Abstract
The invention discloses a compound jasmine tea chewable tablet and a preparation method thereof, wherein the compound jasmine tea chewable tablet is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of jasmine tea, 15-25 parts of jasmine extract, 5-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati extract, 10-20 parts of dendrobium officinale, 5-15 parts of soybean lecithin, 10-30 parts of excipient, 0.5-2 parts of magnesium stearate and 5-10 parts of flavoring agent. The compound jasmine tea chewable tablet can be directly chewed to be convenient for digestion and absorption, has good taste and good flavor, can provide various nutritional ingredients and medicinal active ingredients for a human body, and has the effects of regulating qi, soothing the nerves, reducing blood pressure and blood fat, protecting heart and cerebral vessels, resisting aging and oxidation, and improving immunity and memory. The preparation method of the compound jasmine tea chewable tablet is simple and can be used for industrial production; the compound jasmine tea chewable tablet prepared by the method develops new applications of jasmine and jasmine tea, and has good economic benefit.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health-care food, and relates to a compound jasmine tea chewable tablet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Jasmine, namely the alias: jasmine, Latin name:Jasminum sambac (L.) Aitthe jasmine is extremely fragrant, and is a famous scented tea raw material and an important essence raw material. The jasmine flower can be used for extracting jasmine flower oil, and the oil mainly contains benzyl alcohol and its esters, jasminoidin, linalool, and linalyl benzoate. Jasmine is cold in nature and has the effects of clearing liver and improving vision, relaxing bowels and promoting diuresis, reducing blood pressure, regulating qi and calming nerves. Modern medical research shows that the components contained in the jasmine flower have a plurality of pharmacological effects: tranquilizing, antibacterial, antioxidant, improving diabetes, preventing and treating depression, relieving gastrointestinal discomfort, caring oral cavity, promoting health of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system, and enhancing immunity. The jasmine tea is prepared by blending and scenting tea and fresh jasmine flower to make tea absorb fragrance; it has lasting fragrance, mellow taste, bright yellow green color, and tender and soft leaf bottom. The jasmine tea scented by a series of technological processes has the effects of soothing the nerves, relieving depression, strengthening the spleen, regulating qi, resisting aging and improving the immunity of the organism, and is a healthy drink.
The chewable tablet is a tablet which is chewed in the oral cavity and then swallowed, and is easy to be accepted by patients due to good taste and convenient taking. Chewable tablets, as a pharmaceutical dosage form, have advantages over other dosage forms: the disintegration time is short, the dispersion state is good, and the medicine is quickly dissolved out; the composition has the advantages of high absorption speed, high bioavailability, convenient administration, no time and place limitation, chewing, swallowing, sucking or water dispersion, and further reduced irritation of the medicine to gastrointestinal tract. The preparation is especially suitable for the elderly, children and dysphagia patients. In addition, some bitter tablets are coated to cover the bitter taste, so that the yield is low, and the coating process can be omitted after the tablets are prepared into chewable tablets, so that the production period is shortened, and the yield is improved.
The patent application CN109793066A aims at the product blank of green tea and honeysuckle chewable tablets in the market, the green tea powder and honeysuckle powder are processed by adopting a vacuum freeze-drying method, then microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, magnesium stearate, Arabic gum, acesulfame potassium, aspartame and the like are added to prepare the green tea chewable tablets, so that the components of green tea, such as tea polyphenol, caffeine, vitamins and honeysuckle for resisting inflammation and diminishing swelling are effectively reserved, and the green tea chewable tablets have the effects of sterilizing the oral cavity, diminishing inflammation, strengthening teeth and refreshing breath.
