Description

Composition with blood pressure lowering effect and prepared from eucommia ulmoides as raw material and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of functional food processing, and particularly relates to a composition which takes eucommia ulmoides as a raw material and has an excellent blood pressure reducing effect, and a preparation method of the composition.
Background
The blood pressure lowering medicine generally comprises clonidine, mecamylamine, hydrochlorothiazide, hydralazine, minoxidil and the like; the medicines have certain side effects, and can cause the problems of dizziness, somnolence, nasal congestion, rhinitis, liver and kidney injury, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the like after being taken for a long time. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the cause of hypertension is as follows: the pathological changes are in the liver and the origin is in the kidney, while the general antihypertensive drug does not have the function of repairing the liver and kidney. Therefore, people are always searching for a safer and more effective blood pressure lowering product.
The blood pressure lowering product prepared by using eucommia ulmoides as a raw material is disclosed in the following patent documents:
CN109876135A discloses a eucommia ulmoides leaf and corn peptide composition for reducing blood pressure and blood fat, which comprises the following components: folium Eucommiae extract, herba Dendrobii extract and corn active peptide. The eucommia ulmoides leaf corn peptide composition adopts a traditional Chinese medicine formula, has excellent effects on reducing blood pressure and blood fat, and can also effectively solve the accompanying symptoms of hypertension and hyperlipidemia: headache, dizziness, tinnitus, palpitation, insomnia and other symptoms, has no toxic or side effect, has no influence on the functions of liver and kidney of human body, and can not cause the burden of liver and kidney. The specific formula is as follows: 3-7.5 parts of eucommia leaf, 2-7 parts of mulberry leaf, 2-6 parts of kudzu root and 1-6 parts of medlar. In the composition, before extraction, eucommia ulmoides leaves are subjected to superfine grinding and high-pressure wall breaking treatment, so that the processing cost is increased, the eucommia ulmoides leaves are difficult to filter after decoction, and finally, non-functional impurities in the extract are increased; freeze-drying the aqueous extract greatly increases the cost, and micronizing the aqueous extract is not necessary because the aqueous extract is easily dissolved in water, and the properties of the ultrafine particles disappear with the dissolution, which adversely affects the performance of the efficacy.
CN103750156A discloses a processing method of dried noodles which can effectively utilize eucommia leaves, is low in cost, is rich in active substances such as geniposide acid and aucubin, is also rich in nutrient substances such as amino acid and glucose, can reduce gutta percha, and can be widely applied to diet for preventing and treating hypertension. The eucommia leaves are extracted by ethanol solution and acid water to obtain eucommia alcohol extract and eucommia water extract, then the dried flour is dissolved by water to form flour milk, and the dried eucommia noodles are obtained by the steps of embedding, vacuum degassing, curing, tabletting and the like. In the processing process of the eucommia ulmoides fine dried noodles, an alcohol extraction mode is adopted, the alcohol extract cannot be applied to common foods according to relevant food regulations, and in the fine dried noodles, only one eucommia ulmoides serving as a medicine effect is used, other raw materials with synergistic compatibility are not used, and the effect is limited only by lowering blood pressure through the eucommia ulmoides.
Therefore, improvement needs to be made in view of the defects of the technical scheme, and a safer and more effective blood pressure lowering product is invented, and particularly, a safer and more effective blood pressure lowering common food is invented.
