Description

Dietary food for assisting in reducing blood fat and blood pressure and maintaining cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food, in particular to a dietary food for assisting in reducing blood fat and blood pressure and maintaining cardiovascular and cerebrovascular health.
Background
Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the general names of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and generally refer to ischemic or hemorrhagic diseases of heart, brain and systemic tissues caused by hyperlipidemia, blood viscosity, atherosclerosis, hypertension and the like. The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are common diseases seriously threatening the health of human beings, particularly the middle-aged and old people over 50 years old, and have the characteristics of high morbidity, high disability rate and high mortality, even if the most advanced and perfect treatment means is applied at present, more than 50 percent of cerebrovascular accident survivors can not completely live, the number of people dying from the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases every year in the world reaches 1500 thousands, and the people live at the first of various causes of death.
Firstly, fresh vegetables, fruits and bean foods are rich in multiple vitamins, rich trace elements, antioxidants and dietary fibers, so that the effects of reducing blood pressure and protecting the cardiovascular system can be achieved, the dietary fibers can reduce the formation of cholesterol in a body, and the probability of coronary heart disease can be reduced; secondly, nut food and fatty fish food are excellent choices for auxiliary prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
In modern times, food with homology of medicine and food is often called as natural food and plays an important role in health care aspects such as disease prevention, resistance improvement and the like. From the function of plant secondary products, the plant secondary product is also the scientific material basis for generating the 'dietotherapy' function, and the food and the medicine have the same function and no clear limit in the aspect of regulating the physiological function of the human body and promote the generation of the 'dietotherapeutic food'.

(5) Influence of self-prepared solid beverage, meal replacement powder and tea replacement on blood pressure of spontaneous hypertension rats
First, normal rats were fed with hypotensive feed and perfused with 1ml of concentrated tea solution daily for 28 days as experimental group (n-12), and the other group was gavaged with normal rat feed and continuously distilled water for 28 days as control group, and blood pressure was recorded through the tail artery (n-12), and the results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 intervention test of solid beverage, tea substitute and meal replacement powder on rat body weight and blood pressure
Figure BDA0002332215310000081
Compared between the two groups, p is more than 0.05, which shows that the systolic pressure, the average pressure and the diastolic pressure of normal rats have no obvious difference in the whole experimental process when the dietary food prepared by the invention is fed to the rats around, and the body weight of the other two groups of rats has no obvious difference. The formula shows that the solid beverage, the substitutive tea and the meal replacement powder are combined, so that the blood pressure and the weight average of the body of a normal rat are not obviously influenced.
Then, spontaneous hypertensive rats were used as experimental animal models, 60 spontaneous hypertensive rats of 5 weeks old were divided into a negative control group, a positive control group and a comprehensive intervention group, the negative control group was given normal feed and gavage with 1 ml/day of double distilled water, the positive control group was given normal feed and gavage with 15 mg/Kg of nitrendipine, and the comprehensive intervention group was fed with the above antihypertensive feed and perfused with 1ml of concentrated tea solution for 28 consecutive days, and the blood pressure change law is as shown in table 2.

As can be seen from tables 2 to 4, the blood pressure of the negative control group rats gradually increased with the increase of the feeding time. Compared with a negative control group, the systolic pressure and the average pressure of the rats in the positive control group are reduced to some extent from 3 weeks, the significant difference is very obvious when the rats reach 4 weeks, and the difference is not different from the positive control group, so that the diet food provided by the invention can reduce the blood pressure of the rats, reduce the load of the heart and the artery, and gradually enhance the pressure reduction effect along with the prolongation of the intervention time.
(6) Influence of self-prepared solid beverage, meal replacement powder and tea replacement on essential hypertension patients
39 patients who are diagnosed as hypertension for the first time and are not used with hypertension drugs are selected, the patients are aged 42-68 years old, 26 men and 13 women, 5 patients who reject third-level hypertension and severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the rest 34 patients (22 men and 12 women) use the self-prepared solid beverage of (1) under the strict monitoring of doctors, 10g of the self-prepared solid beverage is orally taken before breakfast and dinner every day, the self-prepared solid beverage is taken with warm boiled water, 30g of meal replacement powder prepared by (3) is used for patients with hyperlipidemia and obesity, the dinner is halved at the same time, and 10g of tea prepared by (2) is used for replacing tea for drinking every day. After a one-month feeding trial, 2 persons were withdrawn halfway, and the blood pressure and blood lipid changes of the remaining 32 persons (21 men and 11 women) were as follows.
