本发明公开一种抗原纤化纤维素纤维及其制备方法。制备含有天然交联剂单宁酸的整理液,通过在合适含量、比例和反应条件下,将纤维素纤维浸渍在整理液中,对纤维素纤维进行交联处理,制备具有抗原纤化的纤维素纤维,解决纤维素纤维容易原纤化的问题,提高纤维素纤维的加工性能和穿着舒适性。

本发明属于纤维制造技术领域,具体涉及一种抗原纤化纤维素纤维及其制备方法。
背景技术
单宁酸(Tannic Acid,TA),又名鞣酸,其生物相容性好,化学反应活性高,是一种天然植物多元酚,广泛存在于植物中,单宁酸结构如下所示。
单宁酸分子结构独特,分子内含有大量的邻苯二酚和邻苯三酚基团,可以和基团或分子形成不同形式的键合和相互作用,包括配位键、氢键、疏水相互作用、静电相互作用和π-π堆叠(范德华力)等相互租用,对种基底材料都有具有强的粘附性,因此单宁酸可作为天然交联剂,应用于各种功能材料的制备。
纤维素纤维作为重要的纺织原料,具有穿着舒适性好、卫生健康、废旧物可完全降解无白色污染等优势,是纺织品中的主流原料。天然纤维素纤维主要是指棉、麻等产品,但其产量有限,难以满足纺织的消费需求,因此人们开发了再生纤维素纤维(Regeneratedcellulose fiber),主要是利用棉短绒、木材、竹才、秸秆等天然物质,通过一定的方法提取其中纤维素成分,经过纺丝工艺重塑得到的纤维素纤维,这类纤维素纤维质量、性能稳定,有效满足了市场对于纤维素纤维的需求。
纤维原纤化是纤维在湿态下摩擦产生的,主要由于纤维膨胀和机械张力的作用,纤维沿着纵向发生开裂的现象。没有经过原纤化处理的纤维在后道染整过程中容易造成染色不匀等问题,且在织物穿着过程中容易发生起毛起球等现象,因此对纤维进行抗原纤化处理提高其应用性能具有现实意义。
目前纤维素纤维抗原纤化的制备方法有:
1)碱处理法制备抗原纤化的纤维素纤维,碱处理可以降低原纤化倾向,提高织物的光泽和染色性能,碱处理只能在一定程度上降低纤维原纤化倾向,虽然破坏了纤维无定型区分子间的氢键,使纤维膨化,减少了湿态下纤维间的摩擦力,但不能达到完全防原纤化的效果;
2)中国专利CN951925663公布了具有三个丙烯酰胺基进行交联,有效降低莱赛尔纤维的原纤化倾向;中国专利CN103306136中,是以多元醇和C2-C6多元醇作为交联剂对莱赛尔纤维进行后处理,提高莱赛尔纤维抗原纤化的能力;但上述方法和专利中使用的交联处理方法存在工艺复杂繁琐,过程中使用化学试剂较多,废水处理较难等问题。
因此在当前纺织行业绿色发展,环保先行的发展理念背景下,开发一种使用天然交联剂制备抗原纤化效果好的纤维素纤维极具现实意义。
目前使用单宁酸作为交联剂用于制备抗原纤化纤维素纤维的研究还未见报道。
发明内容
为进一步解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗原纤化纤维素纤维及其制备方法,其制备的抗原纤化纤维素纤维不易原纤化,具有良好的染整加工性和穿着舒适性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种抗原纤化纤维素纤维,其特征在于:纤维内部有交联网络的五元环螯合物和氢键交联网络结构。
进一步地,所述抗原纤化纤维素纤维还含有单宁酸在氧化后产生的偶联低聚物。
另一方面,本发明提供一种抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)制备含有交联剂单宁酸的整理液;
(2)将纤维素纤维置入步骤(1)制备的整理液中浸渍,浸渍完成后经水洗、干燥,制备含有交联网络的五元环螯合物和氢键交联网络结构的抗原纤化纤维素纤维。
进一步地,所述整理液的PH值为8-11。
进一步地,所述交联剂单宁酸质量为纤维素纤维质量的1.0~40%。
进一步地,所述纤维素纤维浸渍在所述整理液中的时间为 1~350min;优选地,5-250min;更优选地,15-100min。
进一步地,所述整理液是将所述交联剂单宁酸溶于含有浓度为 1~18wt%的多价金属离子的水溶液中制得,其中所述整理液温度为 20~60℃。
进一步地,所述整理液的PH值是通过氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氨水、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢钙中的一种或几种作为PH调节剂进行调节的,其中所述PH调节剂的浓度为0.0450~0.3076mol/L。
可选的,所述整理液可放置在整理液槽中,直接应用在纤维素纤维的连续生产线上,具体方法为:生产过程中,经凝固浴凝固生成的纤维素纤维,在进入水洗设备前,浸入整理液槽中浸渍,浸渍完成后经水洗、干燥,制备抗原纤化纤维素纤维。
本发明提供的抗原纤化纤维素纤维及其制备方法,当凝固浴由 CaCl2水溶液制备时,交联剂单宁酸与钙离子的交联网络结构如图1所示,将纤维素纤维浸入在含有交联剂单宁酸的整理液中,在整理液的 PH值为8-11的碱性条件下,单宁酸与Ca2+螯合,形成具有交联网络的五元环螯合物,单宁酸在氧化后形成偶联低聚物,上述五元环螯合物、偶联低聚物分别或同时与纤维素纤维的羟基跨层形成致密氢键交联网络结构,上述五元环螯合物、偶联低聚物及氢键交联网络结构的共同作用,增强了纤维素纤维的力学性能。
图2示出了未交联Lyocell纤维在超声9h后的显微镜图,图3示出了抗原纤化Lyocell纤维在超声9h后的显微镜图。可以看出,经浸渍交联剂单宁酸后制得的抗原纤化Lyocell纤维表面几乎无毛绒,抗原纤化效果明显。
可选的,所述纤维素纤维为Lyocell纤维、粘胶纤维、醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维等再生纤维素纤维的一种或几种。
可选的,所述纤维素纤维类型为长丝、短纤或者丝束。
本发明还提供一种抗原化纤维素纤维在机织物、针织物、无纺布中的用途。
有益效果:
本发明将纤维素纤维浸渍在含有交联剂单宁酸的整理液中,在 PH值为8-11的碱性条件下,单宁酸与多价金属离子螯合,形成具有交联网络的五元环螯合物,单宁酸在氧化后形成偶联低聚物,五元环螯合物、偶联低聚物分别或同时与纤维素纤维的羟基跨层形成致密氢键交联网络结构,上述五元环螯合物、偶联低聚物及氢键交联网络结构的共同作用,在纤维素纤维表面形成了加固的致密交联结构,有效地增强了纤维素纤维的力学性能和抗原纤化性能,以满足工业化生产中的纤维应用需求。
本发明通过在整理液中添加交联剂单宁酸,及对整理液中交联反应条件和交联剂单宁酸添加量的控制,控制交联剂单宁酸对纤维素纤维的交联程度,从而调节纤维素纤维的力学性能和在后道加工中的可纺性及其实际应用中的抗原纤化性能。本发明中,交联剂单宁酸为纤维素纤维质量的1.0~40%,交联剂单宁酸重量占比低时,交联网络结构易变形,孔洞较大,力学性能增强和抗原纤化能力较差,随着交联剂重量占比增大,交联点密度增多,孔洞变小,抗原纤化性能增强,增强效果明显,但过量的交联剂单宁酸会使得网络结构变形能力差,凝胶化严重,纺丝溶液的黏度增大,加工困难,失去实用价值。为了保证耐洗涤纤维素纤维的性能,交联剂单宁酸的占比控制应在本发明限定的范围内。
本发明通过增强纤维素纤维的物理化学性能的同时又实现抗原纤化的效果,使得纤维素纤维在食品、纺织、生物、医药等领域的应用范围扩大。
本发明制备方法简单、易行,能实现抗原纤化纤维素纤维的工业化连续生产。
本发明所选用交联剂单宁酸为大分子链型交联剂,且无毒、生物相容性好并且能与水互溶,原料价廉易得且可再生。

具体实施方式
下面结合实例对本发明进一步描述。
下述抗原纤化纤维素纤维的抗原纤化性能和力学性能分别采用超声波振荡处理法和电子单纤维强力仪进行测试。
实施例1
(1)整理液的制备:
常温下,将1g单宁酸溶于浓度为8wt%的CaCl2水溶液中,加热至45℃,用浓度为0.0762mol/L的NaHCO3溶液作为调节剂,将整理液的PH值调节至10;
(2)抗原纤化Lyocell纤维的制备:
将10g Lyocell纤维浸渍在步骤(1)制得的整理液中,浸渍时间为15min,取出后将纤维中的整理液轧干,再用水反复洗涤,随后,在50℃的烘箱中干燥,制得含有交联网络的五元环螯合物和氢键交联网络结构的抗原纤化Lyocell纤维。其力学性能数据见表1。

从表1中可以看出,本发明实施例1制备的单宁酸交联5min的 Lyocell纤维与未交联Lyocell纤维相比,断裂强度与断裂伸长率均有所增强,表明抗原纤化Lyocell纤维力学性能得到改善。
图2示出了未交联Lyocell纤维在超声9h后的显微镜图,图3示出了抗原纤化Lyocell纤维在超声9h后的显微镜图一。可以看出,与未交联Lyocell纤维相比,本发明实施例1制备的抗原纤化Lyocell纤维表面几乎无毛绒,抗原纤化效果明显。
实施例2
步骤(1)整理液的制备:
将3g单宁酸溶于浓度为13wt%的CaCl2水溶液中,加热至35℃,用浓度为0.2894mol/L的NH3·H2O作为调节剂,将整理液的PH值调节至8;
步骤(2)抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备:
将10g Lyocell纤维浸渍在步骤(1)制得的整理液中,浸渍时间为260min,取出后将纤维中的整理液轧干,再用水反复洗涤,随后,在55℃的烘箱中干燥,制得含有交联网络的五元环螯合物和氢键交联网络结构的抗原纤化Lyocell纤维。其力学性能数据见表2。

从表2中可以看出,本发明实施例2制备的单宁酸交联5min的 Lyocell纤维与未交联Lyocell纤维相比,断裂强度与断裂伸长率均有所增强,表明抗原纤化Lyocell纤维力学性能得到改善。
图2示出了未交联Lyocell纤维在超声9h后的显微镜图,图4示出了抗原纤化Lyocell纤维在超声9h后的显微镜图二。可以看出,与未交联Lyocell纤维相比,本发明实施例2制备的抗原纤化Lyocell纤维表面几乎无毛绒,抗原纤化效果明显。
Claims (9)
1.一种抗原纤化纤维素纤维,其特征在于:纤维内部有交联网络的五元环螯合物和氢键交联网络结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维,其特征在于:所述抗原纤化纤维素纤维还含有单宁酸在氧化后产生的偶联低聚物。
3.一种抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:包含以下步骤,
(1)制备含有交联剂单宁酸的整理液;
(2)将纤维素纤维置入步骤(1)制备的整理液中浸渍,浸渍完成后经水洗、干燥,制备含有交联网络的五元环螯合物和氢键交联网络结构的抗原纤化纤维素纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述整理液的PH值为8-11。
5.根据权利要求3所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述交联剂单宁酸质量为所述纤维素纤维质量的1.0~40%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纤维素纤维浸渍在所述整理液中的时间为1~350min。
7.根据权利要求3所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述整理液的PH值是通过氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氨水、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢钙中的一种或几种作为PH调节剂进行调节的,其中所述PH调节剂的浓度为0.0450~0.3076mol/L。
8.根据权利要求1-2任一权利要求所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维或权利要求3-7任一所述抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纤维素纤维为Lyocell纤维、粘胶纤维、醋酸纤维、铜氨纤维的一种或几种。
9.一种根据权利要求1-2任一所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维或权利要求3-7任一所述的抗原纤化纤维素纤维的制备方法制得的抗原纤化纤维素纤维在机织物、针织物、无纺布中的用途。
