本发明公开了一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,包括坐垫基座、坐垫骨架和坐垫前端抬升机构,还包括防下潜机构和拉索机构,所述防下潜机构包括左右对称设置在坐垫基座两侧的防下潜杆支座和可转动安装在防下潜杆支座上的防下潜杆,所述拉索机构的拉索芯后端连接坐垫前端抬升机构、前端一分为二连接两侧的防下潜杆,所述坐垫骨架下方设有槽口,当坐垫前端抬升机构驱动坐垫前端逐渐升高时,能联动拉索机构使防下潜杆转动逐渐向上升起,当发生车辆前碰撞时,坐垫骨架前端下沉,升起的防下潜杆顶端能卡进槽口从而撑起坐垫骨架,具有稳定性强、坐垫调角功能与防下潜功能联动合作、设计巧妙、同时满足坐垫乘坐舒适度和安全性的特点。

一种座椅坐框防下潜装置
技术领域
本发明涉及铁路货车侧板切割技术领域,具体涉及一种座椅坐框防下潜装置。
背景技术
现在汽车座椅,尤其主驾驶座椅,为了方便乘客根据自己身高的不同,调节坐垫的高度,通常采用一种多连杆机构调节坐垫上下的位置。但当汽车发生前撞时,如突然刹车、车辆高速行驶时、车辆前端突然撞击硬物等,连杆机构易失稳,在坐垫前端抬起高度较大并高速行驶时,乘客通常会对座椅产生极大冲击力,连杆机构基本会被压溃,所以采用多连杆虽然方便调整坐垫上下位置,但也存在失稳的极大安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,稳定性强、安全性高,解决因车辆前端碰撞导致坐垫多连杆机构失稳压溃、存在极大安全隐患的问题。
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,包括坐垫基座、坐垫骨架和坐垫前端抬升机构,还包括防下潜机构和拉索机构,所述防下潜机构包括左右对称设置在坐垫基座两侧的防下潜杆支座和可转动安装在防下潜杆支座上的防下潜杆,所述拉索机构的拉索芯后端连接坐垫前端抬升机构、前端一分为二连接两侧的防下潜杆,所述坐垫骨架下方设有槽口,当坐垫前端抬升机构驱动坐垫前端逐渐升高时,能联动拉索机构使防下潜杆转动逐渐向上升起,当发生车辆前碰撞时,坐垫骨架前端下沉,升起的防下潜杆顶端能卡进槽口从而撑起坐垫骨架。
作为上述方案的优选,坐垫前端抬升机构包括坐垫调角电机和坐垫抬升架,坐垫调角电机采用丝杆步进电机,能将旋转运动转化为线性运动,拉索机构的后端通过拉索安装支架安装在电机移动螺母上,通过电机移动螺母的线性运动从而拉动拉索机构;坐垫抬升架的左右两端铰接在坐垫基座上,坐垫抬升架的上端与坐垫骨架的前端铰接,坐垫抬升架的下端与电机移动螺母铰接,通过铰接保证结构稳固的同时也保证了坐垫抬升架的灵活性,使坐垫的角度调节范围广,能使乘客达到零重力姿态,提高乘客乘坐的舒适度;当坐垫调角电机驱动电机移动螺母向前移动时,坐垫抬升架绕坐垫基座的铰接轴转动,从而使坐垫骨架前端升高,设计巧妙,环环相扣,操作方便,简单。
进一步优选为,所述坐垫抬升架左右间隔设置有两个向前下方延伸的下抬升支脚,并通过下抬升支脚铰接在电机移动螺母的左右两侧,保证电机移动螺母直线运动时,左右作用力均衡;坐垫抬升架左右间隔设置有两个向前上方延伸的上抬升支脚,并通过上抬升支脚铰接在坐垫骨架前端的左右两侧,结构稳定性强。
进一步优选为,所述坐垫基座上设置有内支架用于铰接安装坐垫抬升架,坐垫基座上设置有防下潜杆支座,结构稳固;所述防下潜杆通过转轴安装在内支架和防下潜杆支座之间,转轴的外侧端固定安装有拉杆,使拉杆与防下潜杆之间通过转轴连接,拉动拉杆的同时能拉动防下潜杆;所述拉索机构的拉索芯连接在拉杆的下端,复位弹簧的一端固定在防下潜杆上,另一端固定在坐垫基座的拉锁套前支架上,复位弹簧保证防下潜杆与坐垫支架之间存在支撑力,使防下潜杆的位置稳定性强。
进一步优选为,所述拉索机构的拉索套前端固定在拉锁套前支架上,拉索套后端固定在拉锁套后支架上,拉索套前后端安装稳定,拉锁套后支架固定在坐垫调角电机的安装座上,通过稳定安装拉索套从而稳定安装拉索芯。
进一步优选为,两个所述上抬升支脚之间设置有加强圆管,两个下抬升支脚的顶端均延伸至加强圆管,有效增加坐垫抬升架的整体结构强度。
进一步优选为,所述坐垫抬升架通过转管铰接在内支架上,结构稳固,设计合理。
进一步优选为,所述转管、加强圆管、上抬升支脚、下抬升支脚均通过焊接组成坐垫抬升架,结构连接稳固。
进一步优选为,所述所述转管、加强圆管之间左右对称设置有连接加强件,增加转管与加强圆管之间的连接稳定性,进一步增加坐垫抬升架的整体结构强度。
进一步优选为,所述防下潜杆采用方管制成,方管顶端对应坐垫骨架下方的槽口,发生车辆前端碰撞后,防下潜杆嵌入后稳定性更强,设计合理。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)防下潜机构包括左右对称设置在坐垫基座两侧的防下潜杆支座和可转动安装在防下潜杆支座上的防下潜杆,防下潜杆通过防下潜杆支座对称安装在坐垫基座两侧,使防下潜杆提供的支撑力左右均衡,才能有效保障坐垫的稳定性。
(2)拉索机构的拉索芯后端连接坐垫前端抬升机构、前端一分为二连接两侧的防下潜杆,通过拉索机构将坐垫前端抬升机构与防下潜杆连接,能将坐垫的前端抬高功能与坐垫的防下潜功能进行联动操作,当坐垫前端抬升机构驱动坐垫前端逐渐升高时,能联动拉索机构使防下潜杆转动逐渐向上升起。
(3)坐垫骨架下方设有槽口,当发生车辆前碰撞时,坐垫骨架前端下沉,升起的防下潜杆顶端能卡进槽口从而撑起坐垫骨架,采用多连杆机构进行坐垫前端高度调整的同时也避免连杆机构被压溃的事故发生,杜绝存在的安全隐患,满足乘客的乘坐舒适度的同时也保证安全性。
综上所述,具有稳定性强、坐垫调角功能与防下潜功能联动合作、设计巧妙、同时满足坐垫乘坐舒适度和安全性的特点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明:
结合图1—图8所示,一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,由坐垫基座5、坐垫骨架2、坐垫前端抬升机构1、防下潜机构3和拉索机构4组成。
防下潜机构3由左右对称设置在坐垫基座5两侧的防下潜杆支座31和可转动安装在防下潜杆支座31上的防下潜杆32组成。
拉索机构4的拉索芯后端连接坐垫前端抬升机构1、前端一分为二连接两侧的防下潜杆32。
坐垫前端抬升机构1由坐垫调角电机12和坐垫抬升架13组成。
坐垫调角电机12采用丝杆步进电机,拉索机构4的后端通过拉索安装支架41安装在电机移动螺母121上,坐垫抬升架13的左右两端铰接在坐垫基座5上,坐垫抬升架13的上端与坐垫骨架2的前端铰接,坐垫抬升架13的下端与电机移动螺母121铰接。
当坐垫调角电机12驱动电机移动螺母121向前移动时,坐垫抬升架13绕坐垫基座5的铰接轴转动,从而使坐垫骨架2前端升高。
坐垫抬升架13左右间隔设置有两个向前下方延伸的下抬升支脚132,并通过下抬升支脚132铰接在电机移动螺母121的左右两侧。
坐垫抬升架13左右间隔设置有两个向前上方延伸的上抬升支脚131,并通过上抬升支脚131铰接在坐垫骨架2前端的左右两侧。
两个上抬升支脚131之间设置有加强圆管133,两个下抬升支脚132的顶端均延伸至加强圆管133。
坐垫抬升架13通过转管134铰接在内支架51上。
转管134、加强圆管133、上抬升支脚131、下抬升支脚132均通过焊接组成坐垫抬升架13。
转管134、加强圆管133之间左右对称设置有连接加强件135。
坐垫基座5上设置有内支架51用于铰接安装坐垫抬升架13,。
坐垫基座5上设置有防下潜杆支座31,防下潜杆32采用方管制成。
防下潜杆32通过转轴321安装在内支架51和防下潜杆支座31之间,转轴321的外侧端固定安装有拉杆322。
拉索机构4的拉索芯连接在拉杆322的下端,复位弹簧33的一端固定在防下潜杆32上,另一端固定在坐垫基座5的拉锁套前支架52上。
拉索机构4的拉索套前端固定在拉锁套前支架52上,拉索套后端固定在拉锁套后支架上,拉锁套后支架固定在坐垫调角电机12的安装座上。
坐垫骨架2下方设有槽口21,当坐垫前端抬升机构1驱动坐垫前端逐渐升高时,能联动拉索机构4使防下潜杆32转动逐渐向上升起。
当发生车辆前碰撞时,坐垫骨架2前端下沉,升起的防下潜杆32顶端能卡进槽口21从而撑起坐垫骨架2。
槽口21的长度大于防下潜杆32顶端的宽度,为防下潜杆32顶端不同角度的嵌入提供一定的空间,使坐垫前端抬升至坐垫较大角度时,若发生车辆前碰撞,防下潜杆32顶端也能卡进槽口21进行支撑。

Claims (10)

1.一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,包括坐垫基座(5)、坐垫骨架(2)和坐垫前端抬升机构(1),其特征在于:还包括防下潜机构(3)和拉索机构(4),所述防下潜机构(3)包括左右对称设置在坐垫基座(5)两侧的防下潜杆支座(31)和可转动安装在防下潜杆支座(31)上的防下潜杆(32),所述拉索机构(4)的拉索芯后端连接坐垫前端抬升机构(1)、前端一分为二连接两侧的防下潜杆(32),所述坐垫骨架(2)下方设有槽口(21),当坐垫前端抬升机构(1)驱动坐垫前端逐渐升高时,能联动拉索机构(4)使防下潜杆(32)转动逐渐向上升起,当发生车辆前碰撞时,坐垫骨架(2)前端下沉,升起的防下潜杆(32)顶端能卡进槽口(21)从而撑起坐垫骨架(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,其特征在于:所述坐垫前端抬升机构(1)包括坐垫调角电机(12)和坐垫抬升架(13),坐垫调角电机(12)采用丝杆步进电机,拉索机构(4)的后端通过拉索安装支架(41)安装在电机移动螺母(121)上,坐垫抬升架(13)的左右两端铰接在坐垫基座(5)上,坐垫抬升架(13)的上端与坐垫骨架(2)的前端铰接,坐垫抬升架(13)的下端与电机移动螺母(121)铰接,当坐垫调角电机(12)驱动电机移动螺母(121)向前移动时,坐垫抬升架(13)绕坐垫基座(5)的铰接轴转动,从而使坐垫骨架(2)前端升高。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,其特征在于:所述坐垫抬升架(13)左右间隔设置有两个向前下方延伸的下抬升支脚(132),并通过下抬升支脚(132)铰接在电机移动螺母(121)的左右两侧,坐垫抬升架(13)左右间隔设置有两个向前上方延伸的上抬升支脚(131),并通过上抬升支脚(131)铰接在坐垫骨架(2)前端的左右两侧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,其特征在于:所述坐垫基座(5)上设置有内支架(51)用于铰接安装坐垫抬升架(13),坐垫基座(5)上设置有防下潜杆支座(31),所述防下潜杆(32)通过转轴(321)安装在内支架(51)和防下潜杆支座(31)之间,转轴(321)的外侧端固定安装有拉杆(322),所述拉索机构(4)的拉索芯连接在拉杆(322)的下端,复位弹簧(33)的一端固定在防下潜杆(32)上,另一端固定在坐垫基座(5)的拉锁套前支架(52)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,其特征在于:所述拉索机构(4)的拉索套前端固定在拉锁套前支架(52)上,拉索套后端固定在拉锁套后支架上,拉锁套后支架固定在坐垫调角电机(12)的安装座上。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,其特征在于:两个所述上抬升支脚(131)之间设置有加强圆管(133),两个下抬升支脚(132)的顶端均延伸至加强圆管(133)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种座椅坐框防下潜装置,其特征在于:所述坐垫抬升架(13)通过转管(134)铰接在内支架(51)上。
