Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料及其制备方法,按重量份数包括如下组分:12‑15份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、25‑30份水、5‑10份明胶接枝物、1‑2份蓝藻提取液、1.5‑2份羧甲基纤维素、3‑5份蜡片、1.5‑2.5份抗静电剂、2‑3份柔软剂、7‑12份丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及3‑6份有机硅。本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,制备得到的浆料在上浆过程中能够达到增加粘度、耐磨度和上浆纯净度的效果,使经纱上浆均匀,提高了经纱的耐磨强度,减少了纱线起毛和断裂几率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料及其制备,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
在织物加工工程中,经纱与纬纱、经纱与经纱、经纱与织机都有摩擦,从而导致纱线磨损严重,纱线强力降低,纱线断头,影响织物的织造效率,因此经纱上浆是织造前准备的重要工艺之一,目前,国内纺织浆料主要包括淀粉类浆料、聚乙烯醇类浆料以及丙烯酸类浆料,传统的浆纱工艺中采用聚乙烯醇作为浆料,但由于PVA的高聚合和高醇解度不易溶于水,但含有PVA的退浆废水会对环境带来污染。淀粉存在粘度大、流动性大以及浆膜硬脆的特点限制了纺织浆纱领域
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料,按重量份数包括如下组分:
12-15份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、25-30份水、5-10份明胶接枝物、1-2份蓝藻提取液、1.5-2份羧甲基纤维素、3-5份蜡片、1.5-2.5份抗静电剂、2-3份柔软剂、7-12份丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及3-6份有机硅。
进一步的,所述丁二酸酯改性淀粉中的淀粉为玉米淀粉经过酶处理后的产物。
进一步的,所述蓝藻提取液为新鲜蓝藻的胶质衣的提取物。
用于纯棉经纱的浆料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)丁二酸酯改性淀粉:向淀粉中加入丁二酸酐后混合搅拌均匀,在烘箱中于75-80℃下加热1h反应,得到丁二酸酯化淀粉;
(2)明胶蛋白浆料的制备:在70-80℃条件下向明胶溶液中缓慢滴加乳化液,滴加完成后加入引发剂过硫酸铵,恒温搅拌调节pH值得到蛋白浆料;
(3)按重量份数计分别加入12-15份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、25-30份水、5-10明胶接枝物、1.5-2份羧甲基纤维素、3-5份蜡片于温度为50-60℃条件下混合均匀;
(4)然后向步骤(3)中的溶液加入柔软剂2-3份和抗静电剂1.5-2.5份;
(5)向步骤(4)中加入7-12份丙烯酸共聚物乳液和3-6份有机硅,最后加入1-2份蓝藻提取液,继续搅拌直至充分混合均匀,经过滤后得到浆料。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中待淀粉干燥升温至105-135℃反应1-4h,。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中乳化液为向十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液中依次加入丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯及乙酸乙烯酯后得到的。
经纱上浆后烘干后形成浆膜,但粗糙和弹性差的浆膜不能承受织造过程中的反复拉伸和摩擦,因此在浆料中添加适当比例的柔软剂能够使粘着剂的分子间结合松弛,增加浆液的可塑性。本发明中选用乳化油为柔软剂,不仅使浆料具有较好的柔软性,兼有一定的润湿性能。
蓝藻提取物为蓝藻的胶质衣的提取物,胶质衣中含有果胶质以及纤维素,在浆料中起到增加浆料粘稠度提高浆料附着的作用。
本发明制备方法简单,步骤易于操作,制备得到的浆料在上浆过程中能够达到增加粘度、耐磨度和上浆纯净度的效果,使经纱上浆均匀,提高了经纱的耐磨强度,减少了纱线起毛和断裂几率。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的解释和说明。
实施例1:一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料,按重量份数包括如下组分
12份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、30份水、5份明胶接枝物、2份蓝藻提取液、1.5份羧甲基纤维素、5份蜡片、1.5份抗静电剂、3份柔软剂、7份丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及3份有机硅。
所述丁二酸酯改性淀粉中的淀粉为玉米淀粉经过酶处理后的产物。
所述蓝藻提取液为新鲜蓝藻的胶质衣的提取物。
用于纯棉经纱的浆料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)丁二酸酯改性淀粉:向淀粉中加入丁二酸酐后混合搅拌均匀,在烘箱中于75℃下加热1h,淀粉干燥升温至135℃反应1h,得到丁二酸酯化淀粉;
(2)明胶蛋白浆料的制备:在70℃条件下向明胶溶液中缓慢滴加乳化液,乳化液为向十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液中依次加入丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯及乙酸乙烯酯后得到,滴加完成后加入引发剂过硫酸铵,恒温搅拌调节pH值得到蛋白浆料;
(3)按重量份数计分别加入12份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、30份水、5份明胶接枝物、1.5份羧甲基纤维素、5份蜡片于温度为50℃条件下混合均匀;
(4)然后向步骤(3)中的溶液加入柔软剂3份和抗静电剂1.5份;
(5)向步骤(4)中加入7份丙烯酸共聚物乳液和3份有机硅,最后加入2份蓝藻提取液,继续搅拌直至充分混合均匀,经过滤后得到浆料。
实施例2:
一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料,按重量份数包括如下组分
13份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、28份水、8份明胶接枝物、1.5份蓝藻提取液、1.5份羧甲基纤维素、4份蜡片、2份抗静电剂、2.5份柔软剂、10份丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及5份有机硅。
所述丁二酸酯改性淀粉中的淀粉为玉米淀粉经过酶处理后的产物。
所述蓝藻提取液为新鲜蓝藻的胶质衣的提取物。
用于纯棉经纱的浆料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)丁二酸酯改性淀粉:向淀粉中加入丁二酸酐后混合搅拌均匀,在烘箱中于78℃下加热1h,淀粉干燥升温至120℃反应2h,得到丁二酸酯化淀粉;
(2)明胶蛋白浆料的制备:在75℃条件下向明胶溶液中缓慢滴加乳化液,乳化液为向十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液中依次加入丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯及乙酸乙烯酯后得到,滴加完成后加入引发剂过硫酸铵,恒温搅拌调节pH值得到蛋白浆料;
(3)按重量份数计分别加入13份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、28份水、8明胶接枝物、1.5份羧甲基纤维素、4份蜡片于温度为55℃条件下混合均匀;
(4)然后向步骤(3)中的溶液加入柔软剂2.5份和抗静电剂2份;
(5)向步骤(4)中加入10份丙烯酸共聚物乳液和5份有机硅,最后加入1.5份蓝藻提取液,继续搅拌直至充分混合均匀,经过滤后得到浆料。
实施例3:
一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料,按重量份数包括如下组分:
15份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、25份水、10份明胶接枝物、1份蓝藻提取液、2份羧甲基纤维素、3份蜡片、2.5份抗静电剂、2份柔软剂、12份丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及6份有机硅。
所述丁二酸酯改性淀粉中的淀粉为玉米淀粉经过酶处理后的产物。
所述蓝藻提取液为新鲜蓝藻的胶质衣的提取物。
用于纯棉经纱的浆料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)丁二酸酯改性淀粉:向淀粉中加入丁二酸酐后混合搅拌均匀,在烘箱中于80℃下加热1h,淀粉干燥升温至105℃反应4h,得到丁二酸酯化淀粉;
(2)明胶蛋白浆料的制备:在80℃条件下向明胶溶液中缓慢滴加乳化液,乳化液为向十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液中依次加入丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯及乙酸乙烯酯后得到,滴加完成后加入引发剂过硫酸铵,恒温搅拌调节pH值得到蛋白浆料;
(3)按重量份数计分别加入15份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、25份水、10明胶接枝物、2份羧甲基纤维素、3份蜡片于温度为60℃条件下混合均匀;
(4)然后向步骤(3)中的溶液加入柔软剂2份和抗静电剂2.5份;
(5)向步骤(4)中加入12份丙烯酸共聚物乳液和6份有机硅,最后加入1份蓝藻提取液,继续搅拌直至充分混合均匀,经过滤后得到浆料。
对比例:采用市售纯棉纱线浆料,对比例中采用的上浆料外购于如皋市鑫元纺织辅料有限公司,上浆料的主要成为为:淀粉及可增强PVA。
采用本发明实施例1-3所制备得到的浆料及对比例对纯棉经纱进行上浆工艺处理,并对上浆效果进行检测,结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,采用本发明的上浆料对纯棉经纱处理后,与对比例相比,纱线强度及上浆率都得到了一定的提高,且容易退浆。

1.一种用于纯棉经纱的浆料,其特征在于:按重量份数包括如下组分:
12-15份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、25-30份水、5-10份明胶接枝物、1-2份蓝藻提取液、1.5-2份羧甲基纤维素、3-5份蜡片、1.5-2.5份抗静电剂、2-3份柔软剂、7-12份丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液及3-6份有机硅。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于纯棉经纱的浆料,其特征在于:所述丁二酸酯改性淀粉中的淀粉为玉米淀粉经过酶处理后的产物。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于纯棉经纱的浆料,其特征在于:所述蓝藻提取液为新鲜蓝藻的胶质衣提取物。
4.权利要求1所述的用于纯棉经纱的浆料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)丁二酸酯改性淀粉:向淀粉中加入丁二酸酐后混合搅拌均匀,在烘箱中于75-80℃下加热1h反应,得到丁二酸酯化淀粉;
(2)明胶蛋白浆料的制备:在70-80℃条件下向明胶溶液中缓慢滴加乳化液,滴加完成后加入引发剂过硫酸铵,恒温搅拌调节pH值得到蛋白浆料;
(3)按重量份数计分别加入12-15份丁二酸酯改性淀粉、25-30份水、5-10明胶接枝物、1.5-2份羧甲基纤维素、3-5份蜡片于温度为50-60℃条件下混合均匀;
(4)然后向步骤(3)中的溶液加入柔软剂2-3份和抗静电剂1.5-2.5份;
(5)向步骤(4)中加入7-12份丙烯酸共聚物乳液和3-6份有机硅,最后加入1-2份蓝藻提取液,继续搅拌直至充分混合均匀,经过滤后得到浆料。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于纯棉经纱的浆料,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中待淀粉干燥升温至105-135℃反应1-4h。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于纯棉经纱的浆料,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中乳化液为向十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液中依次加入丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸丁酯及乙酸乙烯酯后得到的。
