技术领域
本发明涉及纤维材料制备技术领域,特别是涉及一种稳定疏水多尼尔材料及改性方法。
背景技术
多尼尔面料是由不同细度和强力的短纤维或长丝通过捻合而成的的面料。因其羽绒丰满、手感柔软、织物厚实而质地轻盈的特点,被广泛地应用于家纺及针织服装领域,形成产品开发的新亮点.多尼尔装饰产品可以制成沙发套、床罩、床毯、台毯、地毯、墙饰、窗帘帷幕等室内装饰饰品。
现有的地毯所使用的多尼尔面料,不易吸地,行人走动时,长期踩踏容易造成地毯移动,影响使用,同时吸水效果差,面料紧固性不够好,容易断线,且一旦有污渍落在地毯上,不容易清理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种稳定疏水多尼尔材料的改性方法,本发明通过构建超疏水立体网状结构,提高材料耐污能力。
为解决此技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种稳定疏水多尼尔材料,表面喷涂有疏水层,所述疏水层照质量份数包括以下物质:

本发明疏水层的上述组成,疏水性能最佳。
优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯与十八烷胺的质量比为2:1。本发明优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯与十八烷胺,其中还甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为疏水层的结构支撑部分,保证十八烷胺作为疏水层的有效分散,结合三维疏水结构,保证疏水性能。
优选改性组合物占干燥的多尼尔材料质量的0.28%至0.73%。本发明利用三维结构在使用较少改性组合物的前提下获得稳定的疏水性能。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种稳定疏水多尼尔材料的改性方法,本发明通过构建超疏水涤纶,提高地毯的耐污能力。
为解决此技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种稳定疏水多尼尔材料的改性方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将待加工的多尼尔材料浸泡于碱性溶液中进行表面活化,清洗,挤压至带液率为30%至60%;
步骤二、90℃至110℃将用于获得疏水层的改性组合物喷向多尼尔材料;
步骤三、经过步骤二的多尼尔材料在材料的两侧相对吹风干燥,超疏水层形成;
得目标产品。
优选紫外光照射步骤三所得目标多尼尔材料两侧表面,照射时间为100s至250s,紫外光强度为300W至350W。本发明中形成三维结构的疏水层在紫外光的作用下强化与多尼尔材料中的涤纶等纤维的结合,提高疏水稳定性。
进一步优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯和聚丙烯纤维在紫外光的照射下光引发发生交联。为了实现保证交联的实现,需要在改性组合物中添加少量的引发剂。
优选将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、十八烷胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚丙烯纤维溶解于乙醇后将加热将乙醇蒸发的同时熔融混合上述各组分。本发明通过乙醇溶解后进一步加热形成融化状态的混合,保证疏水层中混合均匀,多尼尔材料的疏水改性均匀。

本发明多尼尔材料表面形成疏水层,所述疏水层中的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、十八烷胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷和多种组分配合组才能疏水层,本发明所得疏水层的表面水接触角为158°以上,有效保证所得多尼尔材料的疏水性,多尼尔材料作为地毯使用时,可是使用吸尘等方式快速方便实现彻底的清洁;
本发明所得多尼尔材料疏水性一方面是由于物质组成,另一方面是由于制备过程中通过将熔融态的组合物喷涂在多尼尔材料的表面,形成三维立体结构;疏水三维立体结构的形成主要包括两个方面:第一是多尼尔材料自身的结构,包括纤维结构;第二是在喷涂的过程中,控制带液的多尼尔材料在90℃至110℃温度条件下喷涂疏水层,多尼尔材料中的水汽化从多尼尔材料中逸出形成对流,疏水层三维立体结构的形成;
更进一步,通过两侧相对吹风干燥经过疏水处理的多尼尔材料强化三维疏水结构的形成,同时向着多尼尔材料内部中延伸,强化多尼尔材料的疏水性以及与多尼尔材料的结合性,提高疏水的稳定性。

为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例1
本实施例公开一种稳定疏水多尼尔材料,具体组成和用量详见表1所示。

步骤一、将待加工的多尼尔材料浸泡于碱性溶液中进行表面活化,清洗,挤压至带液率为30%至60%;碱液温度为40℃至60℃。
步骤二、优选将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、十八烷胺、聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚丙烯纤维溶解于乙醇后将加热将乙醇蒸发的同时熔融混合上述各组分。

表3中的接触角测试方法如下:用接触角测量仪测试,液滴量为5μL,拍照时间为60s,每组试样测试5次,取平均值。
结合表1至表3的数据可知,相比较于对比例,本发明所得的疏水层疏水效果明显,且在经过一定压力下的摩擦仍保持比较良好的疏水性,疏水稳定。对比实施例1和实施例2,可知紫外光照射可以有效提高疏水层与多尼尔材料表面的结合牢固程度,经过疏水改性的多尼尔材料经过100N压力下数次摩擦仍保持较为稳定的疏水性。
