本发明涉及聚氨酯膜技术领域,具体地说尤其涉及一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜。
背景技术
聚氨酯制备工艺和条件的不同或基团分子的组合差异,其性能质量体现出明显的差别,现有的普同海绵产品存在防水效果差,涂层不均匀,表面不光洁的缺点。使用潜固化剂固化方式,无需添加溶剂,降低了对环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过如下技术手段实现:
一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜,由如下重量份组成:80~100份聚醚多元醇、40~50份甲苯二异氰酸酯、40~50份环氧大豆油、0.1~0.2份二月桂酸二丁基锡、0.1~0.2份三乙烯二胺催化剂、聚乙烯醇0.2~0.4份、三乙醇胺0.1~0.3份、2~4份硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂聚乙二醇0.2~0.6份、填料纳米二氧化硅2~6份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷0.1~0.3份、分散剂0.02~0.04份木质素磺酸钙和1~2份成膜助剂丙二醇。

本发明选用环氧大豆油调整PU的粘度;选用二月桂酸二丁基锡和三乙烯二胺作为催化剂起协同催化的作用,可以大幅提高反应活性,减少催化剂用量,从而降低成本;选用聚乙醇烯能够提高膜表面的稳定性,赋予触变性能;选用聚乙二醇可以改进树脂的分散性,柔韧性,从而提高防水性能;选用三乙醇胺能够缩短防水层形成时间,增强早期强度,且有助于涂膜实现快速防水功效;选用木质素磺酸钙可以提高防水涂料的施工性能,改善涂膜的柔韧性;选用聚醚改性硅氧烷可以减低涂膜表面张力,防止形成泡沫,从而提高涂膜的耐久性能;选用纳米二氧化硅填充在涂膜,可以快速形成网状结构,提高涂膜的耐老化能力,从而提高涂膜的耐久性能;选用丙二醇为成膜助剂,不但可以有效降低成膜温度,而且还对涂膜的流动性,均匀性和稳定性起到重要作用,本发明以聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、环氧大豆油、潜固化剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、三乙烯二胺催化剂、聚乙烯醇、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂、填料、分散剂、成膜助剂、为原料制得的防水涂料,将本发明产品涂料均匀的涂抹在海绵上干燥成膜,此海绵能够避免自固化或沉降,且具有较高的防水性能。此外,以潜固化剂后固化方式制备聚氨酯防水涂层,无需添加溶剂,降低了环境污染。

80份聚醚多元醇、40份甲苯二异氰酸酯、45份环氧大豆油、0.1份二月桂酸二丁基锡、0.1份三乙烯二胺催化剂、0.2份聚乙烯醇、0.1份三乙醇胺、2份硅烷偶联剂、0.25份聚乙二醇、2份纳米二氧化硅、0.2份聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、0.02份木质素磺酸钙和1份丙二醇。
实施例三:
100份聚醚多元醇、50份甲苯二异氰酸酯、50份环氧大豆油、0.1份二月桂酸二丁基锡、0.1份三乙烯二胺催化剂、0.2份聚乙烯醇、0.1份三乙醇胺、2份硅烷偶联剂、0.25份聚乙二醇、2份纳米二氧化硅、0.2份聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、0.02份木质素磺酸钙和1份丙二醇。

Claims (5)
1.一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜,其特征在于:由如下重量份组成:80~100份聚醚多元醇、40~50份甲苯二异氰酸酯、40~50份环氧大豆油、0.1~0.2份二月桂酸二丁基锡、0.1~0.2份三乙烯二胺催化剂、聚乙烯醇0.2~0.4份、三乙醇胺0.1~0.3份、2~4份硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂聚乙二醇0.2~0.6份、填料纳米二氧化硅2~6份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷0.1~0.3份、分散剂0.02~0.04份木质素磺酸钙和1~2份成膜助剂丙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇为40~50份聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇、40~50份聚氧化丙烯二醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜,其特征在于:所述的潜固化剂为醛亚胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜,其特征在于:所述的催化剂添加比例为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯海绵防水膜,其特征在于:所述的有机硅树脂为聚硅氧烷树脂。
