Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition, application and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a composition for reducing blood sugar of a human body by diabetes, application and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diabetes is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia is caused by a defect in insulin secretion or an impaired biological action, or both. Hyperglycemia occurring in the long term of diabetes results in chronic damage to, and dysfunction of, various tissues, particularly the eyes, kidneys, heart, blood vessels, nerves.
The clinical manifestations are mainly: 1. polydipsia, diuresis, polyphagia and emaciation. Severe hyperglycemia is typically characterized by "more than three and one less" symptoms, which are more common in type 1 diabetes. The symptoms of more than three and less than one are more obvious when ketosis or ketoacidosis occurs. 2. Fatigue, weakness and obesity. It is often seen in type 2 diabetes. Obesity usually occurs before type 2 diabetes, and if the diabetes cannot be diagnosed in time, the weight of the patient gradually decreases. Because the death of diabetes is hundreds of thousands of people every year, the new increase of diabetes is millions of people in the world.
At present, no method for radically treating diabetes exists, and the diabetes can only be controlled by various treatment means. The existing medicines for treating diabetes cannot completely cure symptoms, and also have the problems of long treatment period, unobvious effect and the like. Particularly, products which adopt components of Chinese herbal medicines, natural plants and the like do not exist in domestic and world markets at present, and the medicaments which can reduce blood sugar until diabetics recover are processed and produced.

The product is in irregular block shape, black and bright, and has many pores. Light weight and crisp. The burnt herb turns into scorched smell and tastes bitter. Bitter in property and mild in taste. It enters liver and stomach meridians. Has effects of astringing, stopping bleeding, removing blood stasis, and promoting urination. Can be used for treating hematemesis, hemoptysis, epistaxis, stranguria with blood, hematuria, hematochezia, metrorrhagia, traumatic hemorrhage, and dysuria.
The Chinese fir charcoal is prepared by burning Chinese fir. The medicinal part of sequoia is trunk endothelium of sequoia sempervirens of Pinaceae. Distributed in Shaanxi, Gansu, Sichuan and Yunnan provinces. Taken off all the year round, scraped off the outer skin and dried in the sun. Pungent flavor and warm nature. It enters large intestine meridian. Has the effects of stopping dysentery and promoting qi circulation. It is commonly indicated for dysentery, rectocele, qi stagnation and abdominal distention.
The notoginseng charcoal is prepared by firing notoginseng. The medicinal part of Notoginseng radix is dried root of Notoginseng radix of Araliaceae. Digging before blooming in late summer and early autumn or after seeds are mature in winter, removing soil, cleaning, and drying in the sun. Unprocessed or ground into fine powder.
