The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the essence and the spice, the propylene glycol, the throat stimulating agent and the glycerin are mixed, and the propylene glycol has good dissolubility, so that all the components can be well dissolved, and are uniform and stable, and after the atomized steam is sucked by a human body, the nicotine-like sensory experience is realized. According to the invention, the throat stimulating agent is used for replacing nicotine, so that the harm of tobacco tar to human bodies can be reduced, and the same sensory experience as nicotine can be obtained.
The technical solution and the technical effect of the present invention will be further described by specific examples.
Example one
The invention provides nicotine-free electronic cigarette oil which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycerol: 40-60 parts; essence and spice: 20-30 parts of a solvent; propylene glycol: 5-39 parts; and throat-stimulating agents: 1-5 parts.
The invention is characterized in that the health and safety level of the essence and the spice is edible level, and the essence and the spice are water-soluble and oil-soluble, and are suitable for all flavors of edible essence. For example, fruit flavors, coffee, vanilla, chocolate, jasmine, rose, and the like may be used.
The propylene glycol has a chemical formula of C3H8O2, is colorless viscous liquid at normal state, is nearly odorless, and smells slightly sweet.
Glycerol is also glycerol, is colorless, odorless, sweet, clear, viscous and liquid in appearance, and is an organic substance. Glycerol, which absorbs moisture from the air, also absorbs hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen cyanide and sulfur dioxide. Insoluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, carbon disulfide, petroleum ether and oils.
The throat-stimulating agent has the chemical formula: 2-methyl-5- (1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinyl) pyridine; cas number of acute larynx agent is: 101540-79-8. The throat stimulant can replace nicotine, and can achieve the sensory effect similar to nicotine.
Specifically, 40-60 parts of glycerin, 20-30 parts of essence and flavor, 5-39 parts of propylene glycol and 1-5 parts of throat stimulating agent are respectively taken out and put into corresponding containers for standby application, and 40-60 parts of glycerin, 20-30 parts of essence and flavor, 5-39 parts of propylene glycol and 1-5 parts of throat stimulating agent are added into a specified mixing container for stirring treatment, so that the mixture of essence and flavor, propylene glycol, throat stimulating agent and glycerin is uniformly mixed. Because the propylene glycol, the essence and the spice and the glycerol have good solubility, after standing for 5-20 minutes at normal temperature, the stirred mixture is taken out, and the electronic cigarette oil can be obtained. Because the propylene glycol has good solubility, all the components can be well dissolved, the propylene glycol is uniform and stable, and after the atomized steam is absorbed by a human body, the atomized steam has sensory experience similar to nicotine.
Example two
In this embodiment, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
glycerol: 50 parts of a mixture; essence and spice: 20 parts of (1); propylene glycol: 29 parts; and throat-stimulating agents: 1 part.

EXAMPLE seven
In any one of the first to sixth embodiments, the flavor and fragrance is one or more of ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, ethyl maltol, caprylic aldehyde, capric acid, jasmine extract, and rose oil.
Wherein, the ethyl acetate (C4H8O2) is also named as ethyl acetate, has sweet taste, is easy to volatilize, has excellent dissolubility, and is a material applied to essences and flavors. Meanwhile, the ethyl acetate has strong ether-like smell and has the bouquet of qingling and little fruity fragrance.
Ethyl butyrate (C6H12O2) is used for flavor and fragrance extraction and as a solvent. Is widely applied to edible essence formulas such as banana, pineapple and the like, and can be used for preparing various fruit-flavor essences and other flavor essences.
Ethyl maltol (C7H8O3) is increasingly used as a flavor modifier and flavoring agent. Is a food additive which is well recognized by people and has the advantages of safety, reliability, small dosage and obvious effect. The sweet potato flavor enhancer is a good flavor enhancer for tobacco, food, beverage, essence, fruit wine, daily cosmetics and the like, has a remarkable effect of improving and enhancing the flavor of food, plays a role of sweetening sweet food and can prolong the storage period of the food.
Ethyl maltol is classified into type a1 (pure flavor type), type a2 (light burnt flavor type) and type A3 (enhanced burnt flavor type). The A1 type cigarette has prominent fruity flavor, and when the A1 type cigarette is used for preparing various tobacco flavors and fragrances and is added into cigarettes, the tobacco flavor is more mellow and fragrant, the dry, astringent and bitter taste of the mouth and throat is reduced after the A1 type cigarette is smoked, and the mouth and throat feel smooth and comfortable. The A2 type has strong caramel fragrance and has strong synergistic effect on the original sweet and fresh taste of various foods. The A3 type has the advantages of high purity, high quality, high whiteness, unique fragrance, more prominent characteristic flavor, mellow and rich burnt fragrance, long aftertaste after being heated and dissolved, and lasting fragrance.
Octanal (C8H16O) has strong fruit fragrance, and can be used as edible perfume or perfume of soap detergent.
Capric acid (C10H20O2) is a by-product produced during the hydrolysis of laurel oil, coconut oil or pungent litse fruit oil to prepare lauric acid, and is mainly used for preparing decanoic acid esters, and the esters are used as spice, humectant, plasticizer, food additive, etc.
The jasmine flower extract is a pasty natural perfume product extracted from plant jasmine flowers, and has pure fragrance and good taste.
Rose oil is a natural perfume product in paste form extracted from plant rose.
When the electronic cigarette oil is specifically implemented, one or more of ethyl acetate, ethyl butyrate, ethyl maltol, caprylic aldehyde, capric acid, jasmine extract and rose oil are used as the essence and flavor, glycerol, propylene glycol and the throat stimulating agent are poured into a mixing container to be mixed, a magnetic stirrer is used for stirring for a period of time, after the essence and flavor, the glycerol, the propylene glycol and the throat stimulating agent are uniformly mixed, the electronic cigarette oil is taken out and stands at normal temperature to obtain the electronic cigarette oil with the same sensory effect as nicotine, and the electronic cigarette oil can keep complete fragrance when used through an electronic cigarette. The surrounding environment is not influenced, and the health protection is also realized for the user. The tobacco tar replaces nicotine by the throat stimulating agent, so that the same sensory effect as nicotine can be obtained, and the harm of the tobacco tar to human bodies can be reduced.
In addition, the application also provides a preparation method of the nicotine-free electronic cigarette oil, which comprises the following steps:
step S101, respectively taking out 40-60 parts of glycerin, 20-30 parts of essence and spice, 5-39 parts of propylene glycol and 1-5 parts of throat stimulating agent in corresponding containers for later use.
Specifically, 40-60 parts of glycerin, 20-30 parts of flavors and fragrances, 5-39 parts of propylene glycol and 1-5 parts of throat stimulating agent are taken out and respectively placed in corresponding containers for standby, for example, the corresponding containers are labeled with numbers so as to distinguish the glycerin, the flavors and fragrances, the propylene glycol and the arecoline. The number may be 1, 2, 3, 4, etc., or A, B, C, D, and the number is mainly used to distinguish the corresponding components to avoid mixing errors during the addition.
And step S102, pouring the essence, the propylene glycol, the throat stimulating agent and the glycerin into a mixing container in sequence for stirring treatment.
Specifically, the glycerol is poured into the cigarette in the largest amount, so that the essence, the perfume, the propylene glycol and the throat stimulating agent can be fully mixed, and the sensory effect of nicotine can be achieved after each smoking. The mixture is uniformly mixed by stirring the mixture in a container, and the stirring process may be a conventional manual stirring by a stirring rod or a stirrer or the like as long as the mixing can be uniformly stirred.
And step S103, taking out and standing to obtain the product.
In specific implementation, 40 parts of glycerin, 30 parts of essence and spice, 27 parts of propylene glycol and 3 parts of throat stimulating agent are respectively taken out and placed in containers with corresponding numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4 for preparation. The mixture of the essence, the propylene glycol, the throat stimulating agent and the glycerol is uniformly mixed by adding the 30 parts of the essence, the 27 parts of the propylene glycol, the 3 parts of the throat stimulating agent and the 40 parts of the glycerol into a specified mixing container and stirring.
In this embodiment, pour essence spices, propylene glycol, throat stimulating agent and glycerine into a mixing vessel in proper order and stir processing, still include: the stirring speed is 300-500 rpm.
Specifically, the essence, the propylene glycol, the throat stimulating agent and the glycerol are sequentially poured into a mixing container, and stirring treatment is carried out at the speed of 400 revolutions per minute so as to ensure that the essence, the propylene glycol, the throat stimulating agent and the glycerol can be fully mixed.
Further, the essence, the spice, the propylene glycol, the throat stimulating agent and the glycerin are poured into a mixing container in sequence for stirring treatment, and the method also comprises the following steps: the essence, the spice, the propylene glycol, the throat stimulating agent and the glycerin are stirred at normal temperature and normal pressure, and the mixing mode is simple.

That is, the number of samples marked with numbers 869, 466 and 695 in the tobacco tar (A) containing the throat stimulating agent is respectively 11; the number of samples labeled 771595 and 861 in nicotine-containing tobacco smoke (B) was also 11, respectively.
3. The marked samples are combined according to the table above, each combination is provided with a question and answer paper, and the corresponding group number and sample number are written on the question and answer paper and are presented to a appraiser.
4. Test instructions: the panelists had three samples with a number, two of which were identical and one was not identical. The panelist tasted 3 samples in order from left to right and then selected a different number from the other two samples. Multiple tastings are possible, but no answer is available. (evaluation mode: sucking electronic cigarette, one sample is finished each time, gargling with clean water, and the next sample is finished.)
And (3) test results: and (4) recovering the 66 answered question and answer sheets, checking the answers according to the table, and counting the number of the answered questions and answer pairs. By check, in this test, 20 persons in total have made correct responses. According to the rule of triangulation, 66 panelists were rated at least 26 times to correctly distinguish one from the other two samples to show that the sensory experience of the two materials was different. In contrast, only 20 trials made the correct choice in the experiment, indicating that the difference in sensory experience between the two substances was negligible.
From the test data, the electronic cigarette liquid without nicotine disclosed by the invention can obtain the same sensory effect as nicotine by replacing nicotine with the throat stimulating agent, and can reduce the harm of the cigarette liquid to human bodies.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described in the foregoing embodiments, or that certain features may be replaced by equivalents thereof; any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
