Abstract

本发明公开的电感铁芯化学镀镍组合物,由硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙酸钠、乳酸、苹果酸、光亮剂、稳定剂及润湿剂组成,不用外来电流,借氧化还原作用在电感铁芯的表面上沉积一层镍的方法,用于提高抗蚀性和耐磨性,增加光泽和美观,在一定酸度和温度下发生变化,溶液中的镍离子被次磷酸二氢钠还原为原子而沉积于铁芯表面上,形成细致光亮的镍镀层。

技术领域
本发明涉及电感铁芯化学镀镍组合物。
背景技术
化学镀镍的镀液一般以硫酸镍、乙酸镍等为主盐,次亚磷酸盐、硼氢化钠、硼烷、肼等为还原剂,再添加各种助剂。在90℃的酸性溶液或接近常温的中性溶液、碱性溶液中进行作业。以使用还原剂的不同分为化学镀镍-磷、化学镀镍-硼两大类。镀层在均匀性、耐蚀性、硬度、可焊性、磁性、装饰性上都显示出优越性。
电感铁芯的化学镀镍组合物最理想效果的配方及原液混合物还没有出现。

为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了电感铁芯化学镀镍组合物。
本发明提供的一种电感铁芯化学镀镍组合物,该组合物由硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙酸钠、乳酸、苹果酸、光亮剂、稳定剂及润湿剂组成,并按以下质量分数设置组分:
硫酸镍 15%~30%
次亚磷酸钠 20%~25%
柠檬酸钠 4%~8%
乙酸钠 4%~8%
乳酸 10%~20%
苹果酸 3%~5%
光亮剂 5%~10%
稳定剂 0.1%~0.2%
润湿剂 0.3%~0.5%。
作为优选方案之一,所述组合物按以下质量分数设置组分:

该组合物由硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠、柠檬酸钠、乙酸钠、乳酸、苹果酸、光亮剂、稳定剂及润湿剂组成,并按以下质量分数设置组分:
硫酸镍 15%~30%
次亚磷酸钠 20%~25%
柠檬酸钠 4%~8%
乙酸钠 4%~8%
乳酸 10%~20%
苹果酸 3%~5%
光亮剂 5%~10%
稳定剂 0.1%~0.2%
润湿剂 0.3%~0.5%。
所述组合物PH值:4.0-5.0,并通过氨水调节,温度环境为85-95℃。

本发明相对于传统加工工艺的不同之处在于:本发明公开的电感铁芯化学镀镍组合物不用外来电流,借氧化还原作用在电感铁芯的表面上沉积一层镍的方法,用于提高抗蚀性和耐磨性,增加光泽和美观,在一定酸度和温度下发生变化,溶液中的镍离子被次磷酸二氢钠还原为原子而沉积于铁芯表面上,形成细致光亮的镍镀层。

次亚磷酸钠 20%~25%
柠檬酸钠 4%~8%
乙酸钠 4%~8%
乳酸 10%~20%
苹果酸 3%~5%
光亮剂 5%~10%
稳定剂 0.1%~0.2%
