The paste preparation device provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. by arranging the push plate and the froth collecting box, when the cream stock solution is concentrated in the concentrating tank to generate froth, the electric telescopic rod is started to drive the push plate to move forwards so that the push plate can slowly push the froth on the surface of the liquid to the communicating port, and the froth enters the froth collecting box from the communicating port to wait for uniform cleaning, so that the froth can be automatically skimmed, manual operation is not needed, time and labor are saved, workers are prevented from being scalded by steam, and the paste concentrate concentrating tank is safer;
2. the stirring blade, the sleeve, the telescopic rod and the stirring rod are arranged, the driven shaft drives the stirring blade when rotating, the sleeve and the telescopic rod rotate to stir the paste side stock solution, the telescopic rod drives the stirring rod to rotate to stir the paste side stock solution, meanwhile, the rotation of the driven shaft provides centrifugal force for the telescopic rod, so that the telescopic rod is thrown out of the sleeve for a certain distance from the inside of the sleeve, the telescopic rod stretches out and stretches the spring, the spring generates pulling force to pull the telescopic rod back to the inside of the sleeve, the telescopic rod is repeatedly stretched out and retracted in the sleeve in a reciprocating mode, the stirring rod moves horizontally while rotating, the paste side stock solution forms turbulent flow, and the stirring effect is better;
3. through being provided with filter screen and communicating pipe, fall on the filter screen surface after floating the foam and getting into collection foam case, when partial cream side stoste gets into collection foam case along with floating the foam, float the foam and be held back by the filter screen, and cream side stoste gets back to concentrated jar inside once more through communicating pipe through the filter screen to prevent that cream side stoste from producing extravagantly, only get rid of pure superficial foam.
The ointment for tonifying spleen and benefiting lung prepared by the formula and the preparation process can be taken directly or mixed with warm water.
The ointment for tonifying spleen and benefiting lung prepared by the formula and the preparation process has the best effect, and the dosage of the ointment for one time is not less than 10mL and not more than 30 mL.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects: has the effects of regulating spleen and lung and enhancing resistance and immunity, and can be taken for a long time because the components are all traditional Chinese medicines with homology of medicine and food.

In order to prove the beneficial effects of the invention, the following experiments are compared between the traditional boiling method and the invention (under the same formula):
TABLE 1 comparison of conventional and inventive methods
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
As can be seen from Table 1, the traditional Chinese medicine is not ground and has large blocks, the main ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine are extracted less and are not mixed, the concentration of the main ingredients is gradually reduced, and the efficacy is reduced. After the traditional Chinese medicine adopted by the invention is ground, decocted in three sections and mixed, the concentration of the components is stable to be about 30.0%, and the higher the grinding fineness, the higher the concentration of the components.
In order to prove the necessity of group crushing and fine grinding and three-stage boiling, the following experimental comparisons (under the same formula) are carried out:
TABLE 2 comparative experiment of group crushing and three-stage decoction
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
As can be seen from Table 2, the three-stage decoction methods C1 and C2 adopted in the invention without the group grinding are listed in the final product, wherein the human reference is 0.7-0.9% because the too long decoction time affects the drug effect of the ginseng and most of the ginseng enters the dregs. By adopting the method, the ginseng powder with higher fineness is added only in the third stage during three-stage decoction and extraction, so that the proportion of ginseng in the final product can be improved, and the effect is higher.
