as a preferable example, in the boiling and bleaching process, 15g of hydrogen peroxide, 5g of stabilizer and 10g of sodium carbonate are added into each liter of water.
As a preferred example, the dye includes a reactive dye and a disperse dye X%; the amount of the dispersion leveling agent was 5g/L, and the pH of the dyeing was adjusted with acetic acid.
As a preferred example, the dispersion leveling agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 7 parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, 6 parts of ethanol, 5 parts of tetrahydrofuran, 3.5 parts of chondroitin sulfate, 4 parts of phthalic anhydride and 0.3 part of di-tert-butyl peroxide, and a proper amount of soft water is added for full emulsification and stirring.
As a preferred example, the softening agent is formed by emulsifying 6-carbon and 8-carbon amino and hydroxyl silicone oil soft sheets.
The compact and soft anti-pilling fabric disclosed by the invention has excellent anti-pilling performance, and the specific test method comprises the following steps: setting the temperature at 20 ℃ and the humidity at 65%, and carrying out a pilling test by JIS-L1076 standard, wherein the specification of a test sample is 10cm by 10 cm; the JISL1058 standard was used for the wire-hooking test, wherein the test specimen specification was 33cm by 20cm, and the test results are shown in table 1 below:

Claims (10)

1. The dense soft anti-pilling fabric is characterized by comprising a first surface layer, a second surface layer and a middle air layer for connecting the first surface layer and the second surface layer; the yarns of the first surface layer and the second surface layer are siro compact spinning yarns of eucheuma fibers and cotton fibers; the intermediate air layer comprises connecting yarns which connect the first surface layer and the second surface layer to form the intermediate air layer; the connecting yarn is SONORA double-component composite polyester filament yarn.
2. The compact, soft and pilling resistant fabric as recited in claim 1, wherein the yarn count of the siro compact spun yarn of the eucaryon and the cotton fiber is 26-50S.
3. The dense, soft and pilling resistant fabric as recited in claim 1, wherein the SONORA bicomponent composite polyester filament yarn has a fineness of 75D-150D.
4. A process for preparing a compact soft pilling resistant web as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
firstly, weaving siro compact spinning yarns of excelsior yarns and cotton fibers by using a double-layer variable air layer structure of a computer circular knitting machine, wherein when a program is set, the number of revolutions of an upper needle of the computer circular knitting machine is set to be 1.5 times of the number of revolutions of a lower needle, and fabrics of the upper needle and the lower needle are connected and fixed by connecting yarns to obtain grey cloth with a compact surface structure of the fabric;
step two, performing high-temperature tentering presetting on the woven grey cloth for 30-90s at the temperature of 190 ℃ on a setting machine;
step three, pre-shaping grey cloth is subjected to boiling, bleaching and dyeing pre-treatment processes, and chelating dispersant, degreaser, refining agent, hydrogen peroxide, stabilizer and deoxyenzyme are added in the boiling and bleaching pre-treatment processes;
dyeing the boiled and bleached fabric blank by adopting a dye suitable for dyeing superfine fibers and a disperse leveling agent;
step five, the dyed fabric is cleaned and treated by using an open-width continuous washing machine, unfixed dye after fiber dyeing is removed, and washing water on the washing machine overflows to a previous process from cleaner water in a subsequent process, so that water conservation and energy conservation are achieved, and the on-machine process water is recycled;
step six, softening and dehydrating the washed fabric on an open width two-dipping two-rolling softening machine;
and step seven, softening the dehydrated fabric, and drying, tentering and setting at the temperature of 160-.
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein 2-15g of hydrogen peroxide, 3-5g of stabilizer and 3-15g of sodium carbonate are added per liter of water in the boiling and bleaching processes.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the dye comprises X% of a reactive dye and a disperse dye.
7. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the amount of the dispersion leveling agent is 2 to 10g/L and the pH of the dyeing is adjusted with an acetic acid adjusting agent.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein the dispersive leveling agent comprises: dimethyl sulfoxide, ethanol, tetrahydrofuran, chondroitin sulfate, phthalic anhydride and di-tert-butyl peroxide.
9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the dispersive leveling agent is prepared by the following steps: 7 parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, 6 parts of ethanol, 5 parts of tetrahydrofuran, 3.5 parts of chondroitin sulfate, 4 parts of phthalic anhydride and 0.3 part of di-tert-butyl peroxide, and a proper amount of soft water is added for full emulsification and stirring.
10. The method of claim 4, wherein the softener is emulsified with 6-carbon and 8-carbon amino and hydroxy silicone oil soft sheets.
