Technical Field
The invention relates to a sterilization spray suitable for household use, and belongs to the technical field of sterilization sprays.
Background
A large amount of mites exist in the environment, and the mites like to be arranged in various fabrics such as cotton, hemp and the like, such as clothes, bedding, cloth furniture and the like. Mites bite the skin to spread various diseases, and also can cause skin problems such as skin itch, small pimples, and the like, and mites can also cause various allergic diseases. Household mite removal and health protection are important for every family, and especially for families with pregnant and lying-in women, infants, children under 10 years old, people with allergic diseases and pets, all household mite removal work must be regularly performed to protect the health of all families.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sterilizing spray suitable for household use, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a degerming spray suitable for household use is composed of the following raw materials: water, ethanol, methyl propylene glycol, isopropyl methyl phenol, nonyl phenol polyether-14, PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, menthol, EDTA disodium, citric acid, sodium lauroyl glutamate and plant extract.
Further, the plant extract is composed of honeysuckle extract, dandelion extract, rhizoma atractylodis extract and chamomile extract.
Further, dry potato powder, starch meal and agricultural and sideline products containing starch are used as raw materials, a culture medium is prepared, the raw materials are cooked under normal pressure, cooled to an inoculation temperature, inoculated with a seed koji, placed into a koji tray for fermentation, and then fermentation broth is extracted by adopting the processes of calcium carbonate neutralization and sulfuric acid hydrolysis, so that citric acid in the raw materials is obtained.
Further, picking in batches when the honeysuckle flowers bloom, dividing the picking into two batches, picking the second flowers in the middle and late 5 months, in the middle and late 6 months, harvesting when the upper parts of flower buds swell, turn white from green and do not bloom, immediately drying or drying the flowers after harvesting, wherein the drying temperature is 30-35 ℃ for the first time, raising the temperature to 40 ℃ after 2 hours, drying for 5-10 hours, then controlling the room temperature to be 45-50 ℃ for drying for 10 hours, raising the temperature to 55-60 ℃ to rapidly dry the honeysuckle flowers, then placing the dried honeysuckle flowers into a crusher for crushing, sieving by a 50-mesh sieve, and extracting the sieved honeysuckle flowers by water to obtain a honeysuckle flower extracting solution in the raw materials.
Furthermore, propylene oxide is isomerized into allyl alcohol, and then the allyl alcohol is subjected to hydroformylation reaction to synthesize the methyl propylene glycol in the raw material.
Further, the feed additive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 82-92 parts of water, 3-5 parts of ethanol, 2-4 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 2-4 parts of isopropyl methyl phenol, 1-2 parts of nonylphenol polyether-14, 3-5 parts of PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, 2-4 parts of menthol, 2-3 parts of EDTA disodium, 4-6 parts of citric acid, 3-5 parts of sodium lauroyl glutamate and 1-3 parts of plant extract.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sterilization spray is suitable for household use, does not contain insecticide, can effectively expel and prevent mites and larvae from forming, can remove bacteria and eliminate peculiar smell, and is proved by experiments that the sterilization spray can effectively remove larvae such as mites after being sprayed, and is suitable for mite removal and sterilization of space articles such as bedrooms, living rooms, cloakrooms and the like, such as bedridden, curtains, carpets, clothes and the like.
