Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有蓬松功效的洗发水,该洗发水包括如下质量分数的组分:20‑30%wt的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;18‑22%wt的月桂酰肌氨酸钠;2‑5%wt的两性基醋酸二钠;5‑10%wt的椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠;0.5‑1.5%wt的棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵;0.1‑0.5%wt的聚季铵盐‑47;0.1‑0.2%wt的聚季铵盐‑4;0.1‑0.5%wt的柠檬酸;0.05‑0.1%wt的吡咯烷酮羧酸锌;0.2‑1.5%wt的氯化钠;余量为水。本发明还涉及一种制备上述洗发水的方法。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日用洗涤用品领域,特别是涉及一种具有蓬松功效的洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
通常,毛发由称为角蛋白的蛋白质构成,具体而言,毛发为含有14-18%的18种氨基酸中的胱胺酸的角蛋白。这些角蛋白在水或中性溶剂等温和的条件下是非常强的蛋白质的一种,但是在梳理、吹发时的热、染色、烫发等过度的物理化学性处理时会容易受损。由于频繁的烫发、染色等物理性、化学性或环境方面的多种因素会使毛发受损,从而导致毛发变粗糙,失去光泽,从而使柔顺性和柔韧效果降低,并且因摩擦力的增加而使整理毛发变得困难,而且出现断发或发尖分叉等问题之外,还出现毛发变细,失去弹性,导致失去活力并下垂,从而失去蓬松感的问题。
毛发的蓬松感取决于以下两点:
1.覆盖皮肤的由一个以上的发丝组成的毛发整体的总面积。例如,假设有两个头型和发型相似的人,其中一个人的毛发长度长,而另一个人的毛发长度短,则与毛发长度短的人相比,由于毛发长度长的人的毛发面积更大,可以说其毛发的蓬松感更大(毛发的蓬松度高);
2.根据毛发纤维的粗细及强度,毛发的蓬松感会有所不同,例如,如果毛发纤维的强度变弱,则会显示出毛发蓬松感变小。
就毛发而言,由于皮肤的老化,尤其由于在室外暴露于紫外线而引起的皮肤或毛发的老化,或者由于化学性/物理性的损伤而引起缺乏构成毛发纤维的成分及/或毛发纤维结构的变形等,导致毛发纤维的粗细变细,毛发纤维的强度也变弱,从而会显示出毛发蓬松感变小的倾向。因此,为了保持并增强毛发的蓬松感,重要的是提高毛发的弹性,尤其,藉由强化发根来增强毛发弹性,从而能够赋予专注于整体发型的效果。
毛发可以吸收毛发重量的40%的液体/气体状态的水,毛发的含水率多受周围环境的影响。已知毛发的水合作用的变化会影响纤维的弹性。例如,已知毛发的含水率增加10-15%,则发丝的直径增加约0.5-1%左右。就毛发的化学特性而言,接近头皮的毛发部位的角质层是以完整的状态存在,但毛发的末端部是以几乎没有角质层的状态存在。
洗发水通常的功能在于清洗毛发和头皮,但市售的洗发水除了原本的清洗目的之外还具有附加功能,例如,洗发水中使用聚季铵盐、油脂、聚氨酯等来防止毛发干燥后毛发乱飞并提高柔顺性、滋润性、柔韧性,但具有附加功能的洗发水往往对于细的毛发或受损的毛发等弹性弱的毛发反而会使毛发过于下塌并下垂,从而在赋予毛发蓬松感的方面具有问题。而且具有蓬松功效的市售洗发水往往控油效果差、蓬松效果不明显。
为了提升洗发水的蓬松功效,现有的技术方案包括:
1.在洗发水中添加乳化硅油、氨基硅油等硅油(硅油是以有着硅氧主链结构的半有机半无机的高分子化合物)类物质,硅油在清洗头发时候破乳析出,吸附在头发和头皮上,形成一层薄油膜,因此使用硅油存在堵塞头皮毛囊孔的隐患;
2.在洗发水中添加各种阳离子聚合物,但是由于阳离子对头发头皮的吸附性强,使用都普遍后存在沉积效应,容易导致头发厚重,头皮发痒;
3.在洗发水中添加水溶性油脂,但是由于这类PEG化的油脂水溶性太好,不存在油脂析出问题,在清洗时基本都被洗去,无法保留在头发和头皮上,效果很不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供具有蓬松功效的洗发水,该洗发水用于增强毛发的蓬松感。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种具有蓬松功效的洗发水,该洗发水包括如下质量分数的组分:
20-30%wt的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(下文记载为CAB);
18-22%wt的月桂酰肌氨酸钠;
2-5%wt的两性基醋酸二钠;
5-10%wt的椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠;
0.5-1.5%wt的棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵(下文记载为PATC);
0.1-0.5%wt的聚季铵盐-47;
0.1-0.2%wt的聚季铵盐-4;
0.1-0.5%wt的柠檬酸;
0.05-0.1%wt的吡咯烷酮羧酸锌(下文记载为PCA锌);
0.2-1.5%wt的氯化钠;
余量为水。
与通常的用于涂布毛发的化妆品组合物(例如,洗发水、护发素等)相比,利用本发明的具有蓬松功效的洗发水时,具有如下效果,即,毛发蓬松感的形成得到改善(增强毛发的蓬松感)的同时,位于头上部的头顶毛发的弹性感变得丰富,并且洗发水的毛发残留感得到改善。
下面结合具体实施例进行说明。

只要没有以其他方式进行定义,本说明书中使用的所有技术性术语及科学性术语具有与本发明所属技术领域中具有通常知识者通常所理解的含义相同的含义。通常,本说明书中使用的命名法是本技术领域中众所周知的且是通常使用的。
下面,对本发明进行更加具体的说明。
本说明书中表示长度、面积、体积、时间(期间)、浓度、含量、温度等时所使用的术语“约”是指在该数值或数值范围内存在最大10%的容许误差。
本说明书整体中,在没有特别说明的情况下,用于示出特定物质的浓度而使用的“%”是指质量分数。
本发明的特征在于,该洗发水的组分通过以下协作方式实现蓬松功效:
1.洗发水中的PATC和聚季铵盐-47能起到协同作用,使得经过该洗发水清洁后的毛发增加发丝间斥力,即提高了覆盖头皮的毛发整体的总面积;
2.洗发水中的聚季铵盐-4作为弱定型成分,使得经过该洗发水清洁后的毛发的发根部竖起,不扁塌,即提高毛发的弹性;
3.洗发水中的PATC、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-4的组合能起到协同作用,使得经过该洗发水清洁后的毛发的含水率增加不少于10%,显著提升了毛发纤维的直径和强度,并且洗发水中的PCA锌能控制头皮的油脂分泌并减缓头发油腻程度,从而延缓毛发随着含水率降低导致的毛发纤维变细以及强度变弱,即使得经过该洗发水清洁后的毛发能维持较长时间的蓬松状态;
4.使用本发明提供的洗发水清洗毛发和头皮后通过同时实现提高覆盖头皮的毛发整体的总面积、提高毛发的弹性、提高毛发的含水率来实现毛发的蓬松状态。发明人还意外发现,PATC、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-4的组合选择性地吸附于毛发的毛干部位,从而藉由增加毛发的弹性来增强毛发的蓬松感;
5.发明人意外发现,本发明提供的洗发水的蓬松功效除了依赖于洗发水中PATC、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-4的组合所起到的协同作用,同时也依赖于洗发水中的清洁用表面活性剂对于毛发的清洁效果和对于毛发的表面状态的调节,具体的,洗发水中用于清洁头皮产生的油脂和环境带来的污染物的表面活性剂包括CAB、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、两性基醋酸二钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠,其中CAB为两性表面活性剂,月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠均为氨基酸型表面活性剂,两性基醋酸二钠为温和型表面活性剂,洗发水中的清洁用表面活性剂的组合不仅实现对毛发的表面清洁和使毛发重量减轻,发明人还意外发现,洗发水中的清洁用表面活性剂的组合不仅不会损伤毛发的表面还可以调整毛发的表面状态,而毛发的含水率受毛发的表面状态的影响,并且毛发的表面状态对于洗发水中PATC、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-4的组合能否使得毛发达到理想的蓬松状态影响较大。进一步地的研究发现,CAB、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、两性基醋酸二钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠的组合能将毛发的表面状态调整到最适宜的状态,此时毛发的表面的润湿性优异,并且发明人猜测,洗发水中的清洁用表面活性剂的组合在对毛发表面的清洁过程中还可以对毛发的表面进行活化,从而使得PATC、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-4的组合的协同作用达到最佳,经过该洗发水清洁后的毛发能达到理想的蓬松状态;
6.洗发水中CAB、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、两性基醋酸二钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠组成的清洁用表面活性剂,该清洁用表面活性剂的组合能善洗发水的毛发残留感(异物感),毛发的残留感是指残留在毛发表面的残留异物感的程度,毛发的残留感越低,则毛发的残留感越得到改善,从而具有增加毛发的清爽感的效果。发明人还意外发现,该清洁用表面活性剂中任一组分缺失或替换,均会导致对毛发表面的清洁效果下降,并且存在损伤毛发的表面的潜在风险,同时还会对该洗发水的蓬松功效起到负面影响;
7.洗发水中的柠檬酸用于调节洗发水的pH值,从而使得洗发水的体系在存储和运输过程中保持稳定;洗发水中的氯化钠用于调节洗发水的粘度,通过增加洗发水在人体皮肤表面的流动阻力来增加洗发水和人体皮肤表面的摩擦力,从而提升洗发水的清洁效果。
本发明中,依据化妆品安全相关的规定,考虑了PATC、聚季铵盐-47、聚季铵盐-4的组合的限用量。具体地,以洗发水的总重量为基准,所述组合中的任一组分的含量小于0.1%时,作为组合物的有效成分不能显示出所期望的如下功效,即,增强毛发的蓬松感(提高位于头上部的头顶毛发的弹性感等)、改善洗发水的毛发残留感(异物感),所述合中的任一组分的含量超过1.5%时,无法与洗发水的其他成分稳定地配合,并且应用在皮肤上时,可能会出现过度的皮肤刺激等稳定性方面的问题。
本发明的特征在于,所述组合物为清洗型的毛发清洗用组合物。
本发明提供的洗发水在不破话体系稳定性和技术效果的情况下,可以添加其它成分,即可以根据与最终目的相适应地含有通常的化妆品组合物中所配合有的各种成分,所属技术领域中具有通常知识者可以容易地选定这些成分的种类和量。例如,可以使用油脂成分、保湿剂、润滑剂、表面活性剂、有机及无机颜料、有机粉体、紫外线吸收剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、抗氧化剂、植物提取物、pH调节剂、酒精、色素、香料、血液循环促进剂、凉感剂、止汗剂、净化水等。
本发明中,为了赋予头皮有用的功能性,可以以适当的含量包含甘油等保湿成分;抗氧化剂等抗氧化/抗老化成分;酪胺酸酶抑制剂、角质再生促进剂等美白成分;紫外线阻断剂等保护成分;透明质酸、胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白等治癒伤口的成分;消炎剂等抗炎成分等,从而能够对皮肤或毛发赋予保湿、抗老化、美白、保护、治癒伤口等功能,但并不限定于此。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种具有蓬松功效的洗发水,该洗发水包括如下质量分数的组分:
20%wt的CAB;
18%wt的月桂酰肌氨酸钠;
2%wt的两性基醋酸二钠;
5%wt的椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠;
0.5%wt的PATC;
0.1%wt的聚季铵盐-47;
0.1%wt的聚季铵盐-4;
0.1%wt的柠檬酸;
0.05%wt的PCA锌;
0.2%wt的氯化钠;
余量为水。
本实施例提供的洗发水的制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将PCA锌溶解于水中形成混合溶液A;
步骤二,将PATC、聚季铵盐-4、聚季铵盐-47进行混合得到混合物A,将CAB、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、两性基醋酸二钠、椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠进行混合得到混合物B;
步骤三,将混合物A和混合物B加入到80℃的去离子水中进行混合均匀,得到混合溶液B;
步骤四,混合溶液B降温至65℃后添加氯化钠进行混合均匀,得到混合溶液C。
步骤五,混合溶液C降温至40℃后添加混合溶液A并进行混合搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后再添加柠檬酸进行pH调节,得到具有蓬松功效的洗发水。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种具有蓬松功效的洗发水,该洗发水包括如下质量分数的组分:
30%wt的CAB;
22%wt的月桂酰肌氨酸钠;
5%wt的两性基醋酸二钠;
10%wt的椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠;
1.5%wt的PATC;
0.5%wt的聚季铵盐-47;
0.2%wt的聚季铵盐-4;
0.5%wt的柠檬酸;
0.1%wt的PCA锌;
1.5%wt的氯化钠;
余量为水。
本实施例提供的洗发水的制备方法和实施例1相同。
实施例3
本实施例提供了一种具有蓬松功效的洗发水,该洗发水包括如下质量分数的组分:
25%wt的CAB;
20%wt的月桂酰肌氨酸钠;
4%wt的两性基醋酸二钠;
8%wt的椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠;
1%wt的PATC;
0.4%wt的聚季铵盐-47;
0.15%wt的聚季铵盐-4;
0.3%wt的柠檬酸;
0.08%wt的PCA锌;
1%wt的氯化钠;
余量为水。
本实施例提供的洗发水的制备方法和实施例1相同。
试验例
一、试验目的:评估使用实施例3提供的洗发水14天后的蓬松功效。
二、试验设计:
1、试验人群
最终共有30名年龄18-45周岁油性头皮且头发细软、扁塌的受试者完成整项试验。
2、受试者入排标准
入选标准:
18-45周岁,身体健康;
头发细软、扁塌;
脱发等级轻度以下;
身体健康,无其他任何慢性疾病或正在治疗的疾病;
自愿参加评价,签署知情同意书;
愿意遵守所有评价要求;
排除标准:
打算怀孕,或正在怀孕、哺乳期内(仅限女性);
3个月内参加过任何临床试验测试;
近一周使用抗组胺药物或近一个月内试用免疫抑制剂者;
近两个月内受试部位应用任何抗炎药物者;
曾患有皮肤病者(比如银屑病,湿疹,牛皮癣,皮肤癌等);
胰岛素依赖性糖尿病患者;
正在接受治疗的哮喘或其他慢性呼吸系统疾病患者;
在近6个月内接受抗癌化疗者;
有任何其他健康问题或慢性疾病;
近3个月内涂用类维生素A,a羟基酸,水杨酸,对苯二酚,或近6个月内在用处方药(抗生素、类维生素A、a羟基酸及类固醇类药),口服避孕药物(如果近6个月来一直服用同种避孕药则可以继续服用);
专家或专业人士认为有其他医源性原因会影响评价结果。
3、使用周期
连续使用2周。
4、试验流程设计
筛选符合条件的志愿者30人;
Day 0:受试者来访后,签署知情同意书,受试者经由专业评估师筛选合格后,完成入选及排除标准的筛选,并完成病史调查。随后剪发暴露头皮区域域并平衡30分钟,测量头皮油脂分泌情况,测量头发体积(蓬松度),并拍照,然后受试者在工作人员指导下清洗头发及产品使用,并吹干头发。再一次测量头发体积(蓬松度),随后发放产品。
Day 7:受试者来访后,修剪剃发区域并平衡30分钟,测量头皮油脂分泌情况,测量头发体积(蓬松度),最后检查产品及使用日记。
Day 14:受试者来访后,修剪剃发区域并平衡30分钟,测量头皮油脂分泌情况,测量头发体积(蓬松度),最后回收产品及使用日记。
5、测量指标
使用头皮油脂测试仪测量头皮油脂分泌情况。以0-350为单位计算测量结果。数值越大代表皮肤油脂含量越高。测量时间点为:基础值、使用1周后、使用2周后。
蓬松度测量方法-由工作人员使用量尺在受试者头部进行测量,随后计算体积。测量时间点为:基础值、单次使用后即刻、使用1周后、使用2周后。
三、试验产品:
1、产品信息
上述实施例3提供的洗发水。
2、产品使用方法
在家清洗频率:每2天一次;
测试前的12-48小时清洗一次;
使用方法:用温水将头发与头皮充分浸湿后,取适量洗发水,在掌心轻轻揉搓后再涂于头发,多次抓揉使洗发水充分产生泡沫;利用指腹慢慢按摩头皮,直至头发和头皮清洁干净;用温水冲洗干净头发头皮。
使用部位:头皮头发
用量:适量即可。
3、产品储存
试验产品常温存放即可。
四、试验结果:
1、测量环境
本次测试的平均温度:20℃±1,相对湿度为47.8%±2.5%,测试环境均符合方案设计(温度:21℃±1,湿度:50%±10%)。
2、客观仪器测量分析结果
头皮油脂分泌情况的试验结果如表1所示。其中,表1中,均值(±标准误),与基础值相比的变化率。“↓”代表低于基础值。从表1可以看出,与使用前相比,连续使用本发明实施例提供的洗发水1周及2周后头皮油脂分泌得到显著性改善。

头发体积测量(蓬松度)的试验结果如表2所示。其中,表2中,均值(±标准误),与基础值相比的变化率。“↑”代表高于基础值。从表2可以看出,与使用前相比,单次使用本发明实施例提供的洗发水后头发体积(蓬松度)得到显著改善;在连续使用1周及2周后头发体积(蓬松度)同样得到一定的改善。

由30名受试者单次使用测试产品以及受试者连续性使用测试产品2周后的效果为:与使用前相比,头皮油脂含量在连续使用测试产品1周及2周后得到显著改善,1周改善18%,2周改善38%;与使用前相比,测量的头发体积(蓬松度)在单次使用后即刻得到显著改善,单次改善20.5%。
由上述结果可见,本发明实施例3提供的洗发水具备能够使头发更加蓬松的效果,同时具有显著的改善头皮油脂分泌的效果。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

1.一种具有蓬松功效的洗发水,其特征在于,包括如下质量分数的组分:
20-30%wt的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;
18-22%wt的月桂酰肌氨酸钠;
2-5%wt的两性基醋酸二钠;
5-10%wt的椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠;
0.5-1.5%wt的棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵;
0.1-0.5%wt的聚季铵盐-47;
0.1-0.2%wt的聚季铵盐-4;
0.1-0.5%wt的柠檬酸;
0.05-0.1%wt的吡咯烷酮羧酸锌;
0.2-1.5%wt的氯化钠;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗发水,其特征在于,包括如下质量分数的组分:
25%wt的CAB;
20%wt的月桂酰肌氨酸钠;
4%wt的两性基醋酸二钠;
8%wt的椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠;
1%wt的PATC;
0.4%wt的聚季铵盐-47;
0.15%wt的聚季铵盐-4;
0.3%wt的柠檬酸;
0.08%wt的PCA锌;
1%wt的氯化钠;
余量为水。
3.制备权利要求1所述的洗发水的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将所述吡咯烷酮羧酸锌溶解于水中形成混合溶液A;
步骤二,将所述棕榈酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、所述聚季铵盐-4、所述聚季铵盐-47进行混合得到混合物A,将所述椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、所述月桂酰肌氨酸钠、所述两性基醋酸二钠、所述椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠进行混合得到混合物B;
步骤三,将所述混合物A和所述混合物B加入到80℃的去离子水中进行混合均匀,得到混合溶液B;
步骤四,所述混合溶液B降温至65℃后添加所述氯化钠进行混合均匀,得到混合溶液C。
步骤五,所述混合溶液C降温至40℃后添加所述混合溶液A并进行混合搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后再添加所述柠檬酸。
