the push rod 462 can push the corresponding clamp block 421 to rotate the clamp block 421 around the corresponding shaft 420, so that the clamp block 421 can be separated from the workpiece to release the clamping fixation of the workpiece, and the push plate 461 can push the workpiece to move when continuing to move towards the workpiece, thereby facilitating the blanking of the workpiece.
It should be noted that, by rotating the screw sleeve 444, the screw sleeve 444 moves along the threaded tube 443, and the screw sleeve 444 supports the spring 445, the connecting block 446 and the rope 422 to move, so as to change the traction strength of the rope 422 on the clamping block 421.
It can be understood that the annular rotary disk 440 and the shaft tube 410 are coaxially arranged, and the joint of the annular rotary disk 440 and the shaft tube 410 is integrally formed, so that the strength of the joint of the annular rotary disk 440 and the shaft tube 410 is improved; preferably, the surface of the shaft tube 410 is tightly sleeved with the gear ring 411, the output shaft of the driving motor 430 is in keyed connection with the gear 431, the gear ring 411 is in meshed connection with the gear 431, and the arrangement of the gear ring 411 and the gear 431 can enable the transmission level between the output shaft of the driving motor 430 and the shaft tube 410 to be more stable; it should be noted that the heating element is any one of a heating resistance wire, an electric heating rod and an electric heating net, and an insulating heat conducting glue coating is arranged inside the heat conducting pipe 470; in the embodiment, the pushing rod 462 is a U-shaped rod, and the inner width of the pushing rod 462 is larger than the diameter of the rope 422, so that the possibility that the rope 422 obstructs the movement of the pushing rod 462 can be reduced.
When the inductor is blanked, the friction between the bottom end of the inductor and the workbench is large, and the inductor is easily damaged.
