When needing to ferment domestic waste to fertile, the domestic waste after the letter sorting and the preliminary treatment drops into broken pipeline 120 from broken pipeline 120's entry, and broken wheel 130 in broken pipeline 120 carries out the breakage to domestic waste, and the domestic waste after the breakage directly gets into fermentation vat 380 inside and ferment, avoids the transportation after the breakage is accomplished, reduces the secondary pollution of broken rubbish.

a plurality of stirring arc plates surround a circle along the circumferential direction to form a containing space, two adjacent stirring arc plates are connected in a sliding manner to rotate relatively so as to change the surrounding state of the stirring arc plates, one side of the upper end of each stirring arc plate is hinged with the corresponding hinge rod in a universal manner, and the middle part of the lower end of each stirring arc plate is hinged with the outer end of the corresponding telescopic rod; wherein at least one stirring arc plate can be arranged in the fermentation barrel in a sliding way along two horizontal directions;
the plugging plate is positioned above the stirring arc plate and is coaxially and slidably connected with the power shaft, a plurality of sliding grooves extending along the radial direction of the plugging plate are formed in the plugging plate, and the hinge rod is slidably connected with the sliding grooves;
the internal perisporium of fermenter is provided with the filter, and the filter corresponds and communicates with the external world with stirring arc board.
