After grinding and three-stage decoction and mixing of the traditional Chinese medicine adopted by the invention, the concentration of the components is stabilized to be about 30.0%, and the higher the grinding fineness is, the higher the concentration of the components is.
To demonstrate the necessity of grouping crushing and fine grinding and three-stage decoction in the present invention, the following experimental comparisons (under the same formulation) were made:
table 2 comparative experiment of group crushing and three-stage boiling
As can be seen from Table 2, the three-stage decocting methods C1 and C2 employed in the present invention, wherein the ginseng ratio in the final product is between 0.7% -0.9%, because the decocting time is too long to have an effect on the efficacy of ginseng and most of ginseng enters the residue. By adopting the method, the ginseng powder with higher fineness is added only in the third stage during the three-stage decoction and extraction, so that the ginseng proportion in the final product can be improved, and the effect is higher.
