Abstract
本发明提供了一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜及其制备方法,包括铝箔层、位于所述铝箔层外侧的耐热性树脂膜层和位于铝箔层内侧的聚丙烯薄膜层,所述铝箔层通过外胶层与所述耐热性树脂膜层进行复合,所述铝箔层通过内胶层与所述聚丙烯薄膜层进行复合,所述外胶层内混合有用于对所述耐热性树脂膜层直接涂覆着色的着色成分。本发明中着色铝塑膜的新型制备方法对于常规黑色铝塑膜外层剥离强度较低进行了改进,在保证着色度情况下改善外层黑色尼龙与铝箔的粘结复合强度,且避免了黑色铝塑膜在环境条件下长时间存放发生剥离油墨转移,且取消尼龙委外印刷油墨的限制,减少了生产制约条件,提升黑色铝塑膜的生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池铝塑膜领域,具体为一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的数码3C聚合物电池、锂电池多采用外层黑色的着色铝塑膜进行封装,铝塑膜是由尼龙层、铝箔层和聚丙烯薄膜层顺序堆叠形成的,其生产着色工艺多为对外层尼龙进行黑色油墨印刷,再将印刷层与铝塑膜中铝箔层进行贴合,或在铝箔层上进行油墨涂布再与外层尼龙进行复合,油墨与聚合物粘结剂难以产生共相互作用,导致外层与铝箔复合强度降低,难以实现高冲深效果及成型后易发生铝箔与黑色尼龙分层现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜及其制备方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现以上的目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜,包括铝箔层、位于所述铝箔层外侧的耐热性树脂膜层和位于铝箔层内侧的聚丙烯薄膜层,所述铝箔层通过外胶层与所述耐热性树脂膜层进行复合,所述铝箔层通过内胶层与所述聚丙烯薄膜层进行复合,所述外胶层内混合有一种着色染料。
优选的,所述耐热性树脂膜层采用耐穿刺尼龙膜,所述外胶层采用聚氨酯与丁酮混合溶剂作为粘结剂,并在粘结剂中混合有炭黑作为着色染料,所述铝箔层采用经双面钝化处理的O态软质铝箔,所述内胶层采用改性聚烯烃与异氰酸酯类固化剂混合物作为粘结剂,所述聚丙烯薄膜层采用三层共挤流延工艺制成的聚乙烯薄膜。
优选的,所述炭黑的平均粒径为0.2μm~0.5μm。
优选的,耐热性树脂膜层的厚度范围为20μm~30μm,铝箔层的厚度范围35μm~45μm,聚丙烯薄膜层的厚度范围为40μm~60μm。
一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)对铝箔进行双面钝化处理;
(2)双面钝化后的铝箔采用干式复合机进行黑色外层胶水涂覆,胶水与炭黑进行高温充分搅拌后涂布于铝箔的外侧,经匀胶辊抹平后进入烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为T1,烘干后与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为T2,高温贴合后经过t1时间段、固化温度为T3的高温固化;
(3)与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温固化完成后采用干式复合机对铝箔进行内层胶水涂覆,胶水涂布于铝箔的内侧,经烘干后与聚丙烯薄膜电晕处理面进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为T4收卷后经过t2时间段、固化温度为T5的高温固化,制得锂电池铝塑膜。
优选的,步骤(2)中的所述胶水为聚氨酯与丁酮混合溶剂的粘结剂,所述胶水与所述炭黑的混合质量比为100:15;步骤(3)中的所述胶水为改性聚烯烃与异氰酸酯类固化剂混合溶液。
优选的,步骤(2)中所述胶水的上胶涂布量范围为4g~5g/m2;步骤(3)中所述胶水的上胶涂布量范围为3g~4g/m2。
优选的,步骤(2)中干燥温度T1的范围为80℃~120℃,加热温度T2的范围为90℃~95℃,固化温度T3的范围为80℃~85℃,固化时间t1的范围为48h~60h。
优选的,步骤(3)中加热温度T4的范围为70℃~100℃,固化温度T5的范围为60℃~65℃,固化时间t2的范围为120h~144h。
优选的,步骤(2)中耐穿刺尼龙膜可采用表层哑光印刷制备。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明中的着色铝塑膜在胶层混入着色成分进行着色,一方面能够在保证着色度情况下改善外层黑色尼龙与铝箔的粘结复合强度,另一方面,着色部分不易掉色,稳定性高,能够有效防止发生铝箔与黑色尼龙的分层现象,且不改变产品结构,对产品制造十分友好。
2.本发明中着色铝塑膜的新型制备方法避开了传统着色铝塑膜制备内外层着色涂布或热塑性聚酯薄膜内部添加着色剂限制,对于常规黑色铝塑膜外层剥离强度较低进行了改进,且避免了黑色铝塑膜在环境条件下长时间存放发生剥离油墨转移,且取消尼龙委外印刷油墨的限制,减少了生产制约条件,提升黑色铝塑膜的生产效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参考图1,一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜,包括铝箔层3、位于铝箔层3外侧的耐热性树脂膜层1和位于铝箔层3内侧的聚丙烯薄膜层5,铝箔层3通过外胶层2与耐热性树脂膜层1进行复合,铝箔层3通过内胶层4与聚丙烯薄膜层5进行复合,外胶层2内混合有用于对耐热性树脂膜层1直接涂覆着色的着色成分,在胶层混入着色成分进行着色,一方面能,够在保证着色度情况下改善外层黑色尼龙与铝箔的粘结复合强度,另一方面,着色部分不易掉色,稳定性高,能够有效防止发生铝箔与黑色尼龙的分层现象,且不改变产品结构,对产品制造十分友好。
实施例1:耐热性树脂膜层1采用耐穿刺尼龙膜,具有良好的光泽,抗张强度和拉伸强度高,还具有较好的耐热性,外胶层2采用聚氨酯与丁酮混合溶剂作为粘结剂,并在粘结剂中混合有定量的炭黑作为着色染料,炭黑的平均粒径为0.2μm,炭黑的粒径较细,炭黑聚集体之间接触点较多,增强了炭黑聚集体之间的内聚力,铝箔层3采用经双面钝化处理的O态软质铝箔,内胶层4采用改性聚烯烃与异氰酸酯类固化剂混合物作为粘结剂,具有优良的耐热性,聚丙烯薄膜层5采用三层共挤流延工艺制成的聚乙烯薄膜,三层流延共挤机的螺杆加工温度为250℃至260℃,膜口温度为240℃至250℃。
耐热性树脂膜层1的厚度为20μm,铝箔层3的厚度为35μm,聚丙烯薄膜层5的厚度为40μm。
上述胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)对铝箔进行双面钝化处理;
(2)双面钝化后的铝箔采用干式复合机进行黑色外层胶水涂覆,胶水与炭黑进行高温充分搅拌后涂布于铝箔的外侧,经匀胶辊抹平后进入烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为90℃,烘干后与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为90℃,高温贴合后经过48h时间段、固化温度为80℃的高温固化;
(3)与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温固化完成后采用干式复合机对铝箔进行内层胶水涂覆,胶水涂布于铝箔的内侧,经烘干后与聚丙烯薄膜电晕处理面进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为80℃收卷后经过120h时间段、固化温度为60℃的高温固化,制得锂电池铝塑膜。
上述步骤(2)中的胶水为聚氨酯与丁酮混合溶剂的粘结剂,胶水与炭黑的混合质量比为100:15,胶水与炭黑在在搅拌机内以4000rpm~5000rpm的转速进行1min~2min的混合搅拌,搅拌时的溶液温度控制在60℃~80℃之间,能够使炭黑达到最高的黑度和着色力,并更容易均匀的分散在胶水中;步骤(3)中的胶水为改性聚烯烃与异氰酸酯类固化剂混合溶液。
上述步骤(2)中铝箔在烘箱内干燥时间一般为20min~35min之内。
上述步骤(2)中胶水的上胶涂布量范围为4g~5g/m2;步骤(3)中胶水的上胶涂布量范围为3g~4g/m2。
为了保证外观,步骤(2)中耐穿刺尼龙膜可采用表层哑光印刷制备。
实施例2:耐热性树脂膜层1采用耐穿刺尼龙膜,外胶层2采用聚氨酯与丁酮混合溶剂作为粘结剂,并在粘结剂中混合有定量的炭黑作为着色染料,炭黑的平均粒径为0.5μm,铝箔层3采用经双面钝化处理的O态软质铝箔,内胶层4采用改性聚烯烃与异氰酸酯类固化剂混合物作为粘结剂,聚丙烯薄膜层5采用三层共挤流延工艺制成的聚乙烯薄膜,三层流延共挤机的螺杆加工温度为250℃至260℃,膜口温度为240℃至250℃。
耐热性树脂膜层1的厚度为30μm,铝箔层3的厚度为45μm,聚丙烯薄膜层5的厚度为60μm。
上述胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)双面钝化后的铝箔采用干式复合机进行黑色外层胶水涂覆,胶水与炭黑进行高温充分搅拌后涂布于铝箔的外侧,经匀胶辊抹平后进入烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为100℃,烘干后与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为95℃,高温贴合后经过55h时间段、固化温度为85℃的高温固化;
(3)与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温固化完成后采用干式复合机对铝箔进行内层胶水涂覆,胶水涂布于铝箔的内侧,经烘干后与聚丙烯薄膜电晕处理面进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为90℃收卷后经过140h时间段、固化温度为65℃的高温固化,制得锂电池铝塑膜。
实施例2中的其余操作步骤和数值配比均与实施例1相同。
对本发明中的铝塑膜成品进行成型深度和剥离强度的测试,剥离强度划取15mm宽样条将耐热性树脂膜层1和铝箔层3剥开后在通用性拉力机上测试,夹具高度50mm,拉伸速度200mm/分钟。测试数据见图2中的表格。
以上数据表明运用本发明中工艺生产的着色铝塑膜的剥离强度和成型性能相对普通油墨印刷铝塑膜有了很大的提高,与无印刷铝塑膜的水平基本相同。
上述对本发明的实施方案进行了详细的说明,但本发明的实施方案不限于上述一种,任何对于上述实施方案的等效替代和等效变换都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:包括铝箔层(3)、位于所述铝箔层(3)外侧的耐热性树脂膜层(1)和位于铝箔层(3)内侧的聚丙烯薄膜层(5),所述铝箔层(3)通过外胶层(2)与所述耐热性树脂膜层(1)进行复合,所述铝箔层(3)通过内胶层(4)与所述聚丙烯薄膜层(5)进行复合,所述外胶层(2)内混合有一种着色染料。
2.根据权利要求1中所述一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述耐热性树脂膜层(1)采用耐穿刺尼龙膜,所述外胶层(2)采用聚氨酯与丁酮混合溶剂作为粘结剂,并在粘结剂中混合有炭黑作为着色染料,所述铝箔层(3)采用经双面钝化处理的O态软质铝箔,所述内胶层(4)采用改性聚烯烃与异氰酸酯类固化剂混合物作为粘结剂,所述聚丙烯薄膜层(5)采用三层共挤流延工艺制成的聚乙烯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1中所述一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:所述炭黑的平均粒径为0.2μm~0.5μm。
4.根据权利要求1中所述一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜,其特征在于:耐热性树脂膜层(1)的厚度范围为20μm~30μm,铝箔层(3)的厚度范围35μm~45μm,聚丙烯薄膜层(5)的厚度范围为40μm~60μm。
5.一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)对铝箔进行双面钝化处理;
(2)双面钝化后的铝箔采用干式复合机进行黑色外层胶水涂覆,胶水与炭黑进行高温充分搅拌后涂布于铝箔的外侧,经匀胶辊抹平后进入烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为T1,烘干后与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为T2,高温贴合后经过t1时间段、固化温度为T3的高温固化;
(3)与耐穿刺尼龙膜进行高温固化完成后采用干式复合机对铝箔进行内层胶水涂覆,胶水涂布于铝箔的内侧,经烘干后与聚丙烯薄膜电晕处理面进行高温加热贴合,加热温度为T4收卷后经过t2时间段、固化温度为T5的高温固化,制得锂电池铝塑膜。
6.根据所述权利要求5中所述的一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中的所述胶水为聚氨酯与丁酮混合溶剂的粘结剂,所述胶水与所述炭黑的混合质量比为100:15;步骤(3)中的所述胶水为改性聚烯烃与异氰酸酯类固化剂混合溶液。
7.根据所述权利要求5中所述的一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述胶水的上胶涂布量范围为4g~5g/m2;步骤(3)中所述胶水的上胶涂布量范围为3g~4g/m2。
8.根据所述权利要求5中所述的一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中干燥温度T1的范围为80℃~120℃,加热温度T2的范围为90℃~95℃,固化温度T3的范围为80℃~85℃,固化时间t1的范围为48h~60h。
9.根据所述权利要求5中所述的一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中加热温度T4的范围为70℃~100℃,固化温度T5的范围为60℃~65℃,固化时间t2的范围为120h~144h。
10.根据所述权利要求5中所述的一种胶层直接涂覆着色贴合的锂电池铝塑膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中耐穿刺尼龙膜可采用表层哑光印刷制备。
