背景技术
化学镀银具有镀银稳定性高、防银变色能力强等特点,用于各种金属、非金属材料表面进行化学镀银操作,主要是利用还原剂将溶液中的金属离子还原在呈催化活性的物体表面来实现,超声波装置用足够大振幅的超声波作用于液体介质时,介质分子间的平均距离会超过使液体介质保持不变的临界分子距离,液体介质就会发生断裂,形成微泡。这些小孔洞迅速胀大和闭合,会使液体微粒之间发生猛烈的撞击作用,从而产生几千到上万个大气压的压强,微粒间这种剧烈的相互作用,起到了很好的搅拌作用。针对现有技术存在以下问题:
1、加工件放置到装置内部超声波加工,导致加工件不便于取出,从而影响装置工作效率的问题;
2、化学镀银超声波装置在排出废水时,容易导致排水口堵塞,影响装置废水处理的效率问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种化学镀银超声波装置,其中一种目的是为了具备顶出的功能,解决加工件放置到装置内部超声波加工,导致加工件不便于取出,从而影响装置工作效率的问题;其中另一种目的是为了解决化学镀银超声波装置在排出废水时,容易导致排水口堵塞,影响装置废水处理的效率问题,以达到防堵塞的功能,提高装置便捷处理废水的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种化学镀银超声波装置,包括镀银箱、注料箱、控制面板、烘干箱和超声波箱,所述镀银箱的侧面设置有注料箱,所述注料箱的顶部设置有注料口,所述镀银箱的顶部固定安装有控制面板,所述控制面板的侧面固定安装有烘干箱,所述镀银箱的另一侧固定安装有超声波箱,所述超声波箱的顶部固定安装有超声波杆,所述烘干箱的内部设置有固定架,所述固定架的内侧设置有驱动滑轨,所述驱动滑轨内部活动安装有移动架。
所述移动架的内侧设置有移动板,所述移动板的两侧设置有驱动滑块,所述驱动滑块的内侧设置有滑动柱,所述滑动柱的两端设置在固定架的内侧。
所述烘干箱的底部设置有化学反应箱,所述化学反应箱的一侧设置有排水管,所述排水管的内部固定安装有双层过滤网。

1、本发明提供一种化学镀银超声波装置,通过加工件从烘干箱顶部放置到移动架的内部,配合移动架在固定架内部移动到化学反应箱内部,再由注料口进行注入原料,配合控制面板对超声波箱进行调控,使得超声波杆进行传输超声波,使得移动架内部的加工件进行化学镀银,然后再由动力电机提供动力,带动搅拌杆进行旋转,配合搅拌的动力,使得内部液体加快反应,提高装置的工作效率,当镀银结束后,由驱动滑块和滑动柱相互配合,由驱动滑块带动移动板进行移动,使得移动板带动加工件向顶部移动,然后再利用伸缩柱伸缩移动,带动顶出板进行推出加工件,达到二次顶出的功能,解决了加工件放置到装置内部超声波加工,导致加工件不便于取出,有利于装置便捷拿取加工件,增加装置的便捷性。
2、本发明提供一种化学镀银超声波装置,通过伸缩杆伸缩移动,带动移动块进行升降移动,达到清理板在外侧进行移动,利用摩擦垫和粘连块相互配合,方便装置便捷清理灰尘,有利于加热管增加烘干效率,然后再由挤压块受力挤压复位弹柱,使得复位弹柱压缩在橡胶垫的顶部,并利用压缩回弹性,进行缓冲作用力,达到缓冲防护加热管的功能,解决了清理机构的压力过大,导致加热管磨损的问题,有利于装置增加缓冲防护的功能,增加清理机构的使用寿命。
3、本发明提供一种化学镀银超声波装置,排水管对内部废水排出处理,并利用双层过滤网对废水进行过滤杂质,且利用多个过滤网的过滤性,增加装置的过滤效果,然后由升降杆伸缩移动,带动连接板在双层过滤网中间升降,并利用清理垫带动清理毛刷在固定轴的外侧旋转,使得清理毛刷在网孔上进行清扫,达到防堵塞的功能,解决了化学镀银超声波装置在排出废水时,容易导致排水口堵塞的问题,有利于装置增加防堵的功能,从而提高装置处理废水的效率。

如图1-8所示,本发明提供了一种化学镀银超声波装置,包括镀银箱1、注料箱2、控制面板3、烘干箱4和超声波箱5,镀银箱1的侧面设置有注料箱2,注料箱2的顶部设置有注料口21,镀银箱1的顶部固定安装有控制面板3,控制面板3的侧面固定安装有烘干箱4,镀银箱1的另一侧固定安装有超声波箱5,超声波箱5的顶部固定安装有超声波杆51,烘干箱4的内部设置有固定架41,固定架41的内侧设置有驱动滑轨,驱动滑轨内部活动安装有移动架42,移动架42的内侧设置有移动板43,移动板43的两侧设置有驱动滑块431,驱动滑块431的内侧设置有滑动柱432,滑动柱432的两端设置在固定架41的内侧,化学反应箱11内腔的底部设置有搅拌柱13,搅拌柱13的外侧固定安装有搅拌杆14,搅拌柱13的底部固定连接有动力电机12,烘干箱4的内侧设置有烘干膜44,烘干膜44的表面固定安装有反射膜441,烘干膜44的一侧固定安装有接电灯座442,接电灯座442的内侧固定安装有加热管443,移动板43的顶部固定安装有伸缩柱433,伸缩柱433的顶部固定安装有顶出板434。
在本实施例中,通过加工件从烘干箱4顶部放置到移动架42的内部,配合移动架42在固定架41内部移动到化学反应箱11内部,再由注料口21进行注入原料,配合控制面板3对超声波箱5进行调控,使得超声波杆51进行传输超声波,使得移动架42内部的加工件进行化学镀银,然后再由动力电机12提供动力,带动搅拌杆14进行旋转,配合搅拌的动力,使得内部液体加快反应,提高装置的工作效率,当镀银结束后,由驱动滑块431和滑动柱432相互配合,由驱动滑块431带动移动板43进行移动,使得移动板43带动加工件向顶部移动,然后再利用伸缩柱433伸缩移动,带动顶出板434进行推出加工件,达到二次顶出的功能,有利于装置便捷拿取加工件,增加装置的便捷性。
实施例2
如图1-8所示,在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:优选的,加热管443的外侧设置有清理板45,清理板45的侧面固定安装有移动块453,移动块453的另一侧活动安装在烘干箱4内部,移动块453的底部固定连接有伸缩杆454,清理板45的表面固定安装有摩擦垫451,摩擦垫451的顶部固定安装有粘连块452,摩擦垫451的底部固定安装有挤压块4511,挤压块4511的底部固定安装有复位弹柱4512,复位弹柱4512的底部固定安装有橡胶垫4513。
在本实施例中,通过伸缩杆454伸缩移动,带动移动块453进行升降移动,达到清理板45在外侧进行移动,利用摩擦垫451和粘连块452相互配合,方便装置便捷清理灰尘,有利于加热管443增加烘干效率,然后再由挤压块4511受力挤压复位弹柱4512,使得复位弹柱4512压缩在橡胶垫4513的顶部,并利用压缩回弹性,进行缓冲作用力,达到缓冲防护加热管443的功能。
实施例3
如图1-8所示,在实施例1的基础上,本发明提供一种技术方案:优选的,烘干箱4的底部设置有化学反应箱11,化学反应箱11的一侧设置有排水管16,排水管16的内部固定安装有双层过滤网161,双层过滤网161的内侧设置有固定板162,固定板162的底部固定安装有升降杆163,升降杆163的底部固定安装有连接板164,连接板164的两侧固定安装有清理块165,清理块165的内侧设置有固定轴1651,固定轴1651的外侧设置有清理垫1652,清理垫1652的外侧固定安装有清理毛刷1653。
在本实施例中,通过排水管16对内部废水排出处理,并利用双层过滤网161对废水进行过滤杂质,且利用多个过滤网的过滤性,增加装置的过滤效果,方便装置更好的处理废水,当双层过滤网161过滤杂质时,造成堵塞时,配合升降杆163伸缩移动,带动连接板164在双层过滤网161中间升降,并利用清理垫1652带动清理毛刷1653在固定轴1651的外侧旋转,使得清理毛刷1653在网孔上进行清扫,达到防堵塞的功能,有利于装置增加处理废水的效率。
下面具体说一下该化学镀银超声波装置的工作原理。
如图1-8所示,通过加工件从烘干箱4顶部放置到移动架42的内部,配合移动架42在固定架41内部移动到化学反应箱11内部,再由注料口21进行注入原料,配合控制面板3对超声波箱5进行调控,使得超声波杆51进行传输超声波,使得移动架42内部的加工件进行化学镀银,然后再由动力电机12提供动力,带动搅拌杆14进行旋转,配合搅拌的动力,使得内部液体加快反应,提高装置的工作效率,当镀银结束后,由驱动滑块431和滑动柱432相互配合,由驱动滑块431带动移动板43进行移动,使得移动板43带动加工件向顶部移动,然后再利用伸缩柱433伸缩移动,带动顶出板434进行推出加工件,达到二次顶出的功能,然后由伸缩杆454伸缩移动,带动移动块453进行升降移动,达到清理板45在外侧进行移动,利用摩擦垫451和粘连块452相互配合,方便装置便捷清理灰尘,有利于加热管443增加烘干效率,然后再由挤压块4511受力挤压复位弹柱4512,使得复位弹柱4512压缩在橡胶垫4513的顶部,并利用压缩回弹性,进行缓冲作用力,达到缓冲防护加热管443的功能,再通过排水管16对内部废水排出处理,并利用双层过滤网161对废水进行过滤杂质,且利用多个过滤网的过滤性,增加装置的过滤效果,方便装置更好的处理废水,当双层过滤网161过滤杂质时,造成堵塞时,配合升降杆163伸缩移动,带动连接板164在双层过滤网161中间升降,并利用清理垫1652带动清理毛刷1653在固定轴1651的外侧旋转,使得清理毛刷1653在网孔上进行清扫,达到防堵塞的功能。
上文一般性的对本发明做了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之做一些修改或改进,这对于技术领域的一般技术人员是显而易见的。因此,在不脱离本发明思想精神的修改或改进,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种化学镀银超声波装置,包括镀银箱(1)、注料箱(2)、控制面板(3)、烘干箱(4)和超声波箱(5),所述镀银箱(1)的侧面设置有注料箱(2),所述注料箱(2)的顶部设置有注料口(21),所述镀银箱(1)的顶部固定安装有控制面板(3),所述控制面板(3)的侧面固定安装有烘干箱(4),所述镀银箱(1)的另一侧固定安装有超声波箱(5),所述超声波箱(5)的顶部固定安装有超声波杆(51),其特征在于:所述烘干箱(4)的内部设置有固定架(41),所述固定架(41)的内侧设置有驱动滑轨,所述驱动滑轨内部活动安装有移动架(42);
所述移动架(42)的内侧设置有移动板(43),所述移动板(43)的两侧设置有驱动滑块(431),所述驱动滑块(431)的内侧设置有滑动柱(432),所述滑动柱(432)的两端设置在固定架(41)的内侧;
所述烘干箱(4)的底部设置有化学反应箱(11),所述化学反应箱(11)的一侧设置有排水管(16),所述排水管(16)的内部固定安装有双层过滤网(161)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种化学镀银超声波装置,其特征在于:所述化学反应箱(11)内腔的底部设置有搅拌柱(13),所述搅拌柱(13)的外侧固定安装有搅拌杆(14),所述搅拌柱(13)的底部固定连接有动力电机(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种化学镀银超声波装置,其特征在于:所述烘干箱(4)的内侧设置有烘干膜(44),所述烘干膜(44)的表面固定安装有反射膜(441),所述烘干膜(44)的一侧固定安装有接电灯座(442),所述接电灯座(442)的内侧固定安装有加热管(443)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种化学镀银超声波装置,其特征在于:所述加热管(443)的外侧设置有清理板(45),所述清理板(45)的侧面固定安装有移动块(453),所述移动块(453)的另一侧活动安装在烘干箱(4)内部,所述移动块(453)的底部固定连接有伸缩杆(454)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种化学镀银超声波装置,其特征在于:所述清理板(45)的表面固定安装有摩擦垫(451),所述摩擦垫(451)的顶部固定安装有粘连块(452)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种化学镀银超声波装置,其特征在于:所述摩擦垫(451)的底部固定安装有挤压块(4511),所述挤压块(4511)的底部固定安装有复位弹柱(4512),所述复位弹柱(4512)的底部固定安装有橡胶垫(4513)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种化学镀银超声波装置,其特征在于:所述移动板(43)的顶部固定安装有伸缩柱(433),所述伸缩柱(433)的顶部固定安装有顶出板(434)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种化学镀银超声波装置,其特征在于:所述双层过滤网(161)的内侧设置有固定板(162),所述固定板(162)的底部固定安装有升降杆(163),所述升降杆(163)的底部固定安装有连接板(164),所述连接板(164)的两侧固定安装有清理块(165),所述清理块(165)的内侧设置有固定轴(1651),所述固定轴(1651)的外侧设置有清理垫(1652),所述清理垫(1652)的外侧固定安装有清理毛刷(1653)。
