Abstract
本发明公开了复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,该复合有机酸包括:主料50‑70份、酵母粉3‑7份、配油2‑4份、粘合剂1‑3份、添加粉5‑10份、维生素0.5‑2份、矿物质1.5‑2.5份、有机酸3‑5份、辅料10‑15份、次料2‑6份。本发明通过维生素、矿物质、有机酸的加入,使得对虾在食用饲料时,能够保证体质健康,本发明通过添加粉、配油、次料能够提高饲料对虾类的吸引,从而保证虾类的进食量,保证生长速率。

技术领域
本发明涉及凡纳滨对虾养殖技术领域,具体为复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用。
背景技术
凡纳滨对虾,又称南美白对虾,别名白脚虾、凡纳对虾,原产国家厄瓜多尔,原产地中南美太平洋海岸水域,生长气候带热带、亚热带、暖温带、温带海域,分布于太平洋西海岸至墨西哥湾中部,生命周期一年。
凡纳滨对虾是当前世界上养殖产量最高的三大优良品种之一(其它二种为斑节对虾、中国对虾)它具有生长快、抗病能力强,养殖经济效益显著。
但是,在常规养殖过程中,若对虾的饲料营养元素不够,则在养殖过程中,很容易导致对虾出现疾病或营养不良生长缓慢的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,以解决保证虾饲料对虾类营养保证的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,所述该复合有机酸包括:主料50-70份、酵母粉3-7份、配油2-4份、粘合剂1-3份、添加粉5-10份、维生素0.5-2份、矿物质1.5-2.5份、有机酸3-5份、辅料10-15份、次料2-6份。
优选的,所述主料包括豆粕60-80份、花生酥10-15份、土豆粉15-20份、小麦粉5-10份。
优选的,所述配油包括花生油和植物油。
优选的,所述粘合剂为HJ-1粘合剂。
优选的,所述添加粉包括鱼粉、鸡粉、虾壳粉、蟹壳粉任选三种。
优选的,所述维生素包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、叶酸。
优选的,所述矿物质包括钴、碘、硒、镁、钾、铜、铁、锌和锰。
优选的,所述有机酸包括磺酸、亚磺酸、硫羧酸、乳酸、苹果酸、羧基酸、延胡索酸、柠檬酸、甲酸、丙酸以及丙烯酸任选三种。
优选的,所述辅料包括大蒜素25-40份、胆固醇20-50份、氯化胆碱30-55份。
优选的,所述次料包括复合酶30-40、氯化胆碱35-40份、双乙酸钠20-30份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明通过维生素、矿物质、有机酸的加入,使得对虾在食用饲料时,能够保证体质健康。
2.本发明通过添加粉、配油、次料能够提高饲料对虾类的吸引,从而保证虾类的进食量,保证生长速率。

实施例Ⅰ
复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,该复合有机酸包括:主料60份、酵母粉5份、配油3份、粘合剂2份、添加粉10份、维生素1份、矿物质2份、有机酸3份、辅料10份、次料5份。
主料包括豆粕60份、花生酥10份、土豆粉20份、小麦粉10份。
配油包括花生油和植物油。
粘合剂为HJ-1粘合剂。
添加粉包括鱼粉、鸡粉、虾壳粉、蟹壳粉任选三种。
维生素包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、叶酸。
矿物质包括钴、碘、硒、镁、钾、铜、铁、锌和锰。
有机酸包括磺酸、亚磺酸、硫羧酸、乳酸、苹果酸、羧基酸、延胡索酸、柠檬酸、甲酸、丙酸以及丙烯酸任选三种。
辅料包括大蒜素30份、胆固醇40份、氯化胆碱30份。
次料包括复合酶40、氯化胆碱40份、双乙酸钠20份。
实施例Ⅱ
复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,该复合有机酸包括:主料65份、酵母粉4份、配油4份、粘合剂2份、添加粉5份、维生素1份、矿物质2份、有机酸4份、辅料10份、次料4份。
主料包括豆粕60份、花生酥10份、土豆粉20份、小麦粉10份。
配油包括花生油和植物油。
粘合剂为HJ-1粘合剂。
添加粉包括鱼粉、鸡粉、虾壳粉、蟹壳粉任选三种。
维生素包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、叶酸。
矿物质包括钴、碘、硒、镁、钾、铜、铁、锌和锰。

实施例Ⅲ
复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,该复合有机酸包括:主料60份、酵母粉5份、配油2份、粘合剂3份、添加粉5份、维生素0.5份、矿物质2.5份、有机酸3份、辅料15份、次料5份。
主料包括豆粕60份、花生酥10份、土豆粉20份、小麦粉10份。
配油包括花生油和植物油。
粘合剂为HJ-1粘合剂。
添加粉包括鱼粉、鸡粉、虾壳粉、蟹壳粉任选三种。
维生素包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、叶酸。
矿物质包括钴、碘、硒、镁、钾、铜、铁、锌和锰。
有机酸包括磺酸、亚磺酸、硫羧酸、乳酸、苹果酸、羧基酸、延胡索酸、柠檬酸、甲酸、丙酸以及丙烯酸任选三种。
辅料包括大蒜素30份、胆固醇40份、氯化胆碱30份。
次料包括复合酶40、氯化胆碱40份、双乙酸钠20份。
参阅图1-图4,实现分为对照组、试验组1(商业有机酸)、试验组2(商业有机酸)、试验组3(商业有机酸)、试验组4(复合有机酸)、试验组5(复合有机酸)、试验组6(复合有机酸)。
每个处理3个重复,每个重复40尾凡纳滨对虾,试验周期6周。
养殖条件:每天3次(8:00、13:00及18:00)表观饱食投喂,整个养殖系统不间断充气,水体溶解氧含量s:6mg/L,氨氮为(0.15±0.05)mg/L,pH为(7.2±0.2),温度为(25±2)℃,养殖实验期间采用自然光照周期。
利用试剂盒分析血清免疫指标、抗氧化和消化酶指标,高通量测序分析肠道微生物组成,组织切片法分析肠道组织形态。
1、饲料中添加0.05%和b.1%的商业有机酸和复合有机酸均能显著提高凡纳滨对虾的增重率和特定生长率,同时降低饵料系数(A0.05),且0.05%有机酸添加组效果更佳,就肝体比而言,饲料中添加复合有机酸的对虾肝体比显著增高(A0.05),总之,饲料中添加0.05%和0.1%复合有机酸能提高凡纳滨对虾的生长性能和饲料利用效率,且0.05%复合有机酸添加效果更佳。

2、试验组T4、T5、T6、T7机体水分含量显著低于对照组(P=0.05)。试验组T4、T5、T6、T7组粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组T1(A0.05),其中试验组T6粗脂肪含量最高。试验组T4、T6、T7的灰分含量与对照组T1相比无显著差异,试验组T5与对照组T1相比灰分含量显著上升。试验组T4、T5、T6、T7的粗蛋白含量与对照组T1相比均有显著升高(P=0.05)。可见,饲料中添加复合有机酸能够有效优化对虾体成分组成,提高肌肉粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量。

3、试验组T4、T5、T6、T7血清ACP活性较对照组T1均有显著提高(只0.05),尤其以试验组T5最为明显。试验组T4血清AKP活性较对照组T1略有提高,试验组T5、T6、T7血清AKP活性显著高于对照组T1(A0.05),且以T5组最为明显。试验组T4、T5、T6血清溶菌酶含量较对照组T1略有升高,试验组T7较对照组T1显著升高(A0.05)。可见,在饲料中添加复合有机酸提高了凡纳滨对虾的免疫功能。试验组T4、T5、T6、T7血清S0D活性较对照组T1略有上升,但差异不显著。试验组T4、T5、T6、T7血清P0活性与对照组相比无显著差异。试验组T4、T5、T6、T7血清AST活性与对照组T1无显著差异。试验组T4、T5、T6、T7血清ALT活性较对照组T1有所下降,参差异不显著。可见,饲料中添加0.05%和0.1%配方一、配方三复合有机酸能提高凡纳滨对虾的免疫功能,在一定程度上降低肝脏损伤。

4、试验组T4、T5、T7对虾肝脏胰蛋白酶活性高于对照组T1,其中T4、T5组显著高于对照组(A0.05)。饲料中添加配方一、配方三有机酸对凡纳滨对虾肝脏脂肪酶活性略有升高,但差异不显著。各实验组肠道淀粉酶活性均显著低于对照组(只0.05)。

1.复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,其特征在于:所述该复合有机酸包括:主料50-70份、酵母粉3-7份、配油2-4份、粘合剂1-3份、添加粉5-10份、维生素0.5-2份、矿物质1.5-2.5份、有机酸3-5份、辅料10-15份、次料2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,其特征在于:所述主料包括豆粕60-80份、花生酥10-15份、土豆粉15-20份、小麦粉5-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,其特征在于:所述配油包括花生油和植物油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为HJ-1粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,其特征在于:所述添加粉包括鱼粉、鸡粉、虾壳粉、蟹壳粉任选三种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合有机酸在凡纳滨对虾养殖中的应用,其特征在于:所述维生素包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、叶酸。
