧柔软机上柔软,脱水。
步骤七,柔软脱水后的织物,160-180℃烘干拉幅定型。

1.一种致密柔软抗起球面料,其特征在于,包括第一面层和第二面层,以及连接所述第一面层和第二面层的中间空气层;所述第一面层和第二面层的纱线均为优可丝与棉纤维的赛络紧密纺纱线;所述中间空气层包括连接纱,所述连接纱连接所述第一面层和第二面层形成所述中间空气层;所述连接纱为SONORA双组份复合涤纶长丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的致密柔软抗起球面料,其特征在于,所述优可丝与棉纤维的赛络紧密纺纱线的纱支数为26-50S。
3.根据权利要求1所述的致密柔软抗起球面料,其特征在于,所述SONORA双组份复合涤纶长丝细度为75D-150D。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述致密柔软抗起球面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将优可丝与棉纤维的赛络紧密纺纱线使用电脑大圆机双层变化空气层结构编织,程序设定时,所述电脑大圆机的上针转数设定为下针转数的1.5倍,上针和下针的织物采用连接纱连接固定,得到面料表面结构致密的坯布;
步骤二,对织造后的坯布在定型机上170-190℃进行高温拉幅预定型30-90s;
步骤三,对预定形的坯布进行煮炼、漂白染前处理工序,煮漂前处理工序中加入螯合分散剂、去油剂、精炼剂、双氧水、稳定剂和除氧酶;
步骤四,采用适合超细纤维染色的染料和分散匀染剂,对煮漂处理后的织物白坯进行染色;
步骤五,对染色后织物,使用平幅连续水洗机进行清洗后处理,去除纤维染色后未固着的染料,水洗机上洗涤水由后道工序较清的水向前道工序溢流,达到节水、节能、机上工艺水循环使用;
步骤六,水洗后的织物,进行平幅二浸二轧柔软机上柔软,脱水;
步骤七,柔软脱水后的织物,160-180℃烘干拉幅定型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述煮炼、漂白工序中,每升水加入双氧水2-15g、稳定剂3-5g、纯碱3-15g。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述染料包括活性染料和分散染料X%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散匀染剂的用量为2-10g/L,并用醋酸调节剂染色的pH。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散匀染剂包括:二甲基亚砜、乙醇、四氢呋喃、硫酸软骨素、邻苯二甲酸酐、二叔丁基过氧化物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散匀染剂制备过程为:二甲基亚砜7份、乙醇6份、四氢呋喃5份、硫酸软骨素3.5份、邻苯二甲酸酐4份、二叔丁基过氧化物0.3份,加入适量的软水充分乳化搅拌而成。
10.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柔软剂由6碳和8碳氨基和羟基硅油软片乳化而成。
