本发明公开了一种除臭颗粒剂及其制备方法,涉及日化用品领域,本发明以单过硫酸氢钾复合盐为基础活性成分,通过优选不同功能助剂,优化最佳配比用量,制备出一种安全高效稳定的除臭剂。本发明制备得到的除臭剂可广泛持久消除恶臭成分及多种有害气体,具有安全环保,环境适应性强等特色,可以解决现有技术下的除味剂处理能力单一、持久性差、污染环境等不足。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品领域,尤其是涉及一种除臭颗粒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
恶臭污染是与人民群众生活环境密切相关的扰民污染,属于重要的民生问题。恶臭污染具有来源广泛,成分复杂等特征,如石化、化工、制药、食品加工、污水处理厂、垃圾填埋场、动物饲养场等产生的污染气体以及日常生活环境中产生的各种异味。恶臭气味产生源头如果来自卫生条件恶劣的环境,不但会引起人体愉悦感下降,同时严重时会导致疾病发生。
市场上的除异味产品存在一些缺点,例如,虽然具有除臭的功能,但主要采用香精掩盖的方式,并未消除掉异味分子;能够消除表面的异味分子,但不能深入组织内部,效果不够持久;产品或作用产物含有有害物质,容易引起二次污染。
发明内容
本发明本发明制备得到的除臭剂可广泛持久消除恶臭成分及多种有害气体,具有安全环保,环境适应性强等特色,可以解决现有技术下的除味剂处理能力单一、持久性差、污染环境等不足。
本发明采用如下技术方案:一种除臭颗粒剂,其组分包括单过硫酸氢钾复合盐、六偏磷酸钠、焦硫酸钾、硫酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、酒石酸钾、碳酸钠、磷酸三钙、苯甲酸、水杨酸、邻苯二甲酸、磷酸二氢钠。
一种除臭颗粒剂的制备方法,将所述各组分分别烘干、研磨、过筛,并混合均匀,再将粉状物料预压缩脱气,经滚压法压片成型,片状物破碎,整理、筛分制得。
本发明的处方中各组分都发挥关键作用,各配方量是经过大量试验验证得到的最佳优化方案。为了防止在批量生产、包装、储存过程中存在的粉尘飞扬及器壁上的粘附引起的物料损耗,各组分因粒度密度差异出现离析等情况影响除味效果,所采用的干法制粒技术制备得到的产品均匀度好,质量稳定性高。
本发明以单过硫酸氢钾复合盐为基础活性成分,通过优选不同功能助剂,优化最佳配比用量,制备出一种安全高效稳定的除臭剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
下述实施例中所涉及的组分、原料等,若无特别说明,均为现有技术中已有的常规组分、原料等,可通过正规商业途径获得。
实施例一:一种除臭颗粒剂,包含如下质量份数的组分:
单过硫酸氢钾复合盐65份、铁酸锰15份、六偏磷酸钠6份、尿素2份、磷酸二钙5份、磷酸二氢钠7份。
制备方法:先将上述各组分分别烘干、研磨、过筛,并混合均匀,再将粉状物料预压缩脱气,经滚压法压片成型,片状物破碎,整理、筛分制得。
实施例二:一种除臭颗粒剂,包含如下质量份数的组分:
单过硫酸氢钾复合盐50份、氨基磺酸钠20份、焦硫酸钾10份、尿素5份、磷酸三钙5份、苯甲酸10份。
制备方法:先将上述各组分分别烘干、研磨、过筛,并混合均匀,再将粉状物料预压缩脱气,经滚压法压片成型,片状物破碎,整理、筛分制得。
实施例三:一种除臭颗粒剂,包含如下质量份数的组分:
单过硫酸氢钾复合盐70份、氨基磺酸钾13份、酒石酸钾8份、碳酸钠2份、磷酸三钙2份、酒石酸5份。
制备方法:先将上述各组分分别烘干、研磨、过筛,并混合均匀,再将粉状物料预压缩脱气,经滚压法压片成型,片状物破碎,整理、筛分制得。
实施例四:一种除臭颗粒剂,包含如下质量份数的组分:
单过硫酸氢钾复合盐57份、铁酸锰5份、氨基磺酸钠5份、氨基磺酸钾5份、六偏磷酸钠3份、焦硫酸钾3份、硫酸钠3份、对甲苯磺酸钠3份、酒石酸钾3份、碳酸钠2份、磷酸三钙3份、苯甲酸2份、水杨酸2份、邻苯二甲酸2份、磷酸二氢钠2份。
制备方法:先将上述各组分分别烘干、研磨、过筛,并混合均匀,再将粉状物料预压缩脱气,经滚压法压片成型,片状物破碎,整理、筛分制得。
实验结果验证:
制备得到的除臭颗粒剂溶于水中,配制成1%(w/v)的溶液,通过气溶胶喷雾设备将溶液喷雾于需要处理的空间中,充分作用。为了便于定量考察本除臭颗粒剂对有害气体成分的消除作用,设置了除味模拟试验,将定量的气体成分与本产品接触作用一段时间后,测量剩余成分含量,计算清除率。
实验结果如下表:

有上述实验结果可以看到,实施例四的制剂对于各种恶臭气体的清除率明显高于其他三个实施例,由此可知实施例四为最优方案。其中铁酸锰、氨基磺酸钠、氨基磺酸钾均为活化剂作用,而苯甲酸、水杨酸、邻苯二甲酸、磷酸二氢钠均作为酸性助剂,六偏磷酸钠、焦硫酸钾、硫酸钠、对甲苯磺酸钠、酒石酸钾等具有稳定剂的作用,对比实施例一、二、三可知,当采用单一组分的的活化剂、酸性助剂或稳定剂其清除率均在95-96%范围内,但是实施例四的多种复合组分的方案时,清除率得到了极大的提升。

1.一种除臭颗粒剂,其特征在于,其组分按重量份计算包括:单过硫酸氢钾复合盐57份、铁酸锰5份、氨基磺酸钠5份、氨基磺酸钾5份、六偏磷酸钠3份、焦硫酸钾3份、硫酸钠3份、对甲苯磺酸钠3份、酒石酸钾3份、碳酸钠2份、磷酸三钙3份、苯甲酸2份、水杨酸2份、邻苯二甲酸2份、磷酸二氢钠2份。
2.如权利要求1所述除臭颗粒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述各组分分别烘干、研磨、过筛,并混合均匀,再将粉状物料预压缩脱气,经滚压法压片成型,片状物破碎,整理、筛分制得。
