Description

Food formula for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, in particular to a food formula for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia.
Background
Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are the general names of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and generally refer to ischemic or hemorrhagic diseases of heart, brain and systemic tissues caused by hyperlipidemia, blood viscosity, atherosclerosis, hypertension and the like. The cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are common diseases seriously threatening the health of human beings, particularly the middle-aged and old people over 50 years old, have the characteristics of high morbidity, high disability rate and high mortality, even if the most advanced and perfect treatment means at present are applied, more than 50 percent of cerebrovascular accident survivors can not completely take care of the life, the number of people dying from the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in each year in the world reaches 1500 thousands, and the people live at the first of various causes of death. 200 million of the new stroke patients in China are annually killed or disabled by 2/3, and the total number of the existing stroke patients is 700 million.
Atherosclerosis is the pathological basis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, limb vascular occlusion and the like. The atherosclerosis can cause the blockage of arterial blood vessels of all parts of the body, the coronary artery blockage on the heart can cause coronary heart disease, the complete blockage of the blood vessels can cause myocardial infarction, the blockage of cerebral arteries can cause cerebral infarction and senile dementia, and the blockage of limb arteries can cause limb ischemia and necrosis.
The heart of atherosclerosis is dyslipidemia, and non-drug modes such as life style adjustment, diet adjustment and the like and lipid-lowering drugs are mainly adopted for hyperlipidemia at home and abroad. In the aspect of Western medicine lipid lowering, the most clinically applied representative medicine types are statins for regulating blood lipid, such as simvastatin, unsaturated fatty acids, fibrates, such as fenofibrate and the like. Although the treatment effect of the drug treatment is definite, the drug treatment has potential risks to human bodies along with the increase of the dosage or the prolonging of the administration time. Moreover, the incidence of hyperlipidemia increases year by year, and patients also show a trend of getting younger and younger, so that the development of health-care food for preventing and treating and regulating blood lipid is necessary, the concept of Chinese traditional medicine is fully fused, and the large health concept of converting 'treatment' into 'prevention of disease' is realized.
However, in traditional Chinese medicine, "homology of medicine and food", medicine and food refers to medicines and food with health-preserving and health-care effects, and in practical application, many medicines and food are inseparable, so that a food formula for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia is urgently needed to be provided aiming at the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
